Abstract

一种高硬度耐磨药芯焊丝,其药芯的成分为钼1-10,钨10-1%,石墨10-1%,镍1-7%,钒10-2%,铬40-20%,氟硅酸钠5-15%,铌铁10-1%,硼10-25%,石英砂2-10%,稀土1-8%,研碎成粉末,搅拌混匀后置于厚度为0.25-0.6mm钢带上面,用挤压机挤压成丝状,再用板丝机向外拉伸,就制成高硬度耐磨药芯焊丝,可用于焊补修复冷却辊,硬度达HRC62-65,不会发生裂纹。

Description

高硬度耐磨药芯焊丝
本发明涉及一种高硬度耐磨药芯焊丝,尤指一种用于焊补修复冷轧辊用的焊丝,属于焊接材料的技术领域。
现有的堆焊材料主要依靠使用稀有贵重金属元素,例如镍、铬、铌、钴等,作为主要成份再加上碳制成的,其缺点是材料资源少,供应不足,而且成本偏高,利用加碳来提高其硬度,当硬度达到HRC58以上时就会出现裂纹;主要依靠热处理淬火提高其硬度,也只能达到HRC58,但废品率增高,材料损耗浪费大,对于冷轧辊,要求其硬度达到HRC60以上,美国的某些专利家曾经断言,堆焊材料达到HRC50是不可能的;前苏联专家也认为堆焊材料若硬度达到HRC60,出现裂纹是正常的,也是必然的。
在国内,例如美国公司太立焊材公司在上海合办的公司,生产碳化钨焊丝Tun gsmooth60,实际硬度只有52-58HRC,超过此数值就出现裂纹。
河南省漯河市的京漯焊丝公司生产的碳化钨堆焊药芯焊丝,牌号为TL-8705,其硬度也是HRC52-58,当硬度达到HRC59时也出现裂纹。
另外,上述两种堆焊材料,主要用淬火工艺来提高其硬度,仍旧达不到HRC60,最高的硬度也只有HRC58,而且淬火时间较长,耗电多,使成本增高;这种堆焊材料也只能使用于热轧辊,对于冷轧辊的修复,尚无合适的堆焊材料可以使用。
本发明的目的是要提供一种高硬度耐磨药芯焊丝,它可以克服上述的缺点,焊丝的硬度可以达到HRC62-65,甚至是HRC66-69,而且可以用于焊补修复冷轧辊,具有较高的经济价值。
高硬度耐磨药芯焊丝的制造过程如下:
高硬度耐磨药芯焊丝的成分为(重量百分比)
钼1-10%        氟硅酸钠5-15%
钨10-1%        铌铁10-1%
石墨10-1%      硼10-25%
镍1-7%         石英砂2-10%
钒10-2%        稀土1-8%
铬40-20%
焊丝的直径约为Φ1.0-4.0mm,表面有一层厚度为0.25-0.6mm表皮层,该皮层是H08A低碳钢。
其制造工艺简述如下:
把上述配比的成分粉碎后均匀混和,厚度0.25-0.6mm的低碳钢,作成长带状,并将混合均匀的粉末置于该钢带上,然后用挤压机挤压成圆丝形,使低碳钢卷拢形成表皮层,再由拔丝机向外拔伸,就可制成高硬度耐磨药芯焊丝。
该焊丝在常温条件下,可以修复冷轧辊,绝不发生裂纹,机械性能达到标准,焊补以后由车床或磨床对轧辊进行加工,使尺寸符合要求。
与现有技术相比,高硬度耐磨药芯焊丝具有下列优点:
1、可以焊补修复冷轧辊,经济效益大;
2、绝不会裂纹;
3、硬度可以达到HRC62-65,甚至可达HRC66-69
4、制造工艺简单,成本低。
实施例1
取钼10%,钨1%,石墨1%,镍7%,钒2%,铬20%,氟硅酸钠15%,钒铁1%,硼25%,石英砂10%,稀土8%,研碎成粉末,搅拌混匀,置于厚度为0.3mm的H08A低碳钢钢带上面,用挤压机从两边卷压成丝状,再由拔丝机向外拉伸,就可制成直径为Φ1.0-4mm的焊丝。

1、一种高硬度耐磨药芯焊丝,由药芯和H08A低碳钢的表皮层组成,其特征在于药芯采用成分(重量百分比)
    钼1-10%      氟硅酸钠5-15%
    钨10-1%      铌铁10-1%
    石墨10-1%    硼10-25%
    镍1-7%       石英砂2-10%
    钒10-2%      稀土1-8%
    铬40-20%
