本发明属于食品保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂。
背景技术
航天员是一种特殊的在极端条件下工作的人,其工作环境由于受辐射、微重力、磁场及昼夜节律变化等的影响,造成其体内代谢及生理失调。此外,航天器加速上升和减速返回时,从地面上的1个重力到上升时的超重、太空中的失重,继而到返回时的超重,重力的变化对航天员的耐力构成了极大考验。由于人体胃部空腔结构,导致人在非正常重力作用下很容易出现恶心、反胃、呕吐等症状,长期在非正常重力环境中会对航天员的胃部造成极大的损伤,会使得航天员出现厌食、消化不良、胃部胀气、呕吐、甚至胃穿孔等。因此开发适合航天员的排毒养胃营养制剂,对缓解航天员的身体不适,改善胃部健康,增强胃动力具有重要意义。目前治疗或调理胃部的药物主要为合成的药物或中药调理,但是药三分毒,长期食用药物来改善或维护航天员胃部健康,具有较大的毒副作用,不能长期使用,既使有食字号的产品,由于配方的原因效果都不好,会导致长期食用而并没有较好的效果。
中国专利CN 107048388 B公开了一种养胃食品调理剂,包括木瓜、佛手、鸡内金、陈皮和莱菔子,用于胃炎的治疗或调理,还同时提供了一种所述养胃食品调理剂的方法。该发明的有益效果在于能有效缓解腹胀、反酸、嗳气症状,服用一个月可使上述症状完全消除,服用三个月浅表性胃炎和弥烂性胃炎完全好转,本品成分完全为食品成分,口感好,无毒副作用,可作为保健品长期服用,能够作为治疗和调理的双重保健品。
中国专利201410439126.9公开了一种治疗慢性肠胃炎的木瓜中药制剂及其制备方法,由木瓜200~220份,黄连40~60份,山药50~70份,山楂55~75份,野菊花60~80份,白芍55~75份,蜂蜜65~85份制备而形成,加工过程中先将木瓜、山药及山楂切片烘干脱水,然后再与黄连、野菊花和白芍混合进行煎煮,用95%的乙醇提取,静置分液后浓缩,最后加入蜂蜜混合加热调制,冷却后经过精细过滤再进行紫外线消毒杀菌,真空计量装瓶,即得到治疗慢性肠胃炎的木瓜中药制剂。该发明制剂中木瓜含有的木瓜酸具有较强的消炎抗菌作用,对多种肠道病菌及葡萄球菌具有显著的抑制作用,再辅以治疗急性肠炎的有效药物,能有效的治疗急性肠炎所引起的病症。
中国专利201010590363.7公开了一种治疗胃炎的中药,由柴胡、佛手、香橼、莪术、煅瓦棱子、公英、元胡、川棟子、甘草;每剂用量为:柴胡10克,佛手10克,香橼10克,莪术10克,煅瓦棱子15克,公英15克,元胡10克,川子10克,甘草6克;制作、服用方法:按每剂用量称取上述九种药材,用水浸泡半小时,文火水煎,一日两次早晚服用。该方具有疏肝理气,清热解毒和胃止痛之功效,对胃炎有特效,适用于治疗胃炎使用。
上述产品均对胃炎、胃溃疡等胃部疾病具有治疗效果,均是以药物的形式出现,而航天员平时的太空作业中可能由于某一次的太空作业导致胃部出现短暂性的不适而并不需要食用药物,药物对航天员的身体同样会出现不适,且药物食用麻烦,较为繁琐,不适合航天员太空作业过程中食用。太空环境对食物要求严格,不仅需要起效快,还需要较小的占用空间,可直接食用或以可冲泡的固体饮料的形式提供给航天员。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中的不足,本发明旨在提供一种适合航天员的具有排毒养胃功能的营养制剂,该营养制剂能有效缓解航天员由于太空特殊环境导致的胃部不适,起效快,无毒副作用,能明显改善人体内代谢环境,提高胃部蠕动速度,增强胃动力。
本发明技术方案如下。
一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,原料为,大麦苗粉、菊苣粉、小麦胚芽粉、山楂粉、螺旋藻粉、全脂乳粉、低聚果糖、麦芽糊精、木糖醇。
作为优选技术方案,所述原料以重量份计为,大麦苗粉30-50份、菊苣粉25-45份、小麦胚芽粉20-30份、山楂粉15-30份、螺旋藻粉10-20份、全脂乳粉8-15份、低聚果糖5-10份、麦芽糊精5-10份、木糖醇3-6份。
作为优选技术方案,所述原料以重量份计为,大麦苗粉35-45份、菊苣粉30-40份、小麦胚芽粉25-30份、山楂粉20-25份、螺旋藻粉15-20份、全脂乳粉10-12份、低聚果糖8-10份、麦芽糊精5-10份、木糖醇4-6份。
作为优选技术方案,所述原料以重量份计为,大麦苗粉40-45份、菊苣粉35-38份、小麦胚芽粉26-29份、山楂粉22-24份、螺旋藻粉16-18份、全脂乳粉10份、低聚果糖9份、麦芽糊精8份、木糖醇5份。
作为优选技术方案,该营养制剂通过以下方法制备而成:
(1)大麦苗粉制备:选择于发芽温室培养生长15-25天的大麦嫩苗,舍弃根部,留嫩叶,清洗干净后粉碎过60目筛,榨汁,留取大麦青汁备用;将榨汁后的大麦苗渣采用变压差破壁处理,之后过滤取滤液与大麦青汁混合进行真空浓缩、喷雾干燥,干燥后的粉末与大麦苗杀青、干燥后直接粉碎的粉末混合均匀即为大麦苗粉,备用;
(2)菊苣粉的制备:菊苣根清洗干净避光培芽15-20天后,采集菊苣芽与菊苣根部并清洗干净;取菊苣根加水打浆后过滤,得滤液;取菊苣芽榨汁后过滤得汁液;将滤液与汁液混合,喷雾干燥后得菊苣粉备用;
(3)小麦胚芽粉的制备:选小麦胚芽干燥脱水至含水量小于20%,将脱水后的小麦胚芽进行膨化,膨化后的小麦胚芽粉碎过200目筛,得小麦胚芽粉,备用;
(4)山楂粉的制备:山楂清洗干净,去核,去蒂,将山楂按料水比1:1熬煮15-25min,熬成浆状,冷却后滚筒干燥,得山楂粉备用;
(5)螺旋藻粉的制备:螺旋藻低温粉碎后过80-100目筛,备用:
(6)混合:将(1)-(5)中制备的粉状物料按配方质量称量后混合均匀,即得,初产品;
(7)灭菌:将上述(6)制备的初产品采用超高压粉碎机粉碎至300-500目,粉碎过程控制体系温度为25-30℃,制得灭菌初产品;
(8)包装:将步骤(7)中灭菌后的产品无菌包装后即得可。
作为优选技术方案,所述步骤(1)中发芽温室培养的过程为:将颗粒饱满的大麦种子用富硒营养液浸泡1-5h,捞出后平铺培养盘中,培养盘上部铺2-3层纱布,使得大麦颗粒之间相互不重叠,种子上部平铺一层孔径为2-3mm的纱布,期间不断喷水,待大麦苗开始分蘖后长出5-6片叶,剪掉幼叶,得大麦嫩苗。
作为优选技术方案,步骤(1)所述变压差破壁处理工艺为:将大麦苗渣放入密闭容器中低温加压,保持压力为10-20MPa,温度80-90℃,维持2-5min,之后瞬间卸压至压力为0.1MPa,再抽真空至0.09-0.05MPa,温度50-60℃,维持3-5min,破真空后按料液质量比为1:1加水,混合搅拌10-15min。
作为优选技术方案,所述步骤(1)中杀青过程为将采摘的大麦苗加入杀青锅中,220℃~230℃,杀青7-8min后冷却,之后采用微波干燥处理,使得麦苗中的含水量小于10%。
作为优选技术方案,所述培养盘放置在液体培养基上,培养盘与液体培养基之间的距离为2-3cm。
本发明采用大麦苗粉、菊苣粉、小麦胚芽粉、山楂粉、螺旋藻粉、全脂乳粉、低聚果糖、麦芽糊精、木糖醇混合精制而成。大麦苗粉是纯天然食物,无任何有害的副作用,能强化正常细胞的免疫能力,从而抑制致癌细胞的产生,有效地阻断致癌细胞转型与恶化。研究发现,大麦苗粉中含有丰富的膳食纤维,而膳食纤维已被列为传统六大营养素之后的“第七大营养素”。膳食纤维具有润肠通便,刺激肠道蠕动,减少食物在肠道中的停留时间;另一方面,膳食纤维在大肠内经细菌发酵,直接吸收纤维中的水分,增加粪便的体积和水分,使得大便变软,促进排便。
大麦苗粉中大量的SOD酶,可促进胃肠道中有益菌群的大量繁殖,使得口臭或体臭等现象消失。大麦嫩苗粉末的吸附能力,将人体代谢产生的氨、氛及黄曲霉素、亚硝酸氨和多环芳烃等致癌物质吸附后排出,从而改善面部暗疮、青春痘、皮肤粗糙、缺乏弹性、色素沉积等现象。另外大麦苗粉中大量抗氧化酵素和膳食纤维的排毒作用可以保肝、护肝、预防肝炎等,因此大麦苗粉是一种真正的安全放心的排毒佳品,是一种药食同源的健康物质。
菊苣为菊科菊苣属多年生草本植物,原产于欧洲、西亚、中亚和北美洲,我国西北、华北及东北等地也有分布。在欧洲菊苣常被用作叶类蔬菜、牧草、制糖原料及咖啡的替代品。菊苣全株都是宝,地上部分叶片可作蔬菜或饲料,肉质根含有菊粉、咖啡酸和奎宁酸所形成的甙-绿原酸和苦味质,通过焙炒产生特殊风味,增加咖啡的溶解质量,缓和咖啡的刺激作用,因而成为咖啡的添加物和代用品。菊粉属于线型菊糖型果聚糖,这类果聚糖由果糖残基(F)间以β-2,1-糖苷键连接,且末端连有葡萄糖残基(G)的直链的多糖,结构简写为GFn。菊粉的特殊结构使其在胃及小肠内不能被消化酶水解,而在大肠和结肠类被菌群酵解,形成短链脂肪酸和气体,促进双歧杆菌的增殖和代谢。研究证明,菊苣菊粉具有以下生理功能:(1)改善肠道菌群,是双歧杆菌的活化因子;(2)提高肠道内益生菌数量,减少和一直肠道内腐败物质产生,抑制有害菌生长,促进肠道内菌群的平衡;(3)热量低,具有降低血脂,改善脂质代谢,降低血液中胆固醇和甘油三酯含量;(4)减少肝脏毒素,特别是氨基素,能在肠中生成抗癌的有机酸,有显著的防癌功能,尤其对乳腺癌、结肠癌的形成和发展有预防和治疗作用;(5)可以出镜微量元素的吸收和利用,防止骨质疏松;(6)防止便秘,增加B类维生素的合成量,提高人体的免疫功能;(7)减轻食物过敏症及排斥作用。
小麦胚芽又称麦芽粉、胚芽,金黄色颗粒状。麦芽是小麦发芽及生长的器官之一,约占整个麦粒的2.5%,含丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质,营养价值非常的高。胚芽是小麦生命的根源,是小麦中营养价值最高的部分,属于高蛋白、高维生素E、低热、低脂、低胆固醇的营养品。常吃小麦胚芽会使肌肉富有弹性,皮肤更加细腻,淡化色斑。中老年人,儿童,孕妇,体弱者均可食用,是人体均衡营养,增强体质最佳的天然丰富营养食品。小麦胚芽对心脑血管疾病具有治疗功效、抗辐射、抗衰老、防肿瘤、清肠排毒、防治便秘、降低血糖、血脂;所含的膳食纤维有降低血清胆固醇及预防糖尿病的效果。另外,小麦胚芽对肠内有益菌群的发育,也起着促进作用。
螺旋藻是一类低等植物,属于蓝藻门,颤藻科。它们与细菌一样,细胞内没有真正的细胞核,所以又称蓝细菌。蓝藻的细胞结构原始,且非常简单,是地球上最早出现的光合生物,在这个星球上已生存了35亿年。它生长于水体中,在显微镜下可见其形态为螺旋丝状,故而得名。在保健食品上应用比较多的一般为钝顶螺旋藻,其它的螺旋藻还有极大螺旋藻和盐泽螺旋藻中,钝顶螺旋藻的蛋白质含量一般在65%以上。螺旋藻的作用主要有,1.对三高有一定预防和抑制作用(高血压、高血脂、高血糖);2、对慢性胃肠病、胃及十二指肠溃疡症有一定的疗效;3、能够通便和治疗痔疮疤;4、能够美容和减肥。
针对航天员面对的高辐射、低重力、高强度、无规律的特殊生活及工作环境,本发明通过大麦苗粉、菊苣粉、小麦胚芽粉、山楂粉、螺旋藻粉、全脂乳粉、低聚果糖、麦芽糊精、木糖醇等原料的科学搭配、合理配比,使制备的营养制剂可促进航天员胃肠道毒素的排出,改善肠道微环境,增加航天员体质。
具体实施方式
下面以例举的形式对本发明做进一步的解释说明,需要指出的是以下实施方式仅是以例举的形式对本发明做的解释性说明,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此。
实施例1
一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,原料为,大麦苗粉、菊苣粉、小麦胚芽粉、山楂粉、螺旋藻粉、全脂乳粉、低聚果糖、麦芽糊精、木糖醇。
实施例2
一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,原料以重量份计为:大麦苗粉30-50份、菊苣粉25-45份、小麦胚芽粉20-30份、山楂粉15-30份、螺旋藻粉10-20份、全脂乳粉8-15份、低聚果糖5-10份、麦芽糊精5-10份、木糖醇3-6份。
实施例3
一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,原料以重量份计为:大麦苗粉35-45kg、菊苣粉30-40kg、小麦胚芽粉25-30kg、山楂粉20-25kg、螺旋藻粉15-20kg、全脂乳粉10-12kg、低聚果糖8-10kg、麦芽糊精5-10kg、木糖醇4-6kg。
实施例4
一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,原料以重量份计为:大麦苗粉40-45g、菊苣粉35-38g、小麦胚芽粉26-29g、山楂粉22-24g、螺旋藻粉16-18g、全脂乳粉10g、低聚果糖9g、麦芽糊精8g、木糖醇5g。
实施例5
一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,原料为以重量份计为:大麦苗粉40kg、菊苣粉40kg、小麦胚芽粉25kg、山楂粉20kg、螺旋藻粉16kg、全脂乳粉12kg、低聚果糖9kg、麦芽糊精10kg、木糖醇6kg。该营养制剂通过以下方法制备而成:
(1)大麦苗粉制备:选择于发芽温室培养生长15-25天的大麦嫩苗,舍弃根部,留嫩叶,清洗干净后粉碎过60目筛,榨汁,留取大麦青汁备用;将榨汁后的大麦苗渣采用变压差破壁处理,之后过滤取滤液与大麦青汁混合进行真空浓缩、喷雾干燥,干燥后的粉末与大麦苗杀青、干燥后直接粉碎的粉末混合均匀即为大麦苗粉,备用;
(2)菊苣粉的制备:菊苣根清洗干净避光培芽15-20天后,采集菊苣芽与菊苣根部并清洗干净;取菊苣根加水打浆后过滤,得滤液;取菊苣芽榨汁后过滤得汁液;将滤液与汁液混合,喷雾干燥后得菊苣粉备用;
(3)小麦胚芽粉的制备:选小麦胚芽干燥脱水至含水量小于20%,将脱水后的小麦胚芽进行膨化,膨化后的小麦胚芽粉碎过200目筛,得小麦胚芽粉,备用;
(4)山楂粉的制备:山楂清洗干净,去核,去蒂,将山楂按料水比1:1熬煮15-25min,熬成浆状,冷却后滚筒干燥,得山楂粉备用;
(5)螺旋藻粉的制备:螺旋藻低温粉碎后过80-100目筛,备用:
(6)混合:将(1)-(5)中制备的粉状物料按配方质量称量后混合均匀,即得,初产品;
(7)灭菌:将上述(6)制备的初产品采用超高压粉碎机粉碎至300-500目,粉碎过程控制体系温度为25-30℃,制得灭菌初产品;
(8)包装:将步骤(7)中灭菌后的产品无菌包装后即得可。
实施例5
一种制备适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,原料为以重量份计为:大麦苗粉30kg、菊苣粉25kg份、小麦胚芽粉30kg、山楂粉15kg、螺旋藻粉10kg、全脂乳粉15kg、低聚果糖10kg、麦芽糊精5kg、木糖醇6kg。该营养制剂通过以下方法制备而成:
(1)大麦苗粉制备:选择于发芽温室培养生长15-25天的大麦嫩苗,舍弃根部,留嫩叶,清洗干净后粉碎过60目筛,榨汁,留取大麦青汁备用;将榨汁后的大麦苗渣采用变压差破壁处理,具体的将大麦苗渣放入密闭容器中低温加压,保持压力为10-20MPa,温度80-90℃,维持2-5min,之后瞬间卸压至压力为0.1MPa,再抽真空至0.09-0.05MPa,温度50-60℃,维持3-5min,破真空后按料液质量比为1:1加水,混合搅拌10-15min之后过滤取滤液与大麦青汁混合进行真空浓缩、喷雾干燥,干燥后的粉末与大麦苗杀青、干燥后直接粉碎的粉末混合均匀即为大麦苗粉,备用;该步骤中,发芽温室培养的过程为:将颗粒饱满的大麦种子用富硒营养液浸泡1-5h,捞出后平铺培养盘中,培养盘上部铺2-3层纱布,使得大麦颗粒之间相互不重叠,种子上部平铺一层孔径为2-3mm的纱布,期间不断喷水,待大麦苗开始分蘖后长出5-6片叶,剪掉幼叶,得大麦嫩苗;该步骤中,杀青过程为将采摘的大麦苗加入杀青锅中,220℃~230℃,杀青7-8min后冷却,之后采用微波干燥处理,使得麦苗中的含水量小于10%;
(2)菊苣粉的制备:菊苣根清洗干净避光培芽15-20天后,采集菊苣芽与菊苣根部并清洗干净;取菊苣根加水打浆后过滤,得滤液;取菊苣芽榨汁后过滤得汁液;将滤液与汁液混合,喷雾干燥后得菊苣粉备用;
(3)小麦胚芽粉的制备:选小麦胚芽干燥脱水至含水量小于20%,将脱水后的小麦胚芽进行膨化,膨化后的小麦胚芽粉碎过200目筛,得小麦胚芽粉,备用;
(4)山楂粉的制备:山楂清洗干净,去核,去蒂,将山楂按料水比1:1熬煮15-25min,熬成浆状,冷却后滚筒干燥,得山楂粉备用;
(5)螺旋藻粉的制备:螺旋藻低温粉碎后过80-100目筛,备用:
(6)混合:将(1)-(5)中制备的粉状物料按配方质量称量后混合均匀,即得,初产品;
(7)灭菌:将上述(6)制备的初产品采用超高压粉碎机粉碎至300-500目,粉碎过程控制体系温度为25-30℃,制得灭菌初产品;
(8)包装:将步骤(7)中灭菌后的产品无菌包装后即得可。
Claims (8)
1.一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,其特征在于原料为,大麦苗粉、菊苣粉、小麦胚芽粉、山楂粉、螺旋藻粉、全脂乳粉、低聚果糖、麦芽糊精、木糖醇。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,其特征在于所述原料以重量份计为,大麦苗粉30-50份、菊苣粉25-45份、小麦胚芽粉20-30份、山楂粉15-30份、螺旋藻粉10-20份、全脂乳粉8-15份、低聚果糖5-10份、麦芽糊精5-10份、木糖醇3-6份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,其特征在于所述原料以重量份计为,大麦苗粉35-45份、菊苣粉30-40份、小麦胚芽粉25-30份、山楂粉20-25份、螺旋藻粉15-20份、全脂乳粉10-12份、低聚果糖8-10份、麦芽糊精5-10份、木糖醇4-6份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,其特征在于所述原料以重量份计为,大麦苗粉40-45份、菊苣粉35-38份、小麦胚芽粉26-29份、山楂粉22-24份、螺旋藻粉16-18份、全脂乳粉10份、低聚果糖9份、麦芽糊精8份、木糖醇5份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,其特征在于,该营养制剂通过以下方法制备而成:
(1)大麦苗粉制备:选择于发芽温室培养生长15-25天的大麦嫩苗,舍弃根部,留嫩叶,清洗干净后粉碎过60目筛,榨汁,留取大麦青汁备用;将榨汁后的大麦苗渣采用变压差破壁处理,之后过滤取滤液与大麦青汁混合进行真空浓缩、喷雾干燥,干燥后的粉末与大麦苗杀青、干燥后直接粉碎的粉末混合均匀即为大麦苗粉,备用;
(2)菊苣粉的制备:菊苣根清洗干净避光培芽15-20天后,采集菊苣芽与菊苣根部并清洗干净;取菊苣根加水打浆后过滤,得滤液;取菊苣芽榨汁后过滤得汁液;将滤液与汁液混合,喷雾干燥后得菊苣粉备用;

6.如权利要求5所述的一种制备适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中发芽温室培养的过程为:将颗粒饱满的大麦种子用富硒营养液浸泡1-5h,捞出后平铺培养盘中,培养盘上部铺2-3层纱布,使得大麦颗粒之间相互不重叠,种子上部平铺一层孔径为2-3mm的纱布,期间不断喷水,待大麦苗开始分蘖后长出5-6片叶,剪掉幼叶,得大麦嫩苗。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述变压差破壁处理工艺为:将大麦苗渣放入密闭容器中低温加压,保持压力为10-20MPa,温度80-90℃,维持2-5min,之后瞬间卸压至压力为0.1MPa,再抽真空至0.09-0.05MPa,温度50-60℃,维持3-5min,破真空后按料液质量比为1:1加水,混合搅拌10-15min。
8.如权利要求5所述的一种适合航天员排毒养胃的营养制剂,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中杀青过程为将采摘的大麦苗加入杀青锅中,220℃~230℃,杀青7-8min后冷却,之后采用微波干燥处理,使得麦苗中的含水量小于10%。
