本发明公开了一种改善微循环型补钙猪皮味玉米糁,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉400-450、牦牛骨髓70-80、猪皮8-9、番茄红素5-6、茯苓粉0.8-0.9、鱼籽10-11、红参粉5-6。本发明具有很好的补钙效果,且加入了猪皮作为辅料,将猪皮经过特殊工艺处理,将猪皮玩完美的融合到了玉米糁中,使得玉米糁具有了猪皮的营养成分,添加了多种名贵中药成分,通过多种工艺步骤,使得玉米糁具有缓解心悸失眠、感冒,咳嗽,风湿骨痛等一些中药保健效果。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种玉米糁,尤其涉及一种改善微循环型补钙猪皮味玉米糁。
背景技术
    目前,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越多的选择价高味美的米面,玉米糁营养丰富,广受消费者喜爱,市场上销售的玉米粉口味单调,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足于消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改善微循环型补钙猪皮味玉米糁及其制备方法,本发明具有补钙效果好,改善微循环、具有猪皮风味的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种改善微循环型补钙猪皮味玉米糁,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:
玉米粉400-450、牦牛骨髓70-80、猪皮8-9、番茄红素5-6、茯苓粉0.8-0.9、 鱼籽10-11、 红参粉5-6、西河柳2-3、香菜籽粉6-7、黑枣4-5、鱼露3-4、萝勒0.9-1、枳实1-2、杜仲0.5-0.7、生姜汁10-11、黑牛肝菌2-3、蛋黄液14-15、海藻糖4-5、营养添加剂50-55;
所述的营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:蒲公英1-2、冰糖3-5、绿豆30-50、梨7-8、乌梅5-6、黄连1-2、桔梗0.6-0.7、青蒿0.8-0.9、薄荷叶1-2、水萍1.5-2、昆布1-2、葱白1-2;
制备方法为:
(1)     取黄连、桔梗、青蒿、昆布加2-3倍的水文火煎煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将绿豆浸泡在清水中8-9小时,等绿豆的皮泡开,用手心轻轻搓揉,将绿豆皮去除;
(2)     将去皮的绿豆加2-3倍步骤(1)收集的滤液,放入高压锅煮约30分钟,使其成为绿豆沙;
(3)将蒲公英、水萍、薄荷叶、葱白、冰糖加7-8倍的水文火煎煮20-30分钟,过滤除渣,收集汤液;将梨、乌梅榨汁与汤液混合制的混合液,将混合液与步骤(2)所得绿豆沙搅拌均匀,烘干后研成粉末,即得。
所述改善微循环型补钙猪皮味玉米糁的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)        将西河柳、茯苓粉、枳实、杜仲加5-6倍水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,取药液;
(2)        将猪皮用药液浸泡,并小火煎煮至猪皮松软取出,不烫手时剔除皮下脂肪,再与牦牛骨髓、番茄红素、鱼籽、红参粉、香菜籽粉、黑枣、鱼露、生姜汁、黑牛肝菌混合搅拌大火煎煮至膏状,烘干研成粉;
(3)将玉米粉与蛋黄液、海藻糖混合隔水大火蒸3-4分钟,取出,冷冻干燥制成粉,再与步骤(2)所得粉料以及其他剩余原料进行混合均匀,即得。
 
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在传统的玉米糁中添加了牦牛骨髓,具有很好的补钙效果,且加入了猪皮作为辅料,将猪皮经过特殊工艺处理,将猪皮玩完美的融合到了玉米糁中,使得玉米糁具有了猪皮的营养成分,添加了多种名贵中药成分,通过多种工艺步骤,使得玉米糁具有改善微循环,缓解心悸失眠、感冒,咳嗽,风湿骨痛等一些中药保健效果。

玉米粉400-450、牦牛骨髓70-80、猪皮8-9、番茄红素5-6、茯苓粉0.8-0.9、 鱼籽10-11、 红参粉5-6、西河柳2-3、香菜籽粉6-7、黑枣4-5、鱼露3-4、萝勒0.9-1、枳实1-2、杜仲0.5-0.7、生姜汁10-11、黑牛肝菌2-3、蛋黄液14-15、海藻糖4-5、营养添加剂50-55;
所述的营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:蒲公英1-2、冰糖3-5、绿豆30-50、梨7-8、乌梅5-6、黄连1-2、桔梗0.6-0.7、青蒿0.8-0.9、薄荷叶1-2、水萍1.5-2、昆布1-2、葱白1-2;
制备方法为:
(1)     取黄连、桔梗、青蒿、昆布加2-3倍的水文火煎煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将绿豆浸泡在清水中8-9小时,等绿豆的皮泡开,用手心轻轻搓揉,将绿豆皮去除;

玉米粉400-450、牦牛骨髓70-80、猪皮8-9、番茄红素5-6、茯苓粉0.8-0.9、 鱼籽10-11、 红参粉5-6、西河柳2-3、香菜籽粉6-7、黑枣4-5、鱼露3-4、萝勒0.9-1、枳实1-2、杜仲0.5-0.7、生姜汁10-11、黑牛肝菌2-3、蛋黄液14-15、海藻糖4-5、营养添加剂50-55;
所述的营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:蒲公英1-2、冰糖3-5、绿豆30-50、梨7-8、乌梅5-6、黄连1-2、桔梗0.6-0.7、青蒿0.8-0.9、薄荷叶1-2、水萍1.5-2、昆布1-2、葱白1-2;
制备方法为:

(2)将猪皮用药液浸泡,并小火煎煮至猪皮松软取出,不烫手时剔除皮下脂肪,再与牦牛骨髓、番茄红素、鱼籽、红参粉、香菜籽粉、黑枣、鱼露、生姜汁、黑牛肝菌混合搅拌大火煎煮至膏状,烘干研成粉;
(3)将玉米粉与蛋黄液、海藻糖混合隔水大火蒸3-4分钟,取出,冷冻干燥制成粉,再与步骤(2)所得粉料以及其他剩余原料进行混合均匀,即得。
