本发明公开了一种膏状润肺蜂蜜,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:蜂蜜90-120、复配果酱粉3-5、葡萄干2-4、马蹄粉30-35、柚子花1-2、当归1-4、油茶籽2-4、橘络1-2、金针菜3-5、酸枣仁1-2、茯苓2-4、石菖蒲1-2、薄荷3-5、冰糖6-8、款冬花1-3、甜杏仁1-3、沙参1-2、葡萄糖酸锌0.03-0.05;本发明含有多种人体所需的营养成份,营养丰富、均衡,口感甜美,能够起到润肺驱咳、生津化痰的作用。马蹄粉、柚子花等能够起到很好的润肺作用,和蜂蜜协同作用,做成膏状便于食用。

一种膏状润肺蜂蜜
技术领域
本发明属蜂蜜领域,尤其涉及一种膏状润肺蜂蜜。 
背景技术
蜂蜜中含葡萄糖和果糖,约占65-80%;蔗糖极少,不超过8%;水分16-25%;糊精和非糖物质、矿物质、有机酸等含量在5%左右。此外,还含有少量的酵素、芳香物质和维生素等。蜜源植物品种不同,蜂蜜的成分也不一样。 
新鲜成熟的蜂蜜,为粘稠的透明或半透明的胶状液体,有的槐花蜂蜜,可以用报纸包起来,有的蜂蜜在较低的温度下放置,可以逐渐凝结成晶体。蜜的比重为1.401-1.443。 
    马蹄又叫荸荠,含丰富的维生素B和C、植物蛋白、磷质,有清热去湿解毒的功效。 是莎草根植物荸荠的球茎。主要生长在中国南方。马蹄中含大量的淀粉,加上低聚糖和单糖,占干重的86%以上。淀粉18.8%,蛋白质2.3%,脂肪0.2%,灰分1.6%。多种维生素A、B1、B2、C,和矿物质钙、磷、铁等。除此,还含有一种不耐热的抗菌成分荸荠英,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等有抑制作用。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种膏状润肺蜂蜜。 
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案: 
    一种膏状润肺蜂蜜,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
蜂蜜90-120、复配果酱粉3-5、葡萄干2-4、马蹄粉30-35、柚子花1-2、 当归1-4、油茶籽2-4、橘络1-2、金针菜3-5、酸枣仁1-2、茯苓2-4、石菖蒲1-2、薄荷3-5、冰糖6-8、款冬花1-3、甜杏仁1-3、沙参1-2、葡萄糖酸锌0.03-0.05;
复配果酱粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
佛手1-2、麻黄1-3、冬虫草1-3、红糖10-20、蜂王浆10-20、苹果梨1-3、香蕉2-4、百合1-2、桂花1-2、山药1-2、天门冬2-4、韭菜花1-3、川贝0.1-0.3、卡拉胶2-4、羊奶20-30;
复配果酱粉的制备方法为:
(1)麻黄、冬虫草干燥后,研磨过100-200目筛得复配粉,备用;
(2)天门冬、韭菜花、川贝混匀后,水提去渣,得中药提取物备用;
(3)苹果梨、香蕉、百合、桂花、山药混匀后,磨碎成复配果蔬泥备用;
(4)羊奶加入锅中煮沸后,加入红糖、蜂王浆熬煮4-6分钟,再加入复配粉、中药提取物、复配果蔬泥以及其余原料,边搅拌边加热20-30分钟后,冷却,干燥,研磨,即得。
  所述的一种膏状润肺蜂蜜,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤: 
(1)配置浓度为7-12%的盐水,煮沸后,加入柚子花、 当归、油茶籽、橘络、金针菜、酸枣仁,漂烫20-30秒钟后,取出、过冰水8-12秒,取出,沥干水分,冷却,磨碎,干燥,得复配粉备用;
(2)茯苓、石菖蒲、薄荷、款冬花、甜杏仁、沙参混匀后,炒干,磨粉,过60-120目筛,得炒干粉备用;
(3)复配粉、炒干粉以及其余原料混匀后,搅拌10-20分钟,再加入适量沸水,搅拌均匀后,静置,即得。
本发明的有益效果: 
    本发明含有多种人体所需的营养成份,营养丰富、均衡,口感甜美,能够起到润肺驱咳、生津化痰的作用。马蹄粉、柚子花等能够起到很好的润肺作用,和蜂蜜协同作用,做成膏状便于食用。
具体实施方式
一种膏状润肺蜂蜜,其是由下述重量(kg)的原料制得: 
蜂蜜90、复配果酱粉5、葡萄干4、马蹄粉35、柚子花2、 当归1、油茶籽4、橘络2、金针菜5、酸枣仁1、茯苓2、石菖蒲1、薄荷3、冰糖8、款冬花3、甜杏仁3、沙参2、葡萄糖酸锌0.05;
复配果酱粉由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:
佛手1、麻黄3、冬虫草3、红糖20、蜂王浆10、苹果梨1、香蕉4、百合1、桂花2、山药1、天门冬4、韭菜花3、川贝0.3、卡拉胶2、羊奶30;
复配果酱粉的制备方法为:
(1)麻黄、冬虫草干燥后,研磨过120目筛得复配粉,备用;
(2)天门冬、韭菜花、川贝混匀后,水提去渣,得中药提取物备用;
(3)苹果梨、香蕉、百合、桂花、山药混匀后,磨碎成复配果蔬泥备用;
(4)羊奶加入锅中煮沸后,加入红糖、蜂王浆熬煮5分钟,再加入复配粉、中药提取物、复配果蔬泥以及其余原料,边搅拌边加热30分钟后,冷却,干燥,研磨,即得。
  所述的一种膏状润肺蜂蜜,制备方法包括以下步骤: 
(1)配置浓度为8%的盐水,煮沸后,加入柚子花、 当归、油茶籽、橘络、金针菜、酸枣仁,漂烫20秒钟后,取出、过冰水10秒,取出,沥干水分,冷却,磨碎,干燥,得复配粉备用;
(2)茯苓、石菖蒲、薄荷、款冬花、甜杏仁、沙参混匀后,炒干,磨粉,过80目筛,得炒干粉备用;
(3)复配粉、炒干粉以及其余原料混匀后,搅拌15分钟,再加入适量沸水,搅拌均匀后,静置,即得。

1.一种膏状润肺蜂蜜,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
蜂蜜90-120、复配果酱粉3-5、葡萄干2-4、马蹄粉30-35、柚子花1-2、 当归1-4、油茶籽2-4、橘络1-2、金针菜3-5、酸枣仁1-2、茯苓2-4、石菖蒲1-2、薄荷3-5、冰糖6-8、款冬花1-3、甜杏仁1-3、沙参1-2、葡萄糖酸锌0.03-0.05;
复配果酱粉由下述重量份的原料制得:
佛手1-2、麻黄1-3、冬虫草1-3、红糖10-20、蜂王浆10-20、苹果梨1-3、香蕉2-4、百合1-2、桂花1-2、山药1-2、天门冬2-4、韭菜花1-3、川贝0.1-0.3、卡拉胶2-4、羊奶20-30;
复配果酱粉的制备方法为:
(1)麻黄、冬虫草干燥后,研磨过100-200目筛得复配粉,备用;
(2)天门冬、韭菜花、川贝混匀后,水提去渣,得中药提取物备用;
(3)苹果梨、香蕉、百合、桂花、山药混匀后,磨碎成复配果蔬泥备用;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种膏状润肺蜂蜜,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)配置浓度为7-12%的盐水,煮沸后,加入柚子花、 当归、油茶籽、橘络、金针菜、酸枣仁,漂烫20-30秒钟后,取出、过冰水8-12秒,取出,沥干水分,冷却,磨碎,干燥,得复配粉备用;
