每100克苦瓜中,水分占94%,含蛋白质1克、碳水化合物3.7克,能提供71.2千焦的热量。苦瓜含有一种具有抗氧化作用的物质,这种物质可以强化毛细血管,促进血液循环,预防动脉硬化。苦瓜还具有清热解暑、消肿解毒的功效;
促进饮食、消炎退热:苦瓜中的苦瓜甙和苦味素能增进食欲,健脾开胃;所含的生物碱类物质奎宁,有利尿活血、消炎退热、清心明目的功效。
防癌抗癌:苦瓜蛋白质成分及大量维生素C能提高机体的免疫功能,使免疫细胞具有杀灭癌细胞的作用;苦瓜汁含有某种蛋白成分,能加强巨噬能力,临床上对淋巴肉瘤和白血病有效;从苦瓜籽中提炼出的胰蛋白酶抑制剂,可以抑制癌细胞所分泌出来的蛋白酶,阻止恶性肿瘤生长。
苦瓜中所含的苦味素可抑制恶性肿瘤分泌蛋白质,防治癌细胞的生长和扩散。国外有实验发现,苦瓜能使人的舌、喉、口腔底部、鼻咽部癌的细胞生长受到抑制。
苦瓜中的蛋白质和苦瓜素的抗癌机理,主要是它们能激活体内免疫系统的防御功能,增强免疫细胞的活性,抑制细胞的增殖或将其杀死。日本科学家认为,苦瓜蛋白可提高机体的免疫功能,能促进免疫细胞消灭癌细胞。
苦瓜含有蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、多种矿物质和维生素。苦瓜中维生素c和维生素B1的含量高于一般蔬菜。国内外研究发现,苦瓜对于艾滋病、癌症和糖尿病的防治具有潜在的食用价值。日本医学家又证明苦瓜中的苦瓜蛋白对治疗癌症也很有效。美国科学家发现,苦瓜中含有一种或一种以上具有抗癌生活理性的蛋白质。
降低血糖:苦瓜的新鲜汁液,含有苦瓜甙和类似胰岛素的物质,具有良好的降血糖作用,是糖尿病患者的理想食品。
玉米虽然营养价值低于其他谷物,但是玉米里面可以提出异麦芽低聚糖,异麦芽低聚糖是益生元里最优异的,益生元是益生菌的粮食, 对人体的益生菌繁殖有着密切的关系,从而对肠道菌群达到平衡状态,使得肠道健康。
除食用外,玉米也是工业酒精和烧酒的主要原料。籽粒加工方式有多种︰湿磨法是将籽粒在稀的亚硫酸溶液中浸泡40~60小时;乾磨法是用喷雾或蒸汽使籽粒短期濡湿;发酵法是将淀粉转化为糖,又加酵母使糖转变为酒精。植株的其它部分用途也相当广泛:玉米秆用于造纸和制墙板;苞叶可作填充材料和草艺编织;玉米穗轴可作燃料,也用来制工业溶剂,茎叶除用作牲畜饲料外,还是沼气池很好的原料。

一种玉米苦瓜粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:东北大米80~100、干玉米粒50~60、苦瓜40~60、香菇10~15、醋20~25、枸杞5~8、菊花4~6、食用盐6~12、萝卜干12~15、干地瓜片12~15、香菜叶3~5、味精2~4、助剂4~5、水500~700;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:丁葵草4~5、紫苏籽1~2、白术2~3、二色补血草4~5、向日葵花盘1~2、瓜萎叶2~3、蘘荷花苞10~12、炒大麦粉6~8;制备方法是将除炒大麦粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与炒大麦粉混合即得。
丁葵草是一种多年生豆科小草本,生于荒野。全草夏秋采收,晒干,可以祛瘀消肿,调起利湿。
紫苏籽为唇形科植物紫苏的干燥成熟果实,有降气消痰、止咳平喘、润肠的功效。
白术:一种菊科多年生草本植物,以根茎入药,具有多项药用功能。
二色补血草:它是白花丹科多年生草本,属补血草属。
瓜萎叶:瓜萎即栝楼,多年生攀缘草本,可药用,有解热止渴、利尿、镇咳祛痰等作用。
一种玉米苦瓜粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将干玉米粒放入高压锅,倒入清水,先浸泡30~40min,然后烧开,最后用小火熬20~30min做成熟烂玉米粒;
(2)将苦瓜洗净后,间隔式去除80%皮即可,之后切成厚度约0.2~0.8cm的苦瓜片,用醋浸泡15~20min;
(3)将东北大米、枸杞、菊花、食用盐、萝卜干、干地瓜片、水混合均匀一起放入砂锅,大火烧开,焖5~10min;
(4)将香菇剁成绿豆粒大小的香菇粒、(1)所述的熟烂玉米粒、(2)所述的苦瓜片、助剂、味精及其它剩余成分一同加入砂锅中,搅拌均匀,烧开砂锅,小火慢煮15~20min,打开砂锅,撒上香菜叶常温下冷却即可。
本发明的优点:本发明选用老的干的玉米粒,这种玉米粒经水浸泡煮过过后会变的酥软可口而又质地紧密,和粥搭配起来最好不过;其次,这种粥还特别添加苦瓜这种天然蔬菜,苦瓜能防癌抗癌还富含有蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、多种矿物质和维生素,和粥搭配起来不仅色泽白绿相间,煞是好看,而且苦瓜中的苦瓜甙和苦味素还能增进食欲,健脾开胃。

实施例1
一种玉米苦瓜粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:东北大米80~100g、干玉米粒50~60g、苦瓜40~60g、香菇10~15g、醋20~25g、枸杞5~8g、菊花4~6g、食用盐6~12g、萝卜干12~15g、干地瓜片12~15g、香菜叶3~5g、味精2~4g、助剂4~5g、水500~700g;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:丁葵草4~5g、紫苏籽1~2g、白术2~3g、二色补血草4~5g、向日葵花盘1~2g、瓜萎叶2~3g、蘘荷花苞10~12g、炒大麦粉6~8g;制备方法是将除炒大麦粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与炒大麦粉混合即得。

1.一种玉米苦瓜粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:东北大米80~100、干玉米粒50~60、苦瓜40~60、香菇10~15、醋20~25、枸杞5~8、菊花4~6、食用盐6~12、萝卜干12~15、干地瓜片12~15、香菜叶3~5、味精2~4、助剂4~5、水500~700;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:丁葵草4~5、紫苏籽1~2、白术2~3、二色补血草4~5、向日葵花盘1~2、瓜萎叶2~3、蘘荷花苞10~12、炒大麦粉6~8;制备方法是将除炒大麦粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与炒大麦粉混合即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种玉米苦瓜粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
