本发明涉及茶饮料领域,确切地说是一种葛根养生补气茶饮料。
背景技术
茶饮料是指用水浸泡茶叶,经抽提、过滤、澄清等工艺制成的茶汤或在茶汤中加入水、糖液、酸味剂、食用香精、果汁或植(谷)物抽提液等调制加工而成的制品。茶饮料是指以茶叶的萃取液、茶粉、浓缩液为主要原料加工而成的饮料,具有茶叶的独特风味,含有天然茶多酚、咖啡碱等茶叶有效成分,兼有营养、保健功效,是清凉解渴的多功能饮料。
葛根,中药名。为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,习称野葛。秋、冬二季采挖,趁鲜切成厚片或小块;干燥。甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
紫茉莉根、叶可供药用,有清热解毒、活血调经和滋补的功效。红糖,以甘蔗为原料,经提汁、澄清、煮炼,采用石灰法工艺制炼而成的粗糖,整个加工过程中不加入除石灰外任何化学试剂及食品添加剂,完全保留甘蔗原有风味和营养物质。红糖与白砂糖、赤砂糖等精制糖不一样,是一种非分蜜糖,即未经过分蜜处理制成的糖。

本发明的目的在于提供一种葛根养生补气茶饮料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种葛根养生补气茶饮料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
葛根10-20、红巧梅1-3、虫草花1-2、紫茉莉叶2-3、枸杞叶1-3、甜菊叶1-2、红糖10-20。
根据权利要求1所述的一种葛根养生补气茶饮料,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1) 红巧梅与葛根洗净后,晒干,备用;
(2) 虫草花、紫茉莉叶、枸杞叶、甜菊叶清洗后,烘干,再于温度130-140℃的热锅中翻炒2-4分钟,取出,冷却,得复配花叶茶备用;
(3) 在锅中放入适量水,再加入红糖以及红巧梅与葛根,于100-120℃煮20-30分钟,再加入复配花叶茶,于90-100℃煮10-20分钟,即得。

步骤(3)加入水的重量为红糖的2-5倍。

本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明配方合理,充分发挥滋养、补气、养生的作用,与红糖配合食用,口感佳,同时红糖具有益气养血,健脾暖胃,驱风散寒,活血化淤之效,特别适于产妇、儿童及贫血者食用。性温的红糖通过“温而补之,温而通之,温而散之”来发挥补血作用。
(2)其次枸杞叶作为天然药用植物中所含的黄酮类化合物、萜类化合物、微量元素、维生素 E、维生素 C、生物碱等营养活性成分具有很强的药理作用,尤其在抗氧化、抗疲劳、降血脂和抗癌等方面都有一定的疗效。
具体实施方式
一种葛根养生补气茶饮料,其是由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:
葛根15、红巧梅1、虫草花2、紫茉莉叶2、枸杞叶2、甜菊叶2、红糖15。
所述的一种葛根养生补气茶饮料,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1) 红巧梅与葛根洗净后,晒干,备用;
(2) 虫草花、紫茉莉叶、枸杞叶、甜菊叶清洗后,55℃烘干,再于温度120℃的热锅中翻炒4分钟,取出,冷却,得复配花叶茶备用;
(3)在锅中放入红糖重量5倍的水,再加入红糖以及红巧梅与葛根,于100℃煮30分钟,再加入复配花叶茶,于90℃煮20分钟,即得。

1.一种葛根养生补气茶饮料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
葛根10-20、红巧梅1-3、虫草花1-2、紫茉莉叶2-3、枸杞叶1-3、甜菊叶1-2、红糖10-20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种葛根养生补气茶饮料,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
红巧梅与葛根洗净后,晒干,备用;
虫草花、紫茉莉叶、枸杞叶、甜菊叶清洗后,烘干,再于温度130-140℃的热锅中翻炒2-4分钟,取出,冷却,得复配花叶茶备用;
在锅中放入适量水,再加入红糖以及红巧梅与葛根,于100-120℃煮20-30分钟,再加入复配花叶茶,于90-100℃煮10-20分钟,即得。
