[0004] 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的: 一种绿豆沙奶茶粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成: 绿豆沙100-120、向日葵花盘3-4、爵床草1. 5-2、干葱头0. 7-1. 2、秋海棠根1-1. 2、东风 草1-2、叶底红0. 8-1. 5、糙米3-5、葫芦巴5-7、粉丝3-5、白果6-8、苦瓜籽粉3-6、牛腱子肉 3-4、白凤菜5-7、枣泥5-6、玉米胚芽油适量、营养添加剂3-5 ; 所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成: 蚕茧壳1-1. 2、菱角壳0. 7-1、玳玳花1-2、芒果核1. 5-2. 1、火麻仁3-5、百子菜5-8、玫 瑰茄6-10、葡萄8-11、虾皮4-6 ; 制备方法为: (1) 将蚕茧壳、菱角壳、玳玳花、芒果核置于锅中加6-8倍水中火煎煮30-40分钟,过滤 除渣,得药液; (2) 将百子菜、玫瑰茄、葡萄加药液混合打浆,得浆液; (3) 将火麻仁、虾皮送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,加浆液研磨匀质,小火熬膏,烘干后研 成粉末。
