本发明涉及的是一种葛根素和绞股蓝皂苷制备防三高饮品的工艺,其特征是:选用葛根素提取液、绞股蓝皂苷提取液、芹菜提取液与茶多糖、桑葚汁、沙棘汁进行充分混合后备用,再取纯净水500kg置于夹层配料罐内,对配料罐加热40℃时,加入前述的混合液搅拌均匀;再取阿斯巴甜、乙基麦芽酚、清甜素、柠檬酸、苹果醋、香精、护色素等,搅拌均匀,加温杀菌,罐装封口,冷却,包装即得。

背景技术
三高人群越来越多,针对三高人群的保健品和药品也层出不穷,然而适合三高人群饮用的饮料,却少至又少。常常听到三高人群的呼声,能不能给我们研究一些日常可饮用的降三高饮料,让我们平时饮用,远离和减轻三高对我们的危害,不要让我们总是吃药。经过研究,结合中国人的饮食习惯,我们筛选了葛根素和绞股蓝皂苷当主料,研发成一种适合三高人群的,好喝的,有效防三高的饮料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种葛根素和绞股蓝皂苷制备防三高饮品的工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:原料的制备和配比工艺:a、分别取葛根和绞股蓝单味采用超临界萃取工艺获取提取葛根素和绞股蓝皂苷备用;b、选用葛根素提取液45-50%、绞股蓝提取液25-30%、芹菜提取液20-30%,进行充分混合后备用;c、取茶多糖40%、桑葚汁20%、沙棘汁40%,进行充分混合后备用;d、取b步骤获得的混合液60%,c步骤获得的混合液40%,充分混合后,备用;e、制作:1、取纯净水500kg置于夹层配料罐内,通过锅炉加温,对配料罐加热40℃时,加入d步骤获得的混合液50%,搅拌均匀;2.取阿斯巴甜0.05kg,乙基麦芽酚0.05kg,清甜素0.10kg,溶解混合均匀,加入罐中,再取柠檬酸100ml,苹果醋380ml加入配料罐中,搅拌均匀后,再次加温至60℃时,加入香精50ml,护色素0.095kg,搅拌均匀,加温至85℃,进行杀菌,罐装封口,冷却,包装即得。
本发明的积极效果在于:葛根:有解肌退热,生津,透疹,升阳止泻的功能,用于外感发热头痛,项强,口渴,消渴,热痢,泄泻,高血压颈项强痛,冠心病等。其含葛根黄酮、葛根素,大豆异黄酮等,对梗死的心肌的代谢有良好作用。绞股蓝:味甘,苦,性平,有清热解毒,止咳祛痰,抗癌,防老,降血脂的功能,含有80多中皂苷,包括人参皂苷Rg3,氨基酸,23种无机元素,用于治疗慢性支气管炎、传染性肝炎、肾盂炎、肠胃炎、高血脂和降血糖、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤。80多种皂苷,均属于达玛脂醇类结构。其中6种绞股蓝皂苷:Rb1、Rb2、Rd、F1、Tn-1、Tn-2与人参皂苷相同,11种相似,是人参含量的3倍。芹菜:是一种常见的蔬菜,其维生素C含量很高,有减肥作用和降血脂、降血压作用。茶多糖:有很好的降血糖作用。桑葚:味甘、酸、性寒,用于补铁。铁是人体内最丰富的微量元素,主要以铁蛋白存在于体内。缺铁后血液蛋白减少,发生贫血、易疲劳、注意力不集中等症状。沙棘:活血化淤,消食,抗氧化,抗放射功效,含有大量的VC,是补充天然VC的重要原料,VC也是大脑中的重要物质之一,和钙结合能发挥出卓越健脑作用,并含大量黄酮类、叶酸类、葡萄糖、果糖等成份。

实施例二:a、分别取葛根和绞股蓝单味采用超临界萃取工艺获取提取葛根素和绞股蓝皂苷备用;b、选用葛根素提取液45%绞股蓝提取液25%、芹菜提取液30%,进行充分混合后备用;c、取茶多糖40%、桑葚汁20%、沙棘汁40%,进行充分混合后备用;d、取b步骤获得的混合液60%,c步骤获得的混合液40%,充分混合后,备用;e、制作:1、取纯净水500kg置于夹层配料罐内,通过锅炉加温,对配料罐加热40℃时,加入d步骤获得的混合液50%,搅拌均匀;2.取阿斯巴甜0.05kg,乙基麦芽酚0.05kg,清甜素0.10kg,溶解混合均匀,加入罐中,再取柠檬酸100ml,苹果醋380ml加入配料罐中,搅拌均匀后,再次加温至60℃时,加入香精50ml,护色素0.095kg,搅拌均匀,加温至85℃,进行杀菌,罐装封口,冷却,包装即得。
通过实施例一或二所生产出的该果醋饮品,口感酸甜可口,营养丰富,适合三高人群和需要保健的人饮用。
Claims (1)
1.一种葛根素和绞股蓝皂苷制备防三高饮品的工艺,其特征是:由以下配比和方法制备而成:a、分别取葛根和绞股蓝单味采用超临界萃取工艺获取提取葛根素和绞股蓝皂苷备用;b、选用葛根素提取液45-50%、绞股蓝提取液25-30%、芹菜提取液20-30%,进行充分混合后备用;c、取茶多糖40%、桑葚汁20%、沙棘汁40%,进行充分混合后备用;d、取b步骤获得的混合液60%,c步骤获得的混合液40%,充分混合后,备用;e、制作:1、取纯净水500kg置于夹层配料罐内,通过锅炉加温,对配料罐加热40℃时,加入d步骤获得的混合液50%,搅拌均匀;2.取阿斯巴甜0.05kg,乙基麦芽酚0.05kg,清甜素0.10kg,溶解混合均匀,加入罐中,再取柠檬酸100ml,苹果醋380ml加入配料罐中,搅拌均匀后,再次加温至60℃时,加入香精50ml,护色素0.095kg,搅拌均匀,加温至85℃,进行杀菌,罐装封口,冷却,包装即得。
