(3)打开(2)所述的砂锅,取出蒸煮的鱼肉混合料,加入混合山芋粉和豆奶粉,搅拌使鱼肉表面沾满粉,之后在放了植物油的炒锅里反复翻炒,同时加入剁碎的海带,炒至肉粒和鱼肉粒表面变金黄为宜;
(4)打开(2)所述的砂锅,倒入(3)所述的炸金黄的鱼肉,还有羊肉汤、助剂,大火烧开,转文火烧20~30min即可。
