技术领域
本文所提供的实施方式大体涉及用于注射器的安全系统,并且更特别地,涉及用于注射器的护针器,其包括用于遮罩注射器针的自动启动的护罩。
背景技术
药物通常利用诸如玻璃注射器的药品针筒来分配,该玻璃注射器在一个端部具有带有针的针管以及可滑动地插入到另一端部且联接到橡胶止动器的柱塞。这样的针筒通常被称为“预填充注射器”,这是因为与供应空的并且在进行注射前由使用者填充的常规注射器相比,这样的套筒在其最初被提供时就可以包含特定剂量或体积的药物。
玻璃注射器和橡胶止动器数年地提供理想的药物储存封闭物,其具有不透氧性、低可抽出性(extractable)、生物相容性、耐久性等独特属性。然而,形成这两者的工艺并不会使其自身具有紧密的几何公差。由于这些装置并不在机械上与其他装置一起使用,因此这些装置在最初并不需要紧密的公差。
由于存在传染性疾病的风险,因此大量注射器和适配器已经开发为旨在防止针的意外刺入和/或注射器的疏忽性再使用。用于预填充注射器的常规被动性防针刺安全装置必须安装到注射器,但又不会与注射过程中移动柱塞杆所需的力发生过度干涉,也不会妨碍柱塞杆的整个行程。安全机构必然需要向着管理药物的端部(靠近柱塞杆行程的终点)而被触发。然而,实际上由于所有安全装置都定位注射器在注射器手指凸缘之下的点处靠着该安全装置,因此安全装置的操作性倾向于依赖注射器和止动器的公差。
此外,由于用于预填充注射器的常规被动性防针刺安全装置倾向于安装到注射器针管或安装在注射器针管上,因此该安全装置会遮挡注射器的内容物,并且必须在填充注射器后被施用。
预填充的注射器会作为准备填充的注射器被运送给配药客户,这些注射器是在成形工艺和附接针之后内部和外部均被彻底清洁过,并且随后被置于密封桶里,接着被消毒并且被运送给准备对其填充药品的配药客户。注射器桶可以包含100至160支注射器,每支注射器都具有与所建立的注射器搬运设备一致的几何形状上的间距和凹口。施用到注射器的安全设备一定不能遮挡就位来在对注射器填充药品之前对注射器进行检验的光学检查系统。
因此,需要一种用于注射器的护针器,其具有与注射器和止动器的公差不相关的安全装置触发机构,并且被组装到注射器而不会不利地影响注射器相对于注射器搬运桶的位置或者搬运设备在填充和包装过程中输送注射器的方式,也不会妨碍检查过程。
发明内容
本文所述的系统和方法指向一种用于注射器的护针器,其具有与注射器和止动器公差不相关的安全装置触发机构。本文所述的接触触发器释放的护针器装置为设计为附接到准备填充的注射器的远侧端部的防针刺装置。所述护针器装置包括锁圈以及相对于所述锁圈能够移动的装置护罩。所述装置护罩由弹簧相对于所述锁圈偏压。所述锁圈与注射器颈部和圆形部分(bulbus)对接,以便将护针器装置附接到准备填充的注射器。在移走包括刚性针护罩和柔性针护罩的针护罩子组件后,所述锁圈和装置护罩沿着所述注射器颈部向近侧自由移动,并且与注射器缩小(step down)区域相互作用,从而将所述装置护罩触发为相对于所述锁圈从第一位置移动到第二位置,在所述第一位置中,诸如针的注射器尖刺部被露出,在所述第二位置中,所述针被防护或遮罩。
使用时,装置使用者移走针护罩子组件,将诸如针的注射器尖刺部插入到注射位置,并且向下推动注射器经过所述装置护罩与皮肤的初始接触点,并且到达所述锁圈和装置护罩已经沿着所述注射器颈部向近侧移动直到注射器缩小部阻止所述锁圈进一步向近侧移动的那一点。随着所述护针器装置沿着所述注射器颈部向近侧移动,所述装置护罩的保持臂与所述注射器缩小部对接而向外偏转,以便从所述锁圈脱离,从而将所述装置护罩触发为在偏压下移动到所述第二位置或针防护位置。
在替代实施方式中,触觉和听觉两种反馈信号装置启动装置被包含到所述护针器装置中。反馈系统包括反馈臂,优选在所述保持臂从所述锁圈脱离时,所述反馈臂在装置启动的过程中被推动经过反馈翼片。
在另一个替代实施方式中,所述锁圈可以竖直地固定到所述注射器,并且包括具有锁圈翼片的锁圈环,所述锁圈翼片能够相对于所述锁圈自由滑动。

具体实施方式
本文所述的系统和方法指向一种用于注射器的护针器,其具有与注射器的几何形状不相关的安全装置触发机构。下面来看附图,图1-23显示了接触触发器释放的护针器的实施方式。本文所述护针器为设计为附接到处于其准备填充状态下的预填充注射器的远侧端部的防针刺安全装置。如图1所示,联接到注射器6(显示为处于其准备填充状态下)的护针器装置13由五(5)个部件构成,这些部件包括:锁圈1、压缩弹簧2、装置护罩3、刚性针护罩4和柔性针护罩4。
如图2-4所示,护针器装置13在预加载状态下被传递到终端使用者,其中弹簧2被压缩在装置护罩3和锁圈1之间。锁圈1具有位于每一侧上的两个锁翼片7,如图3所示,这些锁定翼片7配合在装置护罩3的保持臂9的每一个中的两个开口或切口8之内。如图4所示,在预加载状态下,保持臂9的支座区域27倚靠在锁圈翼片7的水平表面26上,锁圈翼片7在第一位置下将锁圈1和装置护罩3组件锁在一起,其中注射器尖刺部17延伸超过装置护罩的远侧端部。压缩弹簧2的力使组件保持张紧。如图5和6所示,锁圈1包含在内部位于锁圈保持臂35的端部处的四个垫10,如图2和4所示,锁圈保持臂35与注射器颈部11和圆形部分12对接,以便将护针器装置13附接到注射器6。锁圈1的内直径由锁圈垫10限定,并且为与注射器颈部11的基部近似的直径,但小于圆形部分12的直径。因此,在将护针器装置13组装到注射器6的过程中,锁圈垫10压迫锁圈保持臂35,以便在圆形部分12上挠曲而在注射器颈部11周围放松,从而将装置13保持在注射器6上,如图2和4所示。
如图3、7、8和9所示,由热塑性塑料构成的刚性针护罩4以及由弹性体构成的柔性针护罩5经由位于柔性针护罩5的远侧端部处的可压缩翼片14而竖直地彼此锁定。通过用力推动柔性针护罩5的远侧端部穿过刚性针护罩4中的直径更小的开口,柔性针护罩5可以被插入到刚性针护罩4内。刚性针护罩4和柔性针护罩5的子组件18经由刚性针护罩4的近侧端部上的挠性保持臂15和环状环16而被可释放地附接到装置护罩3,如图10所示。在被组装到装置护罩3时,柔性针护罩5与注射器6的圆形部分12干涉,并且压靠该圆形部分12,由此形成密封使注射器6的尖刺部(针)17以及注射器6的内容物在移走针护罩子组件18之前保持无菌。在柔性针护罩5的远侧端部处,注射器尖刺部17突出到弹性体材料内,从而保护注射器尖刺部17的尖端17a。
如图11所示,在执行注射之前,装置使用者用力拉出针护罩子组件18,从而拉动环状环16经过保持臂15。如图12所示,在针护罩子组件18被移出护针器装置13之后,锁圈1、装置护罩3和弹簧2沿着注射器颈部11向近侧自由移动。如图12所示,在锁圈1和注射器6的缩小区域20之间存在小间隙19,从而允许进行这种向近侧的移动。如图10所示,当针护罩子组件18就位时,沿着注射器颈部11的这种向近侧的移动由于刚性针护罩4和装置护罩3之间的连接以及注射器圆形部分12和柔性针护罩5之间的压缩接触而被阻止。
当执行如图13至21所示的注射时,装置使用者首先将注射器尖刺部17插入到注射位置21内。使用者向下推动注射器6经过装置护罩3与皮肤S的初始接触点(如图13所示),并且达到锁圈1、弹簧2和装置护罩3已经沿着注射器颈部11向近侧移动直到锁圈1靠着注射器缩小部20的点(如图14所示)。参见图14、18和19,随着护针器装置13沿着注射器颈部11向近侧行进,装置护罩3的保持臂9的倒角肋部34(图14)与注射器缩小部20相互作用,从而使保持臂9在径向上向外挠曲或偏转。使用者将知道在该点处安全装置被启动,这是因为装置护罩3的保持臂9从护针器装置13在径向上向外弯曲。
此外,如图15-18所示,还可能借助于反馈臂22而将装置启动的触觉和听觉反馈结合到护针器装置13内,随着注射器尖刺部17被插入到注射位置21内,反馈臂22在装置启动过程中被导致挠曲并推动经过在装置护罩3之内存在的成角度的翼片23。随着注射器尖刺部17被插入到注射位置21并且装置护罩3沿着注射器颈部11向近侧行进,如图16所示,反馈臂22经由倒角表面25而与注射器缩小区域20相互作用,从而使反馈臂22在径向上向外偏转。随着反馈臂22如图16-18所示地向外推动,反馈臂耳部24接触并推动经过装置护罩的成角度的翼片23,从而产生已经启动护针器装置13的听觉和触觉反馈。
当装置护罩3的保持臂9已经如上所述地在径向上向外挠曲时,保持臂支座区域27失去与锁圈翼片7的顶部水平表面26的接触,并且移动进入与锁圈翼片7的成角度的外表面28接触,如图19所示。因此,一旦使用者已经完成其注射并且开始从注射位置21移走注射器尖刺部(针)17,如图20所示,从锁圈1被释放并且被弹簧2偏压以相对于锁圈1移动的装置护罩3就沿着注射器6的轴线从第一位置向着第二位置向远侧行进,从而保持与注射位置21周围的皮肤S的接触,并且对注射器尖刺部(针)17形成防护。一旦使用者已经从注射位置21充分移走注射器尖刺部17并且注射器尖刺部17被完全防护,但刚好又在装置护罩3从与注射位置21周围的皮肤S的接触释放之前,装置护罩保持臂9扣合到与锁圈1的锁定位置,如图21-23所示,从而防止装置护罩3相对于锁圈1向近侧移动。在装置护罩3的近侧端部处,锁支座区域或切口29在保持臂9中形成,而锁圈翼片7配合在锁定支座区域或切口29之内。因此,在装置护罩3的指向远侧的行程的终点处,保持臂9失去与锁圈翼片7的成角度的表面28的接触,并且自由地弹回到保持臂9的锁支座区域29的顶部表面30配合在锁圈翼片7的底部表面之下的竖直位置内。因此,如果与装置护罩3发生任何接触以将其沿着注射器6向近侧推动,则装置护罩3将被阻止向近侧移动,从而保护使用者及其他人免受意外针刺的伤害。装置护罩3的锁支座区域29的上表面32接触锁圈翼片7的顶部表面33,并且防止装置护罩3被向远侧拉出锁圈1。
在针17的插入以及装置的启动过程中,对于用于装置启动的使用者用力要求,存在几个组成部分。如果不考虑将针17插入到患者体内所需的力,取决于实施方式,力潜在地包括:弯曲或偏转装置护罩保持臂9所需的力、弯曲或偏转并启动装置护罩反馈臂22所需的力以及沿着注射器颈部11向近侧推动锁圈1所需的力。在具有锁圈垫10的锁圈保持臂35与注射器圆形部分12接合以将护针器装置13保持到注射器6的上述实施方式中,在将针17插入患者体内时锁圈1必须沿着注射器颈部11向近侧滑动,以便启动护针器装置13。由于注射器颈部11是渐缩的,从而在圆形部分12附近更细而在针管附近更粗,因此在注射器插入和装置启动的过程中锁圈保持臂35将需要挠曲,从而增加启动护针器装置13所需的力。进一步减小注射器插入和装置启动的力会是合乎需要的,这可以利用如图24-25所示的布置来完成。

在图26所示的另一个实施方式中,可以使用的刚性针护罩可以考虑“标准”刚性针护罩,或者目前市售的并且经常用在玻璃预填充注射器上以保护针和药物的刚性针护罩,例如Stelmi刚性针护罩或Becton Dickinson(BD)刚性针护罩。在护针器装置213的该实施方式中,锁圈201借助于注射器颈部211上的肋部240以及位于锁圈201的内直径上的锁圈垫210而附接到拉长的注射器颈部211。锁圈垫210的内直径小于注射器颈部的肋部240的外直径。在组装过程中,锁圈201被推到注射器颈部的肋部240上,从而将锁圈保持在注射器颈部的肋部240和注射器颈部的缩小区域241之间。刚性针护罩250的弹性体部分251靠着注射器206的圆形部分212密封,如标准刚性针护罩典型地密封那样。此外,刚性针护罩250从可滑动地联接到锁圈201的装置护罩203突出,从而足以允许使用者容易地抓取并将其从护针器装置13移走。
在图27所示的另一个实施方式中,通过内部弹性体342的颈部343和注射器颈部311的注射器圆形部分312之间以及内部弹性体342的远侧实心端部344和注射器尖刺部317之间的摩擦,由外部热塑性塑料341和内部弹性体342构成的刚性针护罩340附接到护针器装置313。上述的摩擦对接还用于保护注射器尖刺部317,在注射器尖刺部317和内部弹性体342之间形成密封以保护药物免受污染,并且在注射器圆形部分312和内部弹性体342之间形成密封以保护护注射器尖刺部317的外壁免受污染。

Claims (30)
1.一种护针器,所述护针器能够联接到准备填充的注射器,所述护针器包括:
锁圈,所述锁圈能够联接到注射器的颈部,以及
装置护罩,所述装置护罩被偏压以相对于所述锁圈从第一位置移动到第二位置,在所述第一位置中,注射器尖刺部延伸超过所述装置护罩,在所述第二位置中,所述注射器尖刺部被所述装置护罩遮罩,所述锁圈构型为接合所述装置护罩并将所述装置护罩保持在所述第一位置中,其中,当所述装置护罩向近侧移动时,所述装置护罩由所述注射器导致从所述锁圈脱离,从而能够使所述装置护罩从第一位置向远侧移动到所述第二位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护针器,进一步包括弹簧,所述弹簧定位在所述锁圈和装置护罩之间,从而将所述装置护罩偏压为相对于所述锁圈从所述第一位置向远侧移动到所述第二位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的护针器,进一步包括针护罩组件,所述针护罩组件能够释放地联接到所述装置护罩。
4.根据权利要求1所述的护针器,其中,所述针护罩组件构型为防止所述装置护罩向近侧移动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的护针器,其中,所述针护罩组件包括刚性针护罩以及接纳在所述刚性针护罩中的柔性针护罩。
6.根据权利要求5所述的护针器,其中,所述刚性针护罩包括环状环,所述环状环由装置护罩臂能够释放地保持。
7.根据权利要求1所述的护针器,其中,所述装置护罩包括一个或更多个保持臂,并且所述锁圈包括一个或更多个翼片,其中,所述一个或更多个保持臂接合所述一个或更多个翼片,以便将所述装置护罩保持在所述第一位置中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的护针器,其中,所述一个或更多个保持臂具有经过其的一个或更多个孔,从而形成倚靠在所述一个或更多个翼片的表面上的支座。
9.根据权利要求1所述的护针器,其中,所述锁圈包括保持臂,所述保持臂在其端部处具有垫,所述垫与所述注射器的颈部对接并且靠着圆形部分,从而防止所述锁圈相对于所述颈部的向远侧移动超过所述圆形部分。
10.根据权利要求8所述的护针器,其中,当所述装置护罩向近侧移动时,所述一个或更多个保持臂能由所述注射器偏转,以使所述支座从所述翼片的表面脱离。
11.根据权利要求10所述的护针器,其中,所述一个或更多个保持臂包括肋部,所述肋部与注射器缩小区域相互作用,以便使所述一个或更多个保持臂偏转。
12.根据权利要求1所述的护针器,进一步包括指示所述装置护罩启动的触觉反馈机构。
13.根据权利要求1所述的护针器,进一步包括指示所述装置护罩启动的听觉反馈机构。
14.根据权利要求12所述的护针器,其中,所述触觉反馈机构包括在所述装置护罩中形成的反馈臂。
15.根据权利要求13所述的护针器,其中,所述听觉反馈机构包括在所述装置护罩中形成的反馈臂。
16.一种注射器组件,包括:
注射器,
针,所述针从所述注射器的远侧端部延伸,以及
护针器,所述护针器联接到所述注射器的远侧端部,所述护针器包括:
锁圈,所述锁圈能够联接到所述注射器的颈部,以及
装置护罩,所述装置护罩被偏压以相对于所述锁圈从第一位置移动到第二位置,在所述第一位置中,注射器尖刺部延伸超过所述装置护罩,在所述第二位置中,所述注射器尖刺部被所述装置护罩遮罩。
17.根据权利要求16所述的注射器组件,其中,所述锁圈构型为接合所述装置护罩并将所述装置护罩保持在所述第一位置中,其中,当所述装置护罩向近侧移动时,所述装置护罩被所述注射器从所述锁圈脱离,从而使所述装置护罩相对于所述锁圈从所述第一位置向远侧移动到所述第二位置。
18.根据权利要求16所述的注射器组件,进一步包括弹簧,所述弹簧定位在所述锁圈和装置护罩之间,从而将所述装置护罩偏压为从所述第一位置向远侧移动到所述第二位置。
19.根据权利要求16所述的注射器组件,进一步包括针护罩组件,所述针护罩组件能够释放地联接到所述装置护罩。
20.根据权利要求16所述的注射器组件,其中,所述针护罩组件构型为防止所述装置护罩向近侧移动。
21.根据权利要求19所述的注射器组件,其中,所述针护罩组件包括刚性针护罩以及接纳在所述刚性针护罩中的柔性针护罩。
22.根据权利要求20所述的注射器组件,其中,所述刚性针护罩包括环状环,所述环状环被所述装置护罩的保持臂能够释放地保持。
23.根据权利要求16所述的注射器组件,其中,所述装置护罩包括一个或更多个保持臂,并且所述锁圈包括一个或更多个翼片,其中,所述一个或更多个保持臂接合所述一个或更多个翼片,以便将所述装置护罩保持在所述第一位置中。
24.根据权利要求23所述的注射器组件,所述一个或更多个保持臂具有经过其的一个或更多个孔,从而形成倚靠在所述一个或更多个翼片的表面上的支座。
25.根据权利要求16所述的注射器组件,其中,所述锁圈包括挠性臂,所述挠性臂在其端部处具有垫,所述垫与所述注射器的颈部对接并且靠着圆形部分,从而防止所述锁圈相对于所述颈部的向远侧移动超过所述圆形部分。
