人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种护肝养心山楂荞麦粉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种护肝养心山楂荞麦粉,由以下重量份原料制成:荞麦260-280、红豆80-100、鸡肝45-55、山楂60-70、香蕉30-40、芒果30-40、葛花5-7、枸杞5-7、楮实子5-6、石斛5-6、地丁3-5、桂枝3-4、三七粉2-3、生姜10-15、大蒜5-10、黄酒30-40、辣椒汁30-40、食品添加剂8-9、食盐适量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:灰树花5-6、牛樟芝5-6、荠菜籽3-4、黑麦20-30、黑木耳10-15、鹅肝20-30、薄荷汁40-50、洋葱汁20-30、三七粉5-6、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将灰树花、牛樟芝、荠菜籽用5-7倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将黑麦、黑木耳、鹅肝洗净,放入锅中,加入薄荷汁、洋葱汁,加热焖煮40-50分钟,将所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(3)将三七粉、步骤1粉末、步骤2粉末混合均匀即可。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种护肝养心山楂荞麦粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将荞麦、红豆洗净,置于锅中,炒熟后,碾成粉末备用;
(2)将生姜、大蒜洗净,切成碎末后,放入锅中,加入黄酒、辣椒汁,将鸡肝洗净,放在屉子上置于锅中,蒸熟后,将鸡肝晒干并碾成鸡肝粉备用;
(3)将山楂、香蕉、芒果洗净,取其果肉,置于锅中,加入食品添加剂,适量的水,加热至果肉融化,过滤,将滤液喷雾干燥,得到果粉备用;
(4)将葛花、枸杞、楮实子、石斛、地丁、桂枝、三七粉用6-9倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(5)将步骤1的粉末、鸡肝粉、果粉、中药粉、食盐合并,混匀后包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种护肝养心山楂荞麦粉,在制备过程中,添加山楂、鸡肝等食材,具有很好的护肝的作用,且口感良好,同时还添加了葛花、枸杞、楮实子、石斛等具有补气安神、益气养阴、护肝的功效,特别适合气虚、经常饮酒、吸烟的人食用。
