本发明是涉及食品或保健食品技术领域中的含有植物干细胞的富硒糠笋茶组合配料及制做方法,也是利用纯天然食物富含有机硒的养生保健食品。
背景技术
目前,国内富硒的食品、保健食品很多,虽都各有各的特色,但真正能够立竿见影,食用后效果明显的富硒食品均不多见。为了解决这个问题,本发明采用了植物番茄果实培育提取的干细胞。参见原本发明:2013102675914中的原料,作为激活细胞活力、修复受损的细胞和抗细胞氧化的主要组合配料;富硒指的是与本发明同时申请的发明“一种富硒黑奶茶的制做方法”中的有机硒蛋白、硒蛋氨基酸、硒多糖蛋白的混合蛋白粉,作为补充有机硒的组合配料;利用玛咖提取物调节人体肝肾两虚、补气益肾,壮骨生髓,来提升元气、调节免疫力;利用麦麸皮和小米糠提取麸糠多糖,由此十三味组合配料制成的含有植物干细胞的富硒糠笋茶的作用,就能解决国内其它富硒食品或保健食品食用后,效果不佳的技术难题。

1、将小麦麸皮6000g与小米糠6000g混合后,用三氧水漂洗去杂,氧化麸糠表层的细菌和化学农药残留2分钟,再用清水冲洗几遍,放进70℃的热风循环干燥箱内干燥,粉碎80目,再放入-500L的生物反应罐内,注入180L磁化水,间接加75℃热,搅匀后静态浸泡1小时,在连续搅拌3小时,用超滤机初滤500目,在超滤5um,除渣,收集滤过液,放入动态循环式真空浓缩机内浓缩,至溶液呈黏稠状时,取出,在放入低温冷冻,真空干燥机内真空冷冻干燥24小时后,粉碎80目,可获得小麦麸皮与小米糠混合提取物600g。待用;
2、取鲜芦笋6000g去杂,用三氧水漂洗表面细菌及化肥农药残留2分钟,在用清水冲洗几遍,然后放入含有1000mg抗坏血酸钠的8000ml磁化水中浸泡1分钟,其目的是利用抗坏血酸钠溶液的抗氧化作用,使材料离体后不易氧化变质。然后取出,在与3500ml磁化水混合搅浆,过滤500目,去渣取汁,放入调有28℃的动态循环式真空浓缩机内浓缩,至浓缩呈黏稠状时取出,进行低温冷冻,真空干燥24小时后,粉碎80目。待用;
3、将番茄干细胞粉90g,有机硒蛋白粉60g,木糖醇150g,麦麸糠混合提取物20g,薏米提取物20,马齿苋提取物20g,玛咖提取物20g,黄精提取物20g,白术提取物20g,茯苓提取物20g,大枣提取物20g,芦笋提取物20g,全部放入一薄壁的不锈钢容器内,注入800ml磁化水,放进细胞超声粉碎机内,间接加温28℃,超声粉碎30分钟后,取出。超声粉碎的目的是利用磁化后带有磁记忆的小分子磁化水来浸溶各物质颗粒,使其快速浸透吸水膨胀,通过细胞超声波粉碎机的声波击碎,使物料的颗粒细度达到纳米级,大部分可达到量子级,也就是1×10-12微粒肽层次,就能够穿透屏障,直入病灶,微粒肽层次的物质因子带有磁记忆,能够矫正受损的细胞电子频率的紊乱,其作用要比不用磁化水和细胞超声粉碎的活性要高许多。
4、将剩余的麦麸糠混合提取物580g,薏米提取物280g,大枣提取物280g,马齿苋提取物220g,玛咖提取物70g,黄精提取物70g,白术提取物70g,茯苓提取物70g,芦笋提取物280g。全部放进电动造粒机内搅匀,将细胞超声粉碎后的混合溶液均匀喷洒在物料粉中,边喷边造粒,待物料粉全部呈不规则颗粒状时取出,放进不锈钢浅盘内,在入进28℃环境温度内的真空干燥箱内,真空干燥,颗粒含水分低于5%以下时,取出搓碎,再放进负离子空气灭菌箱内灭菌20分钟后,以每袋8g的计量,装入铝泊袋内真空封口,即成为含有植物干细胞的富硒糠笋茶。
本发明每袋内装8g,其中各物质原料含量为:
小麦麸皮与小米糠混合提取物2g,芦笋提取物1g,薏米提取物1g,番茄干细胞粉0.3g,有机硒蛋白粉0.2g,大枣提取物1g,黄精提取物0.3g,白术提取物0.3g,茯苓提取物0.3g,玛咖提取物0.3g,木糖醇0.5g,马齿苋提取物0.8g。
本发明含有植物干细胞的富硒糠笋茶作用解析及实验例:
番茄干细胞能够激活细胞,修复细胞和抗细胞氧化;有机硒可补充人体硒元素的缺乏,增强谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,抑制细胞变异、防癌抗癌,麸皮糠提取物中的多糖,能够调节免疫系统的功能,抗病毒、抗炎、防癌抗癌;芦笋提取物调节人体机能,增强免疫力;薏米提取物利水散毒,健脾补肺;玛咖提取物益肾生髓,强筋壮骨;马齿苋提取物其形为:梗赤、叶青、花黄、根白、子黑,故又名五行菜,营养丰富,具有散血消肿、解毒通淋、抗炎生新的功能;大枣、黄精、白术、茯苓提取物补气养血、健脾生津、除湿利水、宁心安神的作用。
总之,本发明含有植物干细胞的富硒糠笋茶,对于亚健康人群男女的高血压、高血脂、高血糖、高胆固醇等症的改善以及包括癌症在内的各种慢性疾病的早日康复有极为显著的辅助性效果。
实验例:
针对8名中晚期的癌患,其中胃癌3例,前列腺癌1例,肺癌2例,肝癌1例,直肠癌1例,结合放化疗服用含有植物干细胞的富硒糠笋茶,每天3次,每次1袋,用开水冲泡饮服,连服6-7个月,8名患者均在服用后的第3天和第5天就有不同层度的好转感觉和进步,最短6个月,最长7个月,全部康复。验例显示,本发明含有植物干细胞的富硒糠笋茶辅助抑癌的作用是有效的。
针对37例各种慢性疾病,其中老慢支13例,皮肤病3例,胃炎、胃溃疡6例,慢性肾炎9例,冠心病6例,配合药物服用本发明2-4个月,除有2例老慢支和1例冠心病有效但没有康复外,其它34例均已痊愈,实验说明,本发明含有植物干细胞的富硒糠笋茶的辅助治疗是很好的。
针对93例亚健康人群,其中高压力31例,高血脂29例,高血糖II型2例,高胆固醇3例,高血粘8例和前列腺肥大、增生以及肾虚等症20例,服用本发明每天2-3次,每次1袋,均称在服用的当天就有明显的感觉,连用4个月,包括2例II型糖尿病症均已先后全部康复和诸症消除。说明对改善亚健康各症症状,调节免疫系统功能、抗氧化、调节内分泌、抑制细胞变异等作用是有效的。

具体实施方式
本发明含有植物干细胞的富硒糠笋茶组合配料及制做方法
1、番茄干细胞90g,小麦麸皮与小米糠混合提取物600g,芦笋提取物300g,有机硒蛋白粉60g,薏米提取物300g,大枣提取物300g,玛咖提取物90g,黄精提取物90g,白术提取物90g,茯苓提取物90g,马齿苋提取物240g,木糖醇150g。
