Abstract

本发明公开了一种绿色环保的丝质面料的制造方法,是将聚乳酸纤维、铜氨丝和蚕丝分别混合作为经纬线,将聚乳酸纤维与蚕丝并线成股做经线,铜氨丝与蚕丝并线成股做纬线,并采用3/1或者1/3斜纹组织机织出丝质面料。本发明方法工艺简便成本低廉,制备的面料充分体现出与真丝面料类似的优良特性,且可生物降解完全,具有良好的绿色环保性。

一种丝质面料的制造方法
技术领域:
本发明属于纺织领域,具体涉及一种丝质面料的制造方法。
背景技术:
蚕丝是一种性能优良的天然纤维,全真丝面料作为高档纺织品,具有柔和的光泽度,良好的舒适度和悬垂性。因蚕丝受产量和地域的限制,资源相对贫乏,因此全真丝面料的价格较高。
聚乳酸纤维是从谷物中制得的合成纤维,具有完全生物降解性,优异的染色性能,良好的手感度和阻燃性,且有类似真丝的光泽,非常适合制作时尚服装、运动服和家用纺织品。
铜氨丝是从天然植物纤维中提炼出的再生纤维素纤维,可自然降解,对环境无污染,具有优良的舒适度和染色性,常与其他材料复合制成高档丝织和针织物,铜氨丝与蚕丝相比,细度较粗,色泽亮丽,但耐磨性较差。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种丝质面料的制造方法,该制备方法操作简便,可降低真丝面料成本,且可完全生物降解,绿色环保。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:
一种丝质面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乳酸纤维与蚕丝两种纤维合股作为原料制备经线,再经低倍倍捻机加捻至100-200捻/米,低温蒸汽定型10-15分钟;
(2)将铜氨丝与蚕丝两种纤维合股作为原料制备纬线,再经低倍倍捻机加捻至50-100捻/米,低温蒸汽定型5-10分钟;
(3)采用3/1或者1/3斜纹组织,经纬线交替循环,织造出丝质面料。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤(1)所述聚乳酸纤维为75D/36F全拉伸丝。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述蚕丝为3/20/22D桑蚕丝,丝胶的含量为10%-15%。
作为上述技术方案的优选,步骤(2)所述铜氨丝为70D人造丝。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明采用完全可生物降解纤维作为原料,聚乳酸纤维和铜氨丝纤维有与蚕丝类似的光泽度和舒适度,且成本低,资源丰富。本发明通过控制桑蚕丝的丝胶率适当增强经纬线的抱合力和强力,弥补聚乳酸纤维和铜氨丝纤维耐磨性差的特点,使经纬线的可织性增强,采用斜纹组织可以在保持经纬线交叉紧凑的基础上,使织物手感柔软且光滑。因此本发明方法工艺简便成本低廉,制得的面料充分体现蚕丝优良特性,类似于全真丝面料,并且可以完全生物降解,具有良好的绿色环保性。
具体实施方式:
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1:
将75D/36F聚乳酸全拉伸丝纤维与丝胶的含量为10%的3/20/22D桑蚕丝作为原料制备经线,将两种纤维合股,经低倍倍捻机加捻,捻度为200捻/米,低温蒸汽定型15分钟;
将70D的铜氨丝与含量为10%的3/20/22D桑蚕丝作为原料制备纬线,将两种纤维合股,经低倍倍捻机加捻,捻度为100捻/米,低温蒸汽定型10分钟;
采用3/1斜纹组织,经纬线交替循环织造面料,所得面料克重为150克/平方米。
实施例2:
将75D/36F聚乳酸全拉伸丝纤维与丝胶的含量为15%的3/20/22D桑蚕丝作为原料制备经线,将两种纤维合股,经低倍倍捻机加捻,捻度为100捻/米,低温蒸汽定型10分钟;
将70D的铜氨丝与含量为15%的3/20/22D桑蚕丝作为原料制备纬线,将两种纤维合股,经低倍倍捻机加捻,捻度为50捻/米,低温蒸汽定型5分钟;
采用1/3斜纹组织,经纬线交替循环织造面料,所得面料克重为200克/平方米。
实施例3:
将75D/36F聚乳酸全拉伸丝纤维与丝胶的含量为13%的3/20/22D桑蚕丝作为原料制备经线,将两种纤维合股,经低倍倍捻机加捻,捻度为85捻/米,低温蒸汽定型12分钟;
将70D的铜氨丝与含量为13%的3/20/22D桑蚕丝作为原料制备纬线,将两种纤维合股,经低倍倍捻机加捻,捻度为80捻/米,低温蒸汽定型7分钟;
采用1/3斜纹组织,经纬线交替循环织造面料,所得面料克重为174克/平方米。
实施例4:
将75D/36F聚乳酸全拉伸丝纤维与丝胶的含量为11%的3/20/22D桑蚕丝作为原料制备经线,将两种纤维合股,经低倍倍捻机加捻,捻度为170捻/米,低温蒸汽定型12分钟;
将70D的铜氨丝与含量为11%的3/20/22D桑蚕丝作为原料制备纬线,将两种纤维合股,经低倍倍捻机加捻,捻度为60捻/米,低温蒸汽定型6分钟;
采用3/1斜纹组织,经纬线交替循环织造面料,所得面料克重为161克/平方米。

Claims (4)

1.一种丝质面料的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乳酸纤维与蚕丝两种纤维合股作为原料制备经线,再经低倍倍捻机加捻至100-200捻/米,低温蒸汽定型10-15分钟;
(2)将铜氨丝与蚕丝两种纤维合股作为原料制备纬线,再经低倍倍捻机加捻至50-100捻/米,低温蒸汽定型5-10分钟;
(3)采用3/1或者1/3斜纹组织,经纬线交替循环,织造出丝质面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种丝质面料的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述聚乳酸纤维为75D/36F全拉伸丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种丝质面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述蚕丝为3/20/22D桑蚕丝,丝胶的含量为10%-15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种丝质面料的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述铜氨丝为70D人造丝。
