食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:可可粉20-30、鸡蛋黄30-40、洋葱20-30、沙棘果汁60-70、大麦秸8-10、刺龙芽4-5、乌梢蛇4-5、水适量。
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将大麦秸、刺龙芽、乌梢蛇用6-8倍量的水提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将洋葱洗净,切碎后与鸡蛋黄一起放入锅中,加入沙棘果汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
