人们日常生活,离不开食品及其辅料,人们对其口味和营养的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的食品及辅料,已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生的食物越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种护肝蒸肉米粉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种护肝蒸肉米粉,由以下重量份原料组成:糯米200-220、高粱60-70、大蒜30-35、生姜30-40、花生米45-55、板栗仁50-60、番茄粉30-40、鲈鱼肉30-40、口蘑20-25、大麦汁60-70、蒲公英5-6、赤芍5-6、川芎4-5、三七4-5、胡黄连4-5、前胡3-4、白鲜皮2-3、食品添加剂6-8、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:可可粉20-30、鸡蛋黄30-40、洋葱20-30、沙棘果汁60-70、大麦秸8-10、刺龙芽4-5、乌梢蛇4-5、水适量。
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将大麦秸、刺龙芽、乌梢蛇用6-8倍量的水提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将洋葱洗净,切碎后与鸡蛋黄一起放入锅中,加入沙棘果汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(3)将可可粉、步骤1中粉末、步骤2中粉末合并,混匀即可。
一种护肝蒸肉米粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将糯米、高粱洗净,晒干后,放入锅中,加热炒熟后碾成米粉备用;
(2)将大蒜、生姜洗净,切碎后,与洗净的花生米、板栗仁一起置于锅中,加入食品添加剂、适量的水,加入焖煮30-40分钟,将所有物料打成浆汁后喷雾干燥成粉末备用;
(3)将鲤鱼肉、口蘑洗净,置于锅中,加入大麦汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(4)将蒲公英、赤芍、川芎、三七、胡黄连、前胡、白鲜皮用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(5)将米粉、步骤2中粉末、步骤2中粉末、中药粉、番茄粉合并,充分混匀后,灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种护肝蒸肉米粉,在制作过程中,添加高粱、番茄等食材,富含膳食纤维、维生素 ,营养丰富,且口感好,以及蒲公英、赤芍、川芎、三七、胡黄连等中药材的提取物的添加,具有一定的护肝明目的功效,有益于人体健康。

所述食品添加剂的制备方法:
