本发明提供了一种水产品保鲜剂,其由重量含量的以下原料组成:大蒜8-12份,甘草10-15份,天麻10-15份,三聚磷酸钠10-15份,焦磷酸钠5-10份,茶多酚3-8份,柠檬酸5-8份。本发明的有益效果是:该水产品保鲜剂工艺简单,含有中药成分和抗氧化成分,能够有效延长水产品的保鲜时间,同时不影响水产品的风味和质感。

技术领域
本发明涉及保鲜剂,具体涉及一种水产品保鲜剂。
背景技术
我国水产品资源丰富,2010年的水产总量超过5300万吨,总产量居世界第一。在我国,水产品总捕获量的70%以鲜销为主,但由于我国物流保鲜技术落后,致使生鲜水产品在物流环节上损失严重,水产品在贮运、交易、配送等环节鲜度下降快、货架期短的问题还未得到有效解决,是制约水产业发展的主要因素之一。因此开发安全、成本低、货架寿命长、保鲜效果好的水产品保鲜剂及保鲜技术对水产行业持续发展至关重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种工艺简单,含有中药成分,保鲜效果好的水产品保鲜剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种水产品保鲜剂,其由重量含量的以下原料组成:大蒜8-12份,甘草10-15份,天麻10-15份,三聚磷酸钠10-15份,焦磷酸钠5-10份,茶多酚3-8份,柠檬酸5-8份。
制备上述水产品保鲜剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将大蒜、甘草和天麻分别去杂洗净;
2)将大蒜用组织捣碎机捣碎成均匀浆液;
3)将甘草和天麻加3-4倍于其重量份的水,大火煎煮2-3小时,再改用文火煎煮1.5-2.5小时,滤渣得滤液;
4)将步骤3)中的滤液降至室温,然后加入大蒜捣碎后的浆液以及余下原料,并搅拌混合均匀即可。
优选的,上述水产品保鲜剂由重量含量的以下原料组成:大蒜10份,甘草12份,天麻12份,三聚磷酸钠13份,焦磷酸钠8份,茶多酚5份,柠檬酸6份。
优选的,将上述保鲜剂兑以原料总量2.5-4倍的去离子水稀释。
本发明的有益效果是:该水产品保鲜剂工艺简单,含有中药成分和抗氧化成分,能够有效延长水产品的保鲜时间,同时不影响水产品的风味和质感。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但这些实施例并不是对本发明的限定::
实施例1
一种水产品保鲜剂,其由重量含量的以下原料组成:大蒜8份,甘草10份,天麻10份,三聚磷酸钠10份,焦磷酸钠5份,茶多酚3份,柠檬酸5份。
制备上述水产品保鲜剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将大蒜、甘草和天麻分别去杂洗净;
2)将大蒜用组织捣碎机捣碎成均匀浆液;
3)将甘草和天麻加3倍于其重量份的水,大火煎煮2小时,再改用文火煎煮1.5小时,滤渣得滤液;
4)将步骤3)中的滤液降至室温,然后加入大蒜捣碎后的浆液以及余下原料,并搅拌混合均匀即可。
使用时,在上述保鲜剂中兑以原料总量2.5倍的去离子水稀释,然后将水产品置于该稀释液中浸泡15-20分钟,聚乙烯薄膜包装,并至于冷藏室贮藏。
实施例2
一种水产品保鲜剂,其由重量含量的以下原料组成:大蒜10份,甘草12份,天麻12份,三聚磷酸钠13份,焦磷酸钠8份,茶多酚5份,柠檬酸6份。

一种水产品保鲜剂,其由重量含量的以下原料组成:大蒜12份,甘草15份,天麻15份,三聚磷酸钠15份,焦磷酸钠10份,茶多酚8份,柠檬酸8份。
制备上述水产品保鲜剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将大蒜、甘草和天麻分别去杂洗净;
2)将大蒜用组织捣碎机捣碎成均匀浆液;
3)将甘草和天麻加4倍于其重量份的水,大火煎煮3小时,再改用文火煎煮2.5小时,滤渣得滤液;
4)将步骤3)中的滤液降至室温,然后加入大蒜捣碎后的浆液以及余下原料,并搅拌混合均匀即可。
使用时,在上述保鲜剂中兑以原料总量4倍的去离子水稀释,然后将水产品置于该稀释液中浸泡15-20分钟,聚乙烯薄膜包装,并至于冷藏室贮藏。
Claims (4)
1.一种水产品保鲜剂,其特征在于,由重量含量的以下原料组成:大蒜8-12份,甘草10-15份,天麻10-15份,三聚磷酸钠10-15份,焦磷酸钠5-10份,茶多酚3-8份,柠檬酸5-8份。
2.一种制备如权利要求1所述的水产品保鲜剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将大蒜、甘草和天麻分别去杂洗净;
2)将大蒜用组织捣碎机捣碎成均匀浆液;
3)将甘草和天麻加3-4倍于其重量份的水,大火煎煮2-3小时,再改用文火煎煮1.5-2.5小时,滤渣得滤液;
4)将步骤3)中的滤液降至室温,然后加入大蒜捣碎后的浆液以及余下原料,并搅拌混合均匀即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品保鲜剂,其特征在于,所述水产品保鲜剂由重量含量的以下原料组成:大蒜10份,甘草12份,天麻12份,三聚磷酸钠13份,焦磷酸钠8份,茶多酚5份,柠檬酸6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水产品保鲜剂,其特征在于,将所述保鲜剂兑以原料总量2.5-4倍的去离子水稀释。
