所述内容器(200)结合物所述外容器(100)的内部，用于容纳内容物，其内部具有根据内容物的使用而上升的活塞(210)。
所述内容器(200)的下端形成有空气流入孔(220)，以使通过所述空气移动孔(113)流入的空气移动至内容器的内部，进而使活塞(210)上升。
所述支撑体(300)通过围绕并结合在所述外容器(100)的上部而支撑抽吸部件(400)，具有与第一螺纹(111)结合的第二螺纹(310)，由此能够与外容器(100)以螺纹方式结合。
所述支撑体(300)中央部具有支撑抽吸部件(400)以及可使抽吸部件(400)的活塞升降的气缸(320)，所述气缸(320)下端形成有内容物流入孔(321)，以使当抽吸部件(400)操作时容纳于内容器(200)的内容物流入，所述内容物流入孔(321)的上端设置有根据抽吸部件(400)的操作与否而开闭的止回阀(322)。
根据本发明，其特征在于，所述支撑体(300)的内周面中交叉形成有旋转突起(330)以及旋转槽(340)，所述旋转突起(330)根据支撑体(300)的旋转与所述安装突起(112)相接，如图5的(a)和(b)所示，所述旋转突起(330)构成为与所述安装突起(112)相对应，当支撑体(300)向关闭方向旋转时，沿着所述安装突起(112)的倾斜面滑过，当支撑体(300)向打开方向旋转时，被所述安装突起(112)的垂直面阻挡。
所述旋转突起(330)与安装突起(112)相比，由软质材质构成，当使用者任意打开支撑体(300)时，与安装突起(112)产生摩擦，从而旋转突起(330)的一部分被破损，通过旋转突起(330)的状态能够很容易地确认使用者是否有打开支撑体(330)，从而可识别使用者是否做过将支撑体(300)拆卸而向内容器(200)投入异物等非法行为。
另外，所述支撑体(300)中，优选为具有密封部件(350)，与外容器以螺纹方式结合时，其与所述内容器(200)的上端相接，从而密封内容器(200)。
所述抽吸部件(400)结合于所述支撑体(300)，通过抽吸操作排出内容物，由于抽吸部的技术内容属于本发明技术领域的公知技术，因此在此不再一一赘述。
所述按钮部(500)结合于所述抽吸部件(400)的上部，根据使用者的操作对抽吸部件(400)进行加压从而使其进行抽吸操作，根据本发明，其特征在于，所述按钮部(500)的中央部形成有加压显示部(510)，以使将使用者将手指放置其上。
如图6所示，所述加压显示部(510)位于所述按钮部(500)的中央部，从而引导手指放置在其上，因此为了进行抽吸部件(400)的抽吸操作，使用者需要按压按钮部(500)时，使用者能够准确的认识到按钮部(500)的加压部位，从而不会发生按钮部(500)倾斜的现象，而且能够简单地进行抽吸操作以一定量排出内容物。
另外，其特征在于，所述按钮部(500)形成有具有内容物排出孔(521)的排出部(520)，所述排出部(520)从所述加压显示部(510)偏离的位置向下方向凹陷形成，以使通过所述内容物排出孔(521)排出的内容物向凹陷形成为碟形状的排出部(520)的上端排出。
所述内容物排出孔(510)优选为，结合有橡胶盖(522)，其可根据抽吸部件(400)的抽吸操作使内容物上升时，通过内容物的压力被打开，从而可防止内容物在使用者未有用意时向外流出。
另外，所述按钮部(500)的内侧具有结合突起(530)，其结合有将后述的连通部(620)。
所述内容物移动部(600)位于所述抽吸部件(400)和按钮部(500)之间，用于将通过所述抽吸部件(400)移动的内容物移动至内容物排出孔(521)，由结合管(610)和连通部(620)构成，所述结合管(610)结合于所述抽吸部件(400)的上部，所述连通部(620)向上突出且结合于结合突起(530)，形成使内容物移动的通路，所述结合突起(530)形成于所述按钮部(500)的内侧。
所述连通部(620)结合于结合突起(530)，从而与所述内容物排出孔(521)连通，进而引导从抽吸部件(400)流入的内容物通过内容物排出孔(521)排出至外部。
所述顶盖(700)在所述外容器(100)上部围绕按钮部(500)而拆卸可能地结合于所述支撑体(300)，从而防止按钮部(500)操作错误。
附图及说明书公开了最佳实施例。在此虽使用了特定术语，但是，这些只不过是为说明本发明的目的而使用的，并不是用来限定含义或者限制权利要求范围所记载的本发明的范围。因此，本发明所属领域的技术人员可由此进行各种变形及均等的实施。并且，本发明的真正的技术保护范围应由权利要求范围的技术思想而决定。

Claims (3)

1.一种具有真空泵的膏型化妆品容器，其特征在于，包括：
外容器；
内容器，结合于所述外容器的内部，用于容纳内容物，其内部具有根据内容物的使用而上升的活塞；
支撑体，围绕并结合于所述外容器的上部从而支撑抽吸部件；
抽吸部件，结合于所述支撑体，通过抽吸操作而排出内容物；
按钮部，位于所述抽吸部件上部以对抽吸部件加压，中央部形成有加压显示部，以使得使用者的手指被放置在其上从而对抽吸部件进行加压，并在从所述加压显示部偏离的位置形成有向下方向凹陷的排出部，所述排出部中形成有排出孔；
内容物移动部，一侧结合于所述抽吸部件的上部，另一侧结合于所述按钮部的下部，用于将通过所述抽吸部件移动的内容物排出至内容物排出孔，
在所述外容器的上部沿着外周面隔开一定间隔形成有多个安装突起，所述安装突起的一侧形成缓慢的倾斜面，另一侧形成垂直面，在所述支撑体的内周面，沿着其内周面交叉形成有旋转突起以及旋转槽，所述旋转突起与所述安装突起相接，
所述旋转突起形成为与所述安装突起相比，由软质材质构成，其被构成为：与所述安装突起相对应，当支撑体向关闭方向旋转时，沿着所述安装突起的倾斜面滑过，当支撑体向打开方向旋转时，其一部分被所述安装突起的垂直面破损，
所述外容器的上端至少具有一个以上的空气移动孔，所述空气移动孔形成为上端的一部分被切开，以使空气能够向外容器的内部流入，在活塞的下部提供大气压。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有真空泵的膏型化妆品容器，其特征在于，
所述内容物移动部由结合管和连通部构成，所述结合管结合于所述抽吸部件的上部，所述连通部向上突出结合于所述按钮部，形成使内容物移动的通路，与所述内容物排出孔连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有真空泵的膏型化妆品容器，其特征在于，
所述内容物排出孔中结合有橡胶盖，所述橡胶盖根据内容物的压力而被打开。
