本发明公开了一种食用菌保健面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:面粉200-250、玉米粉10-15、芡实粉10-12、炒麦芽粉8-10、酵母粉8-10、香菇10-12、鸡腿菇10-12、猴头菇4-6、金针菇4-6、合欢花2-4、银耳4-6、黑木耳4-6、砂仁3-4、山萘4-6、芒果核1-2、营养添加剂3-4。本发明的保健面粉经常食用能够增强机体综合免疫水平,具有免疫调节和抗肿瘤作用、保肝作用、调节血脂的保健功效,经常食用可以保持人体健康。

随着社会的发展,经济的进步,人们保健意识的增强,越来越多的人,开始重视保健,随着崇尚自然食物意识的增强,更多的人选择了通过食用功能性食物进行保健,所以各种功能性食品营运而生,如各种保健面粉等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有保健食疗作用的食用菌保健面粉。本发明的保健面粉具有增强免疫、抗肿瘤、护肝的保健功效。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种食用菌保健面粉,其特征在于,由下列组分按重量份制成:
面粉200-250、 玉米粉10-15、 芡实粉10-12、 炒麦芽粉8-10、酵母粉8-10、香菇10-12、鸡腿菇10-12、猴头菇4-6、金针菇4-6、合欢花2-4、银耳4-6、黑木耳4-6、砂仁3-4、山萘4-6、芒果核1-2、营养添加剂 3-4,
所述的营养添加剂由下列重量份的组分原料制成:鼎突多刺蚁100-120,金枪鱼80-90、党参1-2、茯苓3-4、核桃仁4-6、木瓜6-8、黄连叶2-4、灵芝破壁孢子粉0.3-0.6、肉苁蓉 1-2、草果0.1-0.5、淫羊藿4-6、黑枣4-6、牛蒡根4-6、西番莲4-6、菠萝皮4-6、桑葚8-10、刺玫果4-6、辣椒叶4-6,制备方法:
1)将鼎突多刺蚁、金枪鱼分别洗净、粉碎,然后分别加入2-3倍量的水浸泡1-2小时,加热至45-55℃,向其中加入原材料重量0.5-0.7%的胰酶,在搅拌下,保温30-40分钟,冷却至室温,浓缩,低温干燥,粉碎、灭菌、混合得到A料;
2)将党参、茯苓、核桃仁、木瓜、黄连叶粉碎,混合,得到B料;
3)将肉苁蓉、草果、淫羊藿、 黑枣、牛蒡根等加水按常规法煎煮,得到煎煮液,过滤,滤液浓缩,喷雾干燥,得到C料;
4)将西番莲、桑葚、菠萝皮、刺玫果、辣椒叶洗净后,打浆,浆料冷冻干燥,得到D料,最后将A、B、C、D四种料投入搅拌机中充分简报混合,即可。

(3)按配方比例将面粉、玉米粉、A料、B料及余下物料充分研磨混合,即可。

所述的营养添加剂由下列重量份的组分原料制成:鼎突多刺蚁100-120,金枪鱼80-90、党参1-2、茯苓3-4、核桃仁4-6、木瓜6-8、黄连叶2-4、灵芝破壁孢子粉0.3-0.6、肉苁蓉 1-2、草果0.1-0.5、淫羊藿4-6、黑枣4-6、牛蒡根4-6、西番莲4-6、菠萝皮4-6、桑葚8-10、刺玫果4-6、辣椒叶4-6,制备方法:
1)将鼎突多刺蚁、金枪鱼分别洗净、粉碎,然后分别加入2-3倍量的水浸泡1-2小时,加热至45-55℃,向其中加入原材料重量0.5-0.7%的胰酶,在搅拌下,保温30-40分钟,冷却至室温,浓缩,低温干燥,粉碎、灭菌、混合得到A料;
