本发明公开了一种天然果蔬凉茶饮料,是由下述重量份的原料制成:雪樱子嫩叶30-40、青菜10-15、豌豆苗30-40、苹果40-50、蓝莓20-30、绿豆40-50、百合子6-7、香薷3-4、白芷2-3、猪苓4-5、龙胆草5-6、南瓜藤2-3、富硒米酒渣10-15、蜂蜜30-40;本发明将富含膳食纤维的雪樱子嫩叶、绿豆、豌豆苗和苹果、蓝莓混合加工制成果蔬凉茶,清香浓郁、香甜醇美、柔顺爽口,添加富硒米酒渣使其含有淡雅酒香、营养价值更高,具有清热解毒、健胃消食、开窍明目、生津止渴、补血强精、益气养神、润肠通便等功效。

本发明涉及一种保健饮料,尤其涉及一种天然果蔬凉茶饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
饮料香甜美味,清爽可口,是人们日常生活中离不开的必需品,但随着人们消费水平的上升,对饮料的口味、营养保健功效的要求也日益提升,为此本发明提供一种营养丰富、口味独特、具有养生保健功效的饮料。 
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种天然果蔬凉茶饮料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种天然果蔬凉茶饮料,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
雪樱子嫩叶30-40、青菜10-15、豌豆苗30-40、苹果40-50、蓝莓20-30、绿豆40-50、百合子6-7、香薷3-4、白芷2-3、猪苓4-5、龙胆草5-6、南瓜藤2-3、富硒米酒渣10-15、蜂蜜30-40;
所述富硒米酒渣是将富硒糯米拣杂后用椰汁浸泡7-8小时,捞出沥干,大火蒸熟后取出摊凉,拌入适量甜酒曲,在28-32℃下密封发酵1-2天,再在1-4℃下陈酿6-7天,过滤,得到富硒米酒和富硒米酒渣。
一种天然果蔬凉茶饮料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜雪樱子嫩叶、青菜、豌豆苗用含有1-2%白醋的凉水浸泡20-30分钟,再去杂洗净,用沸水漂烫5-10秒,混合打浆,得到菜浆;
(2)将新鲜苹果去蒂去核、蓝莓去蒂去皮,果肉与上述菜浆混合,加入8-10倍纯净水打浆,加入料重1-2%的果浆酶,在30-35℃下酶解至完全,灭酶后过滤,得到果蔬汁;
(3)将绿豆与百合子、香薷、白芷、猪苓、龙胆草、南瓜藤、富硒米酒渣混合粉碎,加入10-12倍清水,煮沸后小火慢炖4-5小时,过滤,得到绿豆汁;
(4)将上述果蔬汁、绿豆汁与蜂蜜混合均质,精滤后灭菌灌装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将富含膳食纤维的雪樱子嫩叶、绿豆、豌豆苗和苹果、蓝莓混合加工制成果蔬凉茶,清香浓郁、香甜醇美、柔顺爽口,添加富硒米酒渣使其含有淡雅酒香、营养价值更高,具有清热解毒、健胃消食、开窍明目、生津止渴、补血强精、益气养神、润肠通便等功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种天然果蔬凉茶饮料,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
雪樱子嫩叶30、青菜10、豌豆苗30、苹果40、蓝莓20、绿豆40、百合子6、香薷3、白芷2、猪苓4、龙胆草5、南瓜藤2、富硒米酒渣10、蜂蜜30;
所述富硒米酒渣是将富硒糯米拣杂后用椰汁浸泡8小时,捞出沥干,大火蒸熟后取出摊凉,拌入适量甜酒曲,在30℃下密封发酵2天,再在4℃下陈酿6天,过滤,得到富硒米酒和富硒米酒渣。
一种天然果蔬凉茶饮料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜雪樱子嫩叶、青菜、豌豆苗用含有1%白醋的凉水浸泡30分钟,再去杂洗净,用沸水漂烫10秒,混合打浆,得到菜浆;
(2)将新鲜苹果去蒂去核、蓝莓去蒂去皮,果肉与上述菜浆混合,加入10倍纯净水打浆,加入料重1%的果浆酶,在30℃下酶解至完全,灭酶后过滤,得到果蔬汁;
(3)将绿豆与百合子、香薷、白芷、猪苓、龙胆草、南瓜藤、富硒米酒渣混合粉碎,加入12倍清水,煮沸后小火慢炖4小时,过滤,得到绿豆汁;
(4)将上述果蔬汁、绿豆汁与蜂蜜混合均质,精滤后灭菌灌装,得到成品。

Claims (2)

1.一种天然果蔬凉茶饮料,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
雪樱子嫩叶30-40、青菜10-15、豌豆苗30-40、苹果40-50、蓝莓20-30、绿豆40-50、百合子6-7、香薷3-4、白芷2-3、猪苓4-5、龙胆草5-6、南瓜藤2-3、富硒米酒渣10-15、蜂蜜30-40;
所述富硒米酒渣是将富硒糯米拣杂后用椰汁浸泡7-8小时,捞出沥干,大火蒸熟后取出摊凉,拌入适量甜酒曲,在28-32℃下密封发酵1-2天,再在1-4℃下陈酿6-7天,过滤,得到富硒米酒和富硒米酒渣。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的天然果蔬凉茶饮料制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜雪樱子嫩叶、青菜、豌豆苗用含有1-2%白醋的凉水浸泡20-30分钟,再去杂洗净,用沸水漂烫5-10秒,混合打浆,得到菜浆;
(2)将新鲜苹果去蒂去核、蓝莓去蒂去皮,果肉与上述菜浆混合,加入8-10倍纯净水打浆,加入料重1-2%的果浆酶,在30-35℃下酶解至完全,灭酶后过滤,得到果蔬汁;
(3)将绿豆与百合子、香薷、白芷、猪苓、龙胆草、南瓜藤、富硒米酒渣混合粉碎,加入10-12倍清水,煮沸后小火慢炖4-5小时,过滤,得到绿豆汁;
(4)将上述果蔬汁、绿豆汁与蜂蜜混合均质,精滤后灭菌灌装,得到成品。
