本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种醋栗健胃保健米,由以下重量份原料制成:粳米220-240、小黄米100-120、红曲米80-100、醋栗50-60、蔓越莓60-70、蜂蜜50-60、小苏打粉1-2、绿豆淀粉80-90、酸奶粉60-80、陈皮5-7、川朴4-6、白豆蔻4-6、香蜂草6-8、旋复花4-6、二色补血草3-4、碱蓬草3-4、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:黑芝麻粉45-55、沙棘粉35-40、雪莲菌25-30、纳豆10-15、米酒40-50、葡萄籽6-8、西洋参6-8、女贞子2-3、异叶茴芹1-2、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将雪莲菌、纳豆洗净,放入锅中,加入米酒,加热煮透,将其打成浆并喷雾干燥成粉;
(2)将葡萄籽、西洋参、女贞子、异叶茴芹用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取物,喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;将中药粉与步骤1的粉、黑芝麻粉、沙棘粉混匀即可。

本发明的优点是:本发明公开了一种醋栗健胃保健米,添加红曲米、小黄米等,有很好的健胃养胃作用,红曲米是一种天然色素,能够使米粒着色,本发明米粒呈红色,色泽好,还加入醋栗以及陈皮、川朴、白豆蔻、香蜂草等的提取物,有健胃助消化、增进食欲的作用,胃口不好、胃动力不强的人经常食用可达到健胃作用。
