目前,随着人们生活水平的提高,大家越来越注重身体保健,闲暇之余,熬制一碗可口、带有保健作用的粥是人们非常乐意做的事情。粥是人们日常生活中经常食用的一种食品,随着人们对粥的口感及其营养价值的要求不断提高,粥的种类及功能也在不断增加。人们将各种食材合理搭配,制作各种不同口感及效用和功能不同的营养粥。
发明内容
针对以上提出的问题,本发明提供一种营养滋补粥及其制备方法,营养价值高、口感风味好,生产工艺简单。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种营养滋补粥,原料成分的重量配比如下:粳米40~50份,糯米10~20份、绿豆5~10份、虾仁10~20份、猪瘦肉10~30份、山药10~15份、生姜3~5份、桂圆10~20份、莲子10~20份、南瓜10~20份、土豆15~25份、食盐3~5份、白糖3~5份、楸树根粉1~3份、水1000~1500份。
进一步,所述营养滋补粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:粳米40份、糯米10份、绿豆5份、虾仁10份、猪瘦肉10份、山药10份、生姜3份、桂圆10份、莲子10份、南瓜10份、土豆15份、食盐3份、白糖3份、楸树根粉1份、水1000份。
进一步,所述营养滋补粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:

本发明还提供营养滋补粥的制备方法:制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将粳米、糯米、绿豆洗净,加水泡2~3小时,山药去皮切成绿豆大小的丁,将猪瘦肉、虾仁洗净,混合放入绞肉机,绞碎成肉沫;
(2)将南瓜、土豆洗净后,切块,放入蒸箱中,在100~120度温度下,蒸制10~20分钟,将泡好的粳米、糯米、绿豆放入锅中加水煮5~10分钟,将(1)所述肉沫与楸树根粉搅拌均匀,放入锅中,再将姜丝、食盐放入锅中再煮10~20分钟;
(3)将桂圆、莲子洗净后,浸泡20~30分钟,再将山药洗净去皮,切块加入到(2)所述混合物中,煮制1~2小时;
(4)将(3)所述物料加入白糖,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,真空包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
本发明有益效果:

(2)能够促进钙的吸收,降低胆固醇,补充维生素,增强免疫力。

玉米5份、糯米10份、黑米10份、苦荞麦10份、牡蛎5份、蛤蜊10份、鲍鱼5份、白萝卜3份、香菇4份、玫瑰花3份、茶叶2份、橘子皮2份、香油3份、胡椒粉1份、盐2份、料酒3份、水1000份;
或粳米40份、糯米10份、绿豆5份、虾仁10份、猪瘦肉10份、山药10份、生姜3份、桂圆10份、莲子10份、南瓜10份、土豆15份、食盐3份、白糖3份、楸树根粉1份、水1000份;
或粳米50份、糯米20份、绿豆10份、虾仁20份、猪瘦肉30份、山药15份、生姜5份、桂圆20份、莲子20份、南瓜20份、土豆25份、食盐5份、白糖5份、楸树根粉3份、水1500份。
实施例三
一种营养滋补粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:粳米40~50份,糯米10~20份、绿豆5~10份、虾仁10~20份、猪瘦肉10~30份、山药10~15份、生姜3~5份、桂圆10~20份、莲子10~20份、南瓜10~20份、土豆15~25份、食盐3~5份、白糖3~5份、楸树根粉1~3份、水1000~1500份。
其制备方法步骤为:
(1)将粳米、糯米、绿豆洗净,加水泡2~3小时,山药去皮切成绿豆大小的丁,将猪瘦肉、虾仁洗净,混合放入绞肉机,绞碎成肉沫;

5.一种制备权利要求1所述的营养滋补粥的方法,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)将粳米、糯米、绿豆洗净,加水泡2~3小时,山药去皮切成绿豆大小的丁,将猪瘦肉、虾仁洗净,混合放入绞肉机,绞碎成肉沫;
(2)将南瓜、土豆洗净后,切块,放入蒸箱中,在100~120度温度下,蒸制10~20分钟,将泡好的粳米、糯米、绿豆放入锅中加水煮5~10分钟,将(1)所述肉沫与楸树根粉搅拌均匀,放入锅中,再将姜丝、食盐放入锅中再煮10~20分钟;
(3)将桂圆、莲子洗净后,浸泡20~30分钟,再将山药洗净去皮,切块加入到(2)所述混合物中,煮制1~2小时;
(4)将(3)所述物料加入白糖,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,真空包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
