背景技术
春卷一般作为早餐,不吃早餐导致的能量和营养素摄入的不足,很难从午餐和晚餐中得到充分补充。所以,每天都应该吃早餐,并且要吃好早餐,以保证摄入充足的能量和营养素。市场上的早餐已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的早餐越来越受到消费者的青睐。

本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种辣肉补肾春卷及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种辣肉补肾春卷,由下列重量份的原料制成:
小麦面粉30-45、玉米面15-20、营养添加剂8-9、肥肉丁5-6、葡萄籽油1-2、白胡椒粉5-7、黑芝麻3-5、苹果果肉3-6、黑木耳2-5、可乐3-4、竹盐1-2、豆渣3-5、鸡冠花2-2.4、山楂核2-2.5、狗脊1-1.5、风铃花2-2.5、锁阳3-5、月见草1.3-2.4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
箬竹叶1-1.5、芡实叶0.8-1.6、玫瑰花1-1.2、姜叶1.4-2.3、香薷0.4-1.2、香菜汁6-7、荞麦5-6、干香菇3-4、扫帚菜2-3;
制备方法为:
(1)箬竹叶、芡实叶、香薷等中药材加5倍水,煎煮25分钟,滤渣得药液;
(2)将荞麦炒香,与干香菇混合研磨成粉得香粉,扫帚菜洗净,控干,丢入香粉中,手抓扫帚菜使均匀裹上香粉,上锅用药液熏蒸5分钟,取出兑香菜汁剁碎,即得;

(3)黑木耳与黑芝麻、葡萄籽油进入搅拌机混合搅拌,肥肉丁入锅得油渣,取出油渣,再倒入豆渣,翻炒1-2分钟,取出豆渣与营养添加剂合并待用;
(4)将上述步骤所得馅料与剩余物料混合后,用辣肉补肾春卷皮包裹,即得成品;将成型辣肉补肾春卷在10-15分钟内进行速冻,速冻温度为-10--15℃,速冻时间为25-30分钟,将速冻好的辣肉补肾春卷整理包装,在-6℃以下低温储藏。

所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
箬竹叶1、芡实叶0.8、玫瑰花1、姜叶1.4、香薷0.4、香菜汁6、荞麦5、干香菇3、扫帚菜2;
制备方法为:
(1)箬竹叶、芡实叶、香薷等中药材加5倍水,煎煮25分钟,滤渣得药液;
(2)将荞麦炒香,与干香菇混合研磨成粉得香粉,扫帚菜洗净,控干,丢入香粉中,手抓扫帚菜使均匀裹上香粉,上锅用药液熏蒸5分钟,取出兑香菜汁剁碎,即得;

所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
箬竹叶1-1.5、芡实叶0.8-1.6、玫瑰花1-1.2、姜叶1.4-2.3、香薷0.4-1.2、香菜汁6-7、荞麦5-6、干香菇3-4、扫帚菜2-3;
