百合粉是从野生或人工栽培的百合鳞茎中加工提取的,其地下鳞茎含淀粉量70%以上;这种淀粉属于比较有名的冷饮。《本草纲目》记载:百合有清热、宁心、安神的作用,降火气,驱百合花阴毒,润肺止咳,是夏天不可多得的调养佳品。特别针对长期在太阳底下工作,以及更年期容易烦躁的人群,健康者不定期食用,还可起到调理肠胃,美容养颜的功效。目前,市场上购买的百合粉往往营养价值单一,口感一般。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种冲调简单,口感佳,营养丰富的速溶百合粉及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供:一种速溶百合粉,包括以下重量份的原料:百合粉65-75份、米粉15-25份、木瓜粉5-15份。
上述速溶百合粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将百合粉与米粉均匀地混合在一起,加水膨化成3-5目颗粒,其中每1kg粉体加水20ml;烘干;粉碎过80-100目筛网;加入木瓜粉混合均匀即可。
木瓜富含番木瓜碱、木瓜蛋白酶、木瓜凝乳酶、番茄烃、维生素B、C、E、糖分、蛋白质、脂肪、胡萝卜素、隐黄素、蝴蝶梅黄素、隐黄素环氨化物等营养物质。木瓜能消除体内过氧化物等毒素,净化血液,平肝和胃,舒筋络,活筋骨,降血压,更有润肤养颜的美容奇效。米粉具有补血益气、健脾养胃、聪耳明目的作用。
