本发明公开了一种桑葚安神明目蜜及其制备方法,涉及保健食品技术领域,包括以下重量份的原料:芹菜30‑40份、百合15‑20份、柏子仁16‑22份、石菖蒲22‑28份、仙茅17‑23份、淡竹叶14‑20份、白茯苓18‑24份、桑葚15‑20份、蜂蜜1000份。本发明中百合和桑葚配伍滋阴生津、安神明目,芹菜、淡竹叶清热除烦,柏子仁养心安神,石菖蒲理气活血,仙茅补肾阳、祛寒湿,白茯苓健脾宁心,各原料相辅相助,能够调整神经细胞,疏风平肝、清热明目、宁心安神,添加到蜂蜜中多种营养成分协同作用,安神利眠,明目,长期食用可缓解多梦无精神、眼睛酸痛、发痒、干涩等症状。

本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种桑葚安神明目蜜及其制备方法
背景技术
蜂蜜是昆虫蜜蜂从开花植物的花中采得的花蜜在蜂巢中酿制的蜜。蜂蜜的成分除了葡萄糖、果糖之外还含有各种维生素、矿物质和氨基酸,是一种营养丰富的天然滋养食品,也是最常用的滋补品之一,具有滋养、润燥、解毒之功效。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对于蜂蜜的功能性要求越来越高,市场上的蜂蜜品种单一,功能性不强,具有保健功能的蜂蜜存在着制作过程繁琐,工艺复杂的问题,因此,有必要发明一种制备工艺简单,可实现蜂蜜功能多样化的蜂蜜制备方法。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种桑葚安神明目蜜及其制备方法,长期食用可缓解多梦无精神、眼睛酸痛、发痒、干涩等症状。
本发明提出的一种桑葚安神明目蜜,包括以下重量份的原料:芹菜30-40份、百合15-20份、柏子仁16-22份、石菖蒲22-28份、仙茅17-23份、淡竹叶14-20份、白茯苓18-24份、桑葚15-20份、蜂蜜1000份。
优选地,包括以下重量份的原料:芹菜34-38份、百合16-18份、柏子仁18-21份、石菖蒲24-27份、仙茅18-21份、淡竹叶15-18份、白茯苓20-23份、桑葚16-18份、蜂蜜1000份。
本发明还提出上述桑葚安神明目蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将芹菜榨汁,向汁液中加入桑葚浸泡10-20min,打浆,过滤,得滤液A;
S2、将百合、仙茅、淡竹叶、白茯苓混合,加入6-10倍水煎煮提取1-2h,过滤,得滤液B;
S3、将柏子仁、石菖蒲混合,加入5-8倍的65-70%乙醇溶液回流提取1.5-2.5h,过滤,回收乙醇,加入药材初始质量的3-6倍的水溶解,过滤,得滤液C;
S4、将滤液A、滤液B、滤液C混合,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.18-1.22的稠膏,喷雾干燥,粉碎,得细粉料,将其加入到蜂蜜中,混合拌匀后,灭菌封装,即得。
优选地,所述S1中,将芹菜隔水加热至40-50℃再进行榨汁。
本发明中各原料的功效如下:
芹菜:性寒,味辛、甘,具有清热平肝、祛风利湿,除烦消肿的功效;芹菜含有蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、维生素及矿物质,其中磷和钙的含量较高,常吃对高血压、血管硬化、神经衰弱、小儿软骨病等有辅助治疗作用;其含铁量较高,食之能避免皮肤苍白、干燥、面色无华,而且可使目光有神,头发黑亮;同时芹菜还含有挥发性的芹菜油,具香味,能促进食欲。
百合:性寒,味甘,归心经、肺经,具有养阴润肺、清心安神的功效;百合含有亮氨酸、天冬氨酸等17种人体所需的氨基酸,营养价值很高,有增强食欲、辅助消化等功效,富含无机盐和钾,对机体新陈代谢起重要作用,所含多种微量元素具有增强体质、改善脏器功能的作用,秋季吃百合,有润肺止咳、清心安神、清火散热、补中益气、美容养颜等功效,是上好的营养滋补佳品。
柏子仁:性平,味甘,归心经、肾经、大肠经,具有养心安神、止汗、润肠的功效;柏子仁中含皂苷、脂肪油及挥发油。还含谷甾醇、柏木醇、红松内酯、脂肪酸等化合物,药理研究表明,其能改善记忆再现障碍、记忆消去及获得障碍。
石菖蒲:性微温,味辛、苦,归心经、胃经,具有开窍、豁痰、理气、活血、散风、去湿的功效;石菖蒲主要含挥发油,药理研究表明,其具有镇静、抗惊厥、改善记忆再现缺失、镇咳祛痰、解痉、抗菌、抗心律失常、降血脂、开窍、抗肿瘤等药理作用。
仙茅:性热,味辛,归肾经、肝经、脾经,具有补肾阳、强筋骨、祛寒湿的功效;药理研究表明,仙茅有雄激素样和适应原样作用,有抗衰老作用,并能增强免疫功能,另外还具有镇静抗惊厥、抗炎、提高Na+-K+-ATP酶活性、抗菌、降血糖、抗癌等作用。
淡竹叶:性寒,味甘、淡,归心经、胃经、小肠经,具有清热除烦、利尿的功效;淡竹叶有解热、抑菌作用。
白茯苓:性平,味甘、淡,归心经、肺经、脾经、肾经,具有利水渗湿、健脾宁心的功效;药理研究表明,茯苓可预防胃溃疡,对肝损伤有防治作用,有抗癌作用,还具有利尿、抗菌、降血糖作用,能提高机体的免疫能力。
桑葚:性寒,味甘、酸,归心经、肝经、肾经,具有补血滋阴、生津润燥、明目安神的功效;桑葚被称为“民间圣果”,营养丰富,含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质、葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、鞣质、苹果酸、钙、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、尼克酸等成分,能够健脾胃、助消化,预防血管硬化,防癌抗癌,缓解眼睛疲劳干涩、明目等作用。
蜂蜜:蜂蜜中除含有易于被吸收的葡萄糖和果糖外,还含有各种维生素、矿物质和氨基酸,其能够改善血液的成分、促进心脑和血管的功能,保护肝脏、促使肝细胞再生,增强免疫力,杀菌,促进肠胃蠕动,帮助睡眠,改善新陈代谢等作用。
有益效果:本发明提出了一种桑葚安神明目蜜,其中百合和桑葚配伍滋阴生津、安神明目,芹菜、淡竹叶清热除烦,柏子仁养心安神,石菖蒲理气活血,仙茅补肾阳、祛寒湿,白茯苓健脾宁心,各原料相辅相助,能够调整神经细胞,疏风平肝、清热明目、宁心安神,添加到蜂蜜中多种营养成分协同作用,安神利眠,明目,且芹菜加热后更易出汁,长期食用可缓解多梦无精神、眼睛酸痛、发痒、干涩等症状。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种桑葚安神明目蜜,包括以下重量份的原料:芹菜30份、百合20份、柏子仁16份、石菖蒲25份、仙茅17份、淡竹叶20份、白茯苓18份、桑葚17份、蜂蜜1000份。
本发明还提出上述桑葚安神明目蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将芹菜榨汁,向汁液中加入桑葚浸泡10min,打浆,过滤,得滤液A;
S2、将百合、仙茅、淡竹叶、白茯苓混合,加入6倍水煎煮提取1h,过滤,得滤液B;
S3、将柏子仁、石菖蒲混合,加入5倍的65%乙醇溶液回流提取1.5h,过滤,回收乙醇,加入药材初始质量的3倍的水溶解,过滤,得滤液C;
S4、将滤液A、滤液B、滤液C混合,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.18(80℃测)的稠膏,喷雾干燥,粉碎,得细粉料,将其加入到蜂蜜中,混合拌匀后,灭菌封装,即得。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种桑葚安神明目蜜,包括以下重量份的原料:芹菜40份、百合17份、柏子仁20份、石菖蒲28份、仙茅20份、淡竹叶14份、白茯苓22份、桑葚20份、蜂蜜1000份。
本发明还提出上述桑葚安神明目蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将芹菜榨汁,向汁液中加入桑葚浸泡15min,打浆,过滤,得滤液A;
S2、将百合、仙茅、淡竹叶、白茯苓混合,加入8倍水煎煮提取1.5h,过滤,得滤液B;
S3、将柏子仁、石菖蒲混合,加入6倍的70%乙醇溶液回流提取2h,过滤,回收乙醇,加入药材初始质量的4倍的水溶解,过滤,得滤液C;
S4、将滤液A、滤液B、滤液C混合,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.20(80℃测)的稠膏,喷雾干燥,粉碎,得细粉料,将其加入到蜂蜜中,混合拌匀后,灭菌封装,即得。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种桑葚安神明目蜜,包括以下重量份的原料:芹菜36份、百合16份、柏子仁19份、石菖蒲25份、仙茅18份、淡竹叶16份、白茯苓20份、桑葚18份、蜂蜜1000份。
本发明还提出上述桑葚安神明目蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将芹菜隔水加热至40℃再进行榨汁,向汁液中加入桑葚浸泡15min,打浆,过滤,得滤液A;
S2、将百合、仙茅、淡竹叶、白茯苓混合,加入10倍水煎煮提取2h,过滤,得滤液B;
S3、将柏子仁、石菖蒲混合,加入7倍的70%乙醇溶液回流提取2.0h,过滤,回收乙醇,加入药材初始质量的5倍的水溶解,过滤,得滤液C;
S4、将滤液A、滤液B、滤液C混合,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.20(80℃测)的稠膏,喷雾干燥,粉碎,得细粉料,将其加入到蜂蜜中,混合拌匀后,灭菌封装,即得。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种桑葚安神明目蜜,包括以下重量份的原料:芹菜34份、百合17份、柏子仁20份、石菖蒲27份、仙茅20份、淡竹叶17份、白茯苓21份、桑葚16份、蜂蜜1000份。
本发明还提出上述桑葚安神明目蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将芹菜隔水加热至45℃再进行榨汁,向汁液中加入桑葚浸泡20min,打浆,过滤,得滤液A;
S2、将百合、仙茅、淡竹叶、白茯苓混合,加入8倍水煎煮提取2h,过滤,得滤液B;
S3、将柏子仁、石菖蒲混合,加入8倍的65%乙醇溶液回流提取2.5h,过滤,回收乙醇,加入药材初始质量的5倍的水溶解,过滤,得滤液C;
S4、将滤液A、滤液B、滤液C混合,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.22(80℃测)的稠膏,喷雾干燥,粉碎,得细粉料,将其加入到蜂蜜中,混合拌匀后,灭菌封装,即得。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种桑葚安神明目蜜,包括以下重量份的原料:芹菜38份、百合15份、柏子仁22份、石菖蒲22份、仙茅23份、淡竹叶16份、白茯苓24份、桑葚15份、蜂蜜1000份。
本发明还提出上述桑葚安神明目蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将芹菜隔水加热至50℃再进行榨汁,向汁液中加入桑葚浸泡20min,打浆,过滤,得滤液A;
S2、将百合、仙茅、淡竹叶、白茯苓混合,加入6倍水煎煮提取2h,过滤,得滤液B;
S3、将柏子仁、石菖蒲混合,加入8倍的70%乙醇溶液回流提取2.5h,过滤,回收乙醇,加入药材初始质量的6倍的水溶解,过滤,得滤液C;
S4、将滤液A、滤液B、滤液C混合,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.22(80℃测)的稠膏,喷雾干燥,粉碎,得细粉料,将其加入到蜂蜜中,混合拌匀后,灭菌封装,即得。

1.一种桑葚安神明目蜜,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:芹菜30-40份、百合15-20份、柏子仁16-22份、石菖蒲22-28份、仙茅17-23份、淡竹叶14-20份、白茯苓18-24份、桑葚15-20份、蜂蜜1000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述桑葚安神明目蜜,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:芹菜34-38份、百合16-18份、柏子仁18-21份、石菖蒲24-27份、仙茅18-21份、淡竹叶15-18份、白茯苓20-23份、桑葚16-18份、蜂蜜1000份。
3.一种基于权利要求1或2所述桑葚安神明目蜜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将芹菜榨汁,向汁液中加入桑葚浸泡10-20min,打浆,过滤,得滤液A;
S2、将百合、仙茅、淡竹叶、白茯苓混合,加入6-10倍水煎煮提取1-2h,过滤,得滤液B;
S3、将柏子仁、石菖蒲混合,加入5-8倍的65-70%乙醇溶液回流提取1.5-2.5h,过滤,回收乙醇,加入药材初始质量的3-6倍的水溶解,过滤,得滤液C;
S4、将滤液A、滤液B、滤液C混合,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.18-1.22的稠膏,喷雾干燥,粉碎,得细粉料,将其加入到蜂蜜中,混合拌匀后,灭菌封装,即得。
