本发明公开了一种绿豆冰镇茶醋饮料,是由下述重量份的原料制成:绿豆100-120、南瓜20-30、甜菊叶10-15、金银花14-18、绿茶粉40-50、龙利叶3-4、荷叶2-3、枸杞子7-8、黄瓜香4-5、余甘子4-5、百合子3-4、马鞭草2-3、龙胆草2-3、营养粉10-15、醋酸菌适量;本发明将绿豆、南瓜等原料煮成浆料,过滤得到的豆渣与中药液、绿茶粉用醋酸菌发酵制成茶醋,冷冻成冰,添加到绿豆饮料中,不但使其酸甜美味、冰凉爽口、营养丰富、风味独特,更具有清热解毒、消暑利尿、止咳化痰、养精提神、减肥养颜、调节血糖、防癌治癌的功效。

本发明涉及一种保健饮料,尤其涉及一种绿豆冰镇茶醋饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在市面上饮料口味多种多样,营养美味,受到大多数消费者的喜欢,但是现有的饮料成分单一,保健功效不显著,已经不能满足人们对健康饮食的需求,为此本发明在饮料中添加多种营养原料,再醋制处理,使其营养保健功效更佳。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种绿豆冰镇茶醋饮料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种绿豆冰镇茶醋饮料,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
绿豆100-120、南瓜20-30、甜菊叶10-15、金银花14-18、绿茶粉40-50、龙利叶3-4、荷叶2-3、枸杞子7-8、黄瓜香4-5、余甘子4-5、百合子3-4、马鞭草2-3、龙胆草2-3、营养粉10-15、醋酸菌适量;
所述营养粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:薏米:菱角叶:脱脂奶粉=2-4:1:3-5,葡萄酒适量。
一种绿豆冰镇茶醋饮料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将薏米、菱角叶拣杂洗净,晒干后送入锅中,倒入适量葡萄酒,小火焖润至吸干,取出和脱脂奶粉混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到营养粉;
(2)将优质绿豆拣杂洗净,南瓜去皮去瓤后切成丁,新鲜甜菊叶、金银花去杂洗净,全部送入锅中,倒入10-15倍清水,煮沸后打成浆,再小火慢炖4-5小时,离心分离,得到绿豆汁和豆渣;
(3)将龙利叶、荷叶、枸杞子、黄瓜香、余甘子、百合子、马鞭草、龙胆草混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣,得到中药液;
(4)将上述豆渣、中药液与绿茶粉混合均匀,倒入6-8倍纯净水混合,接种适量醋酸菌,常温发酵10-15天,过滤,滤液灭菌后得到茶醋;
(5)将上述茶醋冷冻成冰,打成碎冰块,得到醋冰块,与上述营养粉、绿豆汁混合均匀,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将绿豆、南瓜等原料煮成浆料,过滤得到的豆渣与中药原料、绿茶粉用醋酸菌发酵制成茶醋,冷冻成冰,添加到绿豆饮料中,不但使其酸甜美味、冰凉爽口、营养丰富、风味独特,更具有清热解毒、消暑利尿、止咳化痰、养精提神、减肥养颜、调节血糖、防癌治癌的功效。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种绿豆冰镇茶醋饮料,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
绿豆100、南瓜20、甜菊叶10、金银花14、绿茶粉40、龙利叶3、荷叶2、枸杞子7、黄瓜香4、余甘子4、百合子3、马鞭草2、龙胆草2、营养粉10、醋酸菌适量;
所述营养粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:薏米:菱角叶:脱脂奶粉=4:1:5,葡萄酒适量。
一种绿豆冰镇茶醋饮料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将薏米、菱角叶拣杂洗净,晒干后送入锅中,倒入适量葡萄酒,小火焖润至吸干,取出和脱脂奶粉混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到营养粉;
(2)将优质绿豆拣杂洗净,南瓜去皮去瓤后切成丁,新鲜甜菊叶、金银花去杂洗净,全部送入锅中,倒入15倍清水,煮沸后打成浆,再小火慢炖5小时,离心分离,得到绿豆汁和豆渣;
(3)将龙利叶、荷叶、枸杞子、黄瓜香、余甘子、百合子、马鞭草、龙胆草混合粉碎,加入10倍清水,文火煎煮2小时,过滤去渣,得到中药液;
(4)将上述豆渣、中药液与绿茶粉混合均匀,倒入8倍纯净水混合,接种适量醋酸菌,常温发酵15天,过滤,滤液灭菌后得到茶醋;
(5)将上述茶醋冷冻成冰,打成碎冰块,得到醋冰块,与上述营养粉、绿豆汁混合均匀,得到成品。

1.一种绿豆冰镇茶醋饮料,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
绿豆100-120、南瓜20-30、甜菊叶10-15、金银花14-18、绿茶粉40-50、龙利叶3-4、荷叶2-3、枸杞子7-8、黄瓜香4-5、余甘子4-5、百合子3-4、马鞭草2-3、龙胆草2-3、营养粉10-15、醋酸菌适量;
所述营养粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:薏米:菱角叶:脱脂奶粉=2-4:1:3-5,葡萄酒适量;
所述的绿豆冰镇茶醋饮料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将薏米、菱角叶拣杂洗净,晒干后送入锅中,倒入适量葡萄酒,小火焖润至吸干,取出和脱脂奶粉混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到营养粉;
(2)将优质绿豆拣杂洗净,南瓜去皮去瓤后切成丁,新鲜甜菊叶、金银花去杂洗净,全部送入锅中,倒入10-15倍清水,煮沸后打成浆,再小火慢炖4-5小时,离心分离,得到绿豆汁和豆渣;
