本发明公开了一种用天花粉、百合粉生产的保健面条。通过将天花粉、百合粉添加到面条中去,在不改变物理性状和加工特点的同时,使面条不仅更具备营养功能,还具备更好的保健价值。该保健面条的生产工艺步骤为(1)向100克清水加入4克食盐,溶解;(2)加入10克天花粉和10克百合粉,充分搅拌成糊状;(3)加入550克面粉,快速搅拌成絮状;(4)用保鲜袋包起来,在20-35℃饧发20分钟左右;(5)启动电动压面机,将面块压成光滑、规整的面片;(6)面片两面抹上少许淀粉,防止粘连;(7)将面片裁切成后出条;(8)湿面条薄膜包装冷冻或整形烘干包装。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工领域,尤其涉及一种面条的加工。
背景技术
天花粉与百合粉均是天然植物保健植物资源,含有功能蛋白、多种氨基酸、肽类及多糖等保健成分,天花粉具有化痰、消渴、清热生津、降血糖、美容等功效,对心血管系统具有扩张冠脉、抗心肌缺血、改善微循环、抑制血小板聚集、耐缺氧、抗疲劳的功效。百合有润肺止咳、清心安神之功,可用于热病后余热未消、虚烦惊悸、神志恍惚和肺痨久咳、咯血、肺脓疡等症,属于保健功能植物;但天花粉、百合粉在饮食方面应用比较单一,天花粉一直以来作为一种药品或冲剂使用,给日常食用带来不便。而百合虽然也有固体饮料和百合粉应用,但食用不方便问题一直没有很好解决,
目前主要是先将天花粉用温开水冲溶,再用沸水边冲边搅拌,搅拌至清糊状即可食用。百合则主要作为保健蔬菜应用。但口感问题一直难以解决。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种用天花粉、百合粉生产的保健面条。通过将天花粉、百合粉添加到面条中去,在不改变物理性状和加工特点的同时,使面条不仅更具备营养功能,还具备更好的保健价值。
1、为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种用天花粉、百合粉生产的保健面条,该保健面条的生产工艺步骤为:
(1)向100克清水加入4克食盐,溶解。
(2)加入10克天花粉和10克百合粉,充分搅拌成糊状。
(3)加入550克面粉,快速搅拌成絮状。
(4)用保鲜袋包起来,在20-35℃饧发20分钟左右。
(5)启动电动压面机,将面块压成光滑、规整的面片。
(6)面片两面抹上少许淀粉,防止粘连。
(7)将面片裁切成后出条。
(8)湿面条薄膜包装冷冻或整形烘干包装。
通过将天花粉和百合粉添加到日常消费的面条中去,在进行日常饮食同时,满足营养与保荐功能,适用范围与消费方式将有很大提高,大大改善了天花粉与百合粉的适口性与风味特点。而且通过上述步骤生产的产品不混汤、耐煮性好,爽口细滑,有少许苦香味,余感甘甜。具有化痰、消渴、清热生津、降血糖、美容、润肺止咳、清心安神之功效。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细地说明。
一种用天花粉、百合粉生产的保健面条,其主要是通过将天花粉、百合粉添加到面条中去,在不改变物理性状和加工特点的同时,使面条不仅更具备营养功能,还具备更好的保健价值。该保健面条的生产工艺步骤为:
(1)向100克清水加入4克食盐,轻轻搅拌使之充分溶解。
(2)加入10克天花粉和10克百合粉,充分搅拌成糊状。
(3)加入550克面粉,快速搅拌成絮状。
(4)用保鲜袋包起来,在20-35℃饧发20分钟左右。
(5)启动电动压面机,将面块压成光滑、规整的面片。
(6)面片两面抹上少许淀粉,防止其粘连。
(7)将面片裁切成后出条。
(8)湿面条薄膜包装冷冻或整形烘干包装即可。
