本发明的目的是这样实现的:原料的制备和配比工艺:a、分别取黄秋葵、绞股蓝、芹菜三种原料,单味采用超临界萃取工艺获取提取液备用;b、选用黄秋葵提取液45-50%、绞股蓝提取液25-30%、芹菜提取液20-30%,进行充分混合后备用;c、取茶多糖40%、桑葚汁20%、沙棘汁40%,进行充分混合后备用;d、取b步骤获得的混合液60%,c步骤获得的混合液40%,充分混合后,备用;e、制作:1、取纯净水500kg置于夹层配料罐内,通过锅炉加温,对配料罐加热40℃时,加入d步骤获得的混合液50%,搅拌均匀;2.取阿斯巴甜0.05kg,乙基麦芽酚0.05kg,清甜素0.10kg,溶解混合均匀,加入罐中,再取柠檬酸100ml,苹果醋380ml加入配料罐中,搅拌均匀后,再次加温至60℃时,加入香精50ml,护色素0.095kg,搅拌均匀,加温至85℃,进行杀菌,罐装封口,冷却,包装即得。
本发明的积极效果在于:黄秋葵:味淡,性寒,归肾、膀胱经。功效利咽,通淋,下乳,调经。主咽喉肿痛,小便淋涩,产后乳汁稀少,月经不调。秋葵含有果胶、牛乳聚糖等,具有帮助消化、治疗胃炎和胃溃疡、保护皮肤和胃黏膜之功效,被誉为人类最佳的保健蔬菜之一。其含有铁、钙及糖类等多种营养成分,有预防贫血的效果。它分泌的黏蛋白有保护胃壁的作用,并促进胃液分泌,提高食欲,改善消化不良等症。含有维生素A,有益于视网膜健康、维护视力。对青壮年和运动员而言,秋葵可消除疲劳、迅速恢复体力。同时秋葵嫩果中含有一种黏性液质及阿拉伯聚糖、半乳聚糖、鼠李聚糖、蛋白质、草酸钙等,经常食用帮助消化、增强体力、保护肝脏、健胃整肠。秋葵含有特殊的具有药效的成分,能强肾补虚,对男性器质性疾病有辅助治疗作用,是一种适宜的营养保健蔬菜,享有“植物伟哥”之美誉。另外由于黄秋葵富含有锌和硒等微量元素,能增强人体防癌抗癌作用。秋葵嫩荚含丰富的可溶性膳食纤维和维生素C,不仅对皮肤具有保健作用,且能使皮肤美白、细嫩;膳食纤维还可轻松带走人体内垃圾,是很棒的营养减肥材料。秋葵嫩荚含丰富的植物黄酮,结合各营养元素能促进人体全方位的自我调理,从而确保内分泌平衡、抗衰老、抗疲劳、增耐力、血液循环加快等功效。秋葵嫩荚富含维生素A、胡萝卜素,以及维生素E等,尤其是维生素A与胡萝卜素含量在目前发现的植物中位列第一。维生素A能保护视网膜,确保良好的视力,预防白内障的产生。黄秋葵在日本被称为“绿色人参”,抗疲劳作用与人参相当。且有降血糖、降血脂的功效,能有效降低血清胆固醇、预防心血管病。绞股蓝:味甘,苦,性平,有清热解毒,止咳祛痰,抗癌,防老,降血脂的功能,含有80多中皂苷,包括人参皂苷Rg3,氨基酸,23种无机元素,用于治疗慢性支气管炎、传染性肝炎、肾盂炎、肠胃炎、高血脂和降血糖、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤。80多种皂苷,均属于达玛脂醇类结构。其中6种绞股蓝皂苷:Rb1、Rb2、Rd、F1、Tn-1、Tn-2与人参皂苷相同,11种相似,是人参含量的3倍。芹菜:是一种常见的蔬菜,其维生素C含量很高,有减肥作用和降血脂、降血压作用。茶多糖:有很好的降血糖作用。桑葚:味甘、酸、性寒,用于补铁。铁是人体内最丰富的微量元素,主要以铁蛋白存在于体内。缺铁后血液蛋白减少,发生贫血、易疲劳、注意力不集中等症状。沙棘:活血化淤,消食,抗氧化,抗放射功效,含有大量的VC,是补充天然VC的重要原料,VC也是大脑中的重要物质之一,和钙结合能发挥出卓越健脑作用,并含大量黄酮类、叶酸类、葡萄糖、果糖等成份。
具体实施方式
实施例一:

通过实施例一或二所生产出的该果醋饮品,口感酸甜可口,营养丰富,适合三高人群和需要保健的人饮用。

1.一种用黄秋葵和绞股蓝制作防三高果醋饮料的方法,其特征是:由以下配比和方法制备而成:a、分别取黄秋葵、绞股蓝、芹菜三种原料,单味采用超临界萃取工艺获取提取液备用;b、选用黄秋葵提取液45-50%、绞股蓝提取液25-30%、芹菜提取液20-30%,进行充分混合后备用;c、取茶多糖40%、桑葚汁20%、沙棘汁40%,进行充分混合后备用;d、取b步骤获得的混合液60%,c步骤获得的混合液40%,充分混合后,备用;e、制作:1、取纯净水500kg置于夹层配料罐内,通过锅炉加温,对配料罐加热40℃时,加入d步骤获得的混合液50%,搅拌均匀;2.取阿斯巴甜0.05kg,乙基麦芽酚0.05kg,清甜素0.10kg,溶解混合均匀,加入罐中,再取柠檬酸100ml,苹果醋380ml加入配料罐中,搅拌均匀后,再次加温至60℃时,加入香精50ml,护色素0.095kg,搅拌均匀,加温至85℃,进行杀菌,罐装封口,冷却,包装即得。
