本发明公开了一种艾叶粑粑的制作方法,包括如下步骤:把艾叶洗净,放入沸水将艾叶中的苦水煮出,捞出放入清水中浸泡,再捞出切碎,备用;取玫瑰花瓣洗净,放入开水中浸泡,水变色呈粉色,有花香味;待水冷却后,放入蜂蜜调匀,备用;将芝麻磨成粉状,花生和黄糖切碎成碎颗粒状,拌匀成馅,备用;再将糯米粉放入玫瑰花香蜂蜜水中调成糊状,加入切碎的艾叶拌匀,然后揉成小面团,备用;取一个小面团,在手里捏成扁圆形,放入馅料捏紧,压扁成圆饼状;最后将制作好的?艾叶粑粑放在玉米叶或荷叶上,放入蒸笼蒸,冷却后真空包装即成。用该方法制作的艾叶粑粑,口感清新,没有艾叶苦涩的味道,且具有较强的保健作用。

本发明涉及一种食品,具体是一种艾叶粑粑的制作方法。
背景技术
艾叶本身味道苦涩,但具有散寒除湿,温经止血的保健作用。艾叶在经过特殊调制后可以去掉了艾叶苦涩的味道,做成又好吃又具保健作用的食品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种艾叶粑粑的制作方法,这种方法工序简单,且色香味俱全。
实现本发明的技术方案是:
一种艾叶粑粑的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1、艾叶洗净,放入沸水中煮5-10分钟,将艾叶中的苦水煮出,捞出放入清水中浸泡1.5-2小时,再捞出切碎,备用;
2、取玫瑰花花瓣洗净,放入开水中浸泡30分钟,水变色呈粉色,有玫瑰花香味;待水冷却后,放入蜂蜜调匀,备用;
3、将芝麻磨成粉状,花生和黄糖切碎成碎颗粒状,拌匀成馅,备用;
4、将糯米粉放入步骤2所制得的玫瑰花香蜂蜜水中调成糊状,加入切碎的艾叶拌匀,然后揉成50-60克一个的小面团,备用;
5、取一个小面团,用小型手动压饼机将小面团压成扁圆形,放入16-20克步骤3制成的馅,然后四边向中间捏紧,将接口处捏实,压扁成圆饼状;
6、将制作好的?艾叶粑粑放在玉米叶或荷叶上,放入蒸笼用大火蒸25-30分钟,冷却后真空包装即成。
所述糯米粉、野生艾叶、玫瑰花瓣、蜂蜜、芝麻、黄糖、花生、水的用料重量份配比为:500︰500-600︰2-3:10-12:30-50︰100︰30-50︰200-250。
所述艾叶是是一种多年生草本植物,气清香,味微苦辛,全国大部分地区多有生产,具有散寒止痛,温经止血的保健作用,可药用也可食用。
所述玫瑰花味甘微苦、性温,是一种珍贵的药材,也可当茶饮用,具有美容养颜,通经活络,软化血管的功效,对于心脑血管,高血压,心脏病及妇科有显著疗效。
所述小型手动压饼机为市售产品。
用上述方法制作出的艾叶粑粑,口感清新,没有艾叶苦涩的味道,不仅有美容、活血散淤和调经止痛的功效,对妇科有显著疗效,而且可以促进消化、提高免疫力、润肺止咳,保健作用强。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种艾叶粑粑的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1、 取550克艾叶洗净,放入沸水中煮10分钟,将艾叶中的苦水煮出,捞出放入清水中浸泡2小时,再捞出切碎,备用;
2、取3克玫瑰花瓣洗净,放入开水中浸泡30分钟,水变色呈粉色,有玫瑰花香味,待水冷却后,放入12克蜂蜜调匀,备用;
3、将45克芝麻磨成粉状,45克花生和100克黄糖切碎成碎颗粒状,拌匀成馅,备用;
4、将500克糯米粉放入230克步骤2制得的玫瑰花香蜂蜜水中调成糊状,加入切碎的艾叶拌匀,然后揉成50克一个的小面团,备用;
5、取一个小面团,用小型手动压饼机将小面团压成扁圆形,放入16克步骤3制成的馅,然后四边向中间捏紧,将接口处捏实,压扁成圆饼状;
6、将制作好的?艾叶粑粑放在玉米叶或荷叶上,放入蒸笼用大火蒸30分钟,冷却后真空包装即成。

1.一种艾叶粑粑的制作方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)艾叶洗净,放入沸水中煮5-10分钟,将艾叶中的苦水煮出,捞出放入清水中浸泡1.5-2小时,再捞出切碎,备用;
(2)取玫瑰花瓣洗净,放入开水中浸泡30分钟,水变色呈粉色,有玫瑰花香味;待水冷却后,放入蜂蜜调匀,备用;
(3)将芝麻磨成粉状,花生和黄糖切碎成碎颗粒状,拌匀成馅,备用;
(4)将糯米粉放入步骤2所制得的玫瑰花香蜂蜜水中调成糊状,加入切碎的艾叶拌匀,然后揉成50-60克一个的小面团,备用;
(5)取一个小面团,用小型手动压饼机将小面团压成扁圆形,放入16-20克步骤3制成的馅,然后四边向中间捏紧,将接口处捏实,压扁成圆饼状;
