背景技术
豆制品是中国人传统的食物,有丰富的植物蛋白质、纤维素,能够提供给人体一定的营养物质,但是口味单一,营养单一,人们对食品要求越来越高,而市场上仅有的豆制品并无法满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种鸡蛋山楂千张卷及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种鸡蛋山楂千张卷,由以下重量份原料制成:千张320-340、奶粉20-25、鸡蛋20-23、藕粉25-30、三七5-6、川芎4-5、当归5-6、莱菔子3-4、紫草根3-4、艾叶2-3、络石藤1-2、黑豆10-15、白醋20-25、山楂30-35、鸡肉皮适量、食盐适量、花椒粉10-13、营养粉10-12、木瓜适量、水适量:
营养粉,由以下重量份原料制成:玛咖粉8-10、咖喱草5-7、百里香4-5、鱼胶粉10-13、麦麸35-40、绿茶10-12、莲子8-10、蜂蜜50-60、蜂王浆16-18、水适量;
营养粉的制备方法:将玛咖粉、咖喱草、百里香用5-10倍量的水提取,将所得提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
将麦麸、绿茶、莲子放入超微粉机中制成超微粉,与步骤1中粉末、蜂蜜、蜂王浆合并,放入冷冻干燥器中冷冻干燥,再制成冻干粉,即得营养粉。
一种鸡蛋山楂千张卷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将鸡蛋液打出,倒入容器中,充分搅拌,备用;将牛奶倒入锅中,加入适量的水,煮沸,将千张放入牛奶中泡软,取出沥干水备用;
(2)将三七、川芎、当归、莱菔子、紫草根、艾叶、络石藤用5-9倍量的水提取,将所得提取物喷雾干燥,得到药粉备用;
(3)将黑豆洗净,放入容器中,加入白醋,浸泡1-2天,捞出黑豆,磨碎备用;将山楂洗净,取其果肉,搅碎备用;
(4)将剩余原料中除水、鸡肉皮、木瓜外的其他物料与药粉、果肉合并,充分搅拌,混匀后平均摊放在铺平的千张皮上,卷成千张卷,切成圈后用鸡肉皮包好,将木瓜洗净,切成两半,去籽,放入用鸡肉皮包好的千张卷,置于锅中,焖蒸40-50分钟,取出千张卷,冷却后包装即可。

1.一种鸡蛋山楂千张卷,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:千张320-340、奶粉20-25、鸡蛋20-23、藕粉25-30、三七5-6、川芎4-5、当归5-6、莱菔子3-4、紫草根3-4、艾叶2-3、络石藤1-2、黑豆10-15、白醋20-25、山楂30-35、鸡肉皮适量、食盐适量、花椒粉10-13、营养粉10-12、木瓜适量、水适量:
所述营养粉,由以下重量份原料制成:玛咖粉8-10、咖喱草5-7、百里香4-5、鱼胶粉10-13、麦麸35-40、绿茶10-12、莲子8-10、蜂蜜50-60、蜂王浆16-18、水适量;
