一种太子参菠萝饮料及其制备方法,本发明的配方是用太子参50克,菠萝汁30克,甜味剂(白砂糖)60克,加纯化水适量制成1000毫升。本发明所述保健饮料的制备方法为:取太子参加水煎煮2-3次,每次加6-10倍的水,煎煮1-2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩至密度1.05—1.20(50℃)之间浸膏,加乙醇50%-70%,搅匀,静置24小时,滤过,取上清液回收乙醇至无醇味,混合制备好的菠萝汁,纯化水溶解好的白砂糖搅拌均匀,冷藏放置4天,过滤,将滤液、灭菌、罐装即得。

本发明涉及一种保健饮料及其制备方法,具体是一种太子参菠萝饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,人们的保健意识也逐步增强。从日常饮食中摄入一定的营养成分来实现营养保健、强生健体,成为现代人的追求。目前市场上流行的饮料品种繁多,但大多是用果汁加糖、纯净水、防腐剂,色素等制成。只能补充人体所需的,也是果汁中所含有的一些基本元素。而很少有以预防疾病、增强体能为主的功能性保健饮料,本发明可以弥补这方面的不足,满足广大消费者的需求。
太子参系卫生部颁发的“可用于保健食品的物品名单”品种,具有益气健脾,生津润肺的功能,功能与人生相似。菠萝汁为卫生部颁发的“可用于保健食品的物品名单”的品种它可以健脾益胃,清胃解渴,补脾止泻,甘甜可口。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种太子参菠萝饮料及其制备方法。本发明的配方是用太子参50克,菠萝汁30克,甜味剂(白砂糖)60克,加纯化水适量制成1000毫升。
本发明所述保健饮料的制备方法为: 取太子参加水煎煮2-3次,每次加6-10倍的水,煎煮1-2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩至密度1.05—1.20(50℃)之间浸膏,加乙醇50%-70%,搅匀,静置24小时,滤过,取上清液回收乙醇至无醇味,混合制备好的菠萝汁,纯化水溶解好的白砂糖搅拌均匀,冷藏放置4天,过滤,将滤液、灭菌、罐装即得。
有益效果:本发明采用太子参,菠萝汁为主要原料,所制备的饮料不仅色泽亮丽、风味独特、口感好,抗疲劳、改善胃肠功能等作用。
具体实施方式:
一种太子参菠萝饮料,其配方是用太子参50克,菠萝汁30克,甜味剂(白砂糖)60克,加纯化水适量制成1000毫升。其制备方法根据实施例做进一步说明。
实施例1:取太子参加水煎煮2次,每次加6倍的水,煎煮1小时,过滤,滤液浓缩至密度1.05(50℃)之间浸膏,加乙醇50%,搅匀,静置24小时,滤过,取上清液回收乙醇至无醇味,混合制备好的菠萝汁,纯化水溶解好的白砂糖搅拌均匀,冷藏放置4天,过滤,将滤液、灭菌、罐装即得。
实施例2:取太子参加水煎煮3次,每次加8倍的水,煎煮105小时,过滤,滤液浓缩至密度1.20(50℃)之间浸膏,加乙醇60%,搅匀,静置24小时,滤过,取上清液回收乙醇至无醇味,混合制备好的菠萝汁,纯化水溶解好的白砂糖搅拌均匀,冷藏放置4天,过滤,将滤液、灭菌、罐装即得。
实施例3:取太子参加水煎煮3次,每次加10倍的水,煎煮2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩至密度1.20(50℃)之间浸膏,加乙醇70%,搅匀,静置24小时,滤过,取上清液回收乙醇至无醇味,混合制备好的菠萝汁,纯化水溶解好的白砂糖搅拌均匀,冷藏放置4天,过滤,将滤液、灭菌、罐装即得。
