本发明涉及一种石蜡管成形装置，属于石蜡加工装置。本发明提供石蜡管成形装置，所述装置包括成形管和移动端管，所述成形管和移动端管的连接处分别设有法兰盘I和法兰盘II，成形管和移动端管通过法兰盘I和法兰盘II及设在其上的销固定；所述成形管的另一端与注蜡管相通；所述成形管靠近法兰盘I的一端的外壁上设有冷却套；所述移动端管下方固定移动支架，所述移动支架设于导轨上。本装置实现石蜡管的连续生产、节约冷量、且可按需要加工所有规格长度的石蜡管，一机多用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石蜡管成形装置，属于石蜡加工装置。
背景技术
石蜡是多种产品的原料，随着国内生产企业对石蜡的需求越来越大，且对石蜡产品的形态要求也是多种的，包括颗粒、片状、管状等。石蜡管的制作是将液体石蜡注入模具成型后冷却凝固，待管形石蜡冷却后需将石蜡管从石蜡管成形模具中取出，由于石蜡管脆性大，稍有不慎易将石蜡管损坏。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明的目的是提供一种石蜡管成形装置。
一种石蜡管成形装置，所述装置包括成形管和移动端管，所述成形管和移动端管的连接处分别设有法兰盘I和法兰盘II，成形管和移动端管通过法兰盘I和法兰盘II及设在其上的销固定；所述成形管的另一端与注蜡管相通；所述成形管靠近法兰盘I的一端的外壁上设有冷却套；所述移动端管下方固定移动支架，所述移动支架设于导轨上。
本发明所述石蜡管成形装置优选所述移动端管的法兰盘II上设有螺纹孔。
本发明所述石蜡管成形装置优选所述移动端管的内表面的内壁上设有螺纹或齿。
本发明所述石蜡管成形装置优选所述移动支架通过螺杆连接伺服电机。
本发明所述石蜡管成形装置优选所述冷却套为设有空腔的套管，其上设有冷却水入口和冷却水出口，所述却水入口和冷却水出口并通过管道与换热器连接。
本发明的有益效果：本发明提供石蜡管成形装置，所述装置包括成形管和移动端管，所述成形管和移动端管的连接处分别设有法兰盘I和法兰盘II，成形管和移动端管通过法兰盘I和法兰盘II及设在其上的销固定；所述成形管的另一端与注蜡管相通；所述成形管靠近法兰盘I的一端的外壁上设有冷却套；所述移动端管下方固定移动支架，所述移动支架设于导轨上。
加工初始进行时，利用销将成形管和移动端管固定，待移动端管内的液态石蜡完全冷却后，将销卸除，控制电机使得移动端管在导轨上移动，并根据设有冷却套处的石蜡的成形速率设置电机的运行间隔，进行连续化生产。
本装置实现石蜡管的连续生产、节约冷量、且可按需要加工所有规格长度的石蜡管，一机多用。

实施例1
一种石蜡管成形装置，所述装置包括成形管2和移动端管6，所述成形管2和移动端管6的连接处分别设有法兰盘I4和法兰盘II5，成形管2和移动端管6通过法兰盘I4和法兰盘II5及设在其上的销固定；所述成形管2的另一端与注蜡管1相通；所述成形管2靠近法兰盘I4的一端的外壁上设有冷却套3；所述移动端管6下方固定移动支架7，所述移动支架7设于导轨8上。所述移动端管6的法兰盘II5上设有螺纹孔9。所述移动端管6的内表面的内壁上设有螺纹或齿10。所述移动支架7通过螺杆连接伺服电机。所述冷却套3为设有空腔的套管，其上设有冷却水入口和冷却水出口，所述却水入口和冷却水出口并通过管道与换热器连接。

1.一种石蜡管成形装置，其特征在于：所述装置包括成形管(2)和移动端管(6)，所述成形管(2)和移动端管(6)的连接处分别设有法兰盘I(4)和法兰盘II(5)，成形管(2)和移动端管(6)通过法兰盘I(4)和法兰盘II(5)及设在其上的销固定；所述成形管(2)的另一端与注蜡管(1)相通；所述成形管(2)靠近法兰盘I(4)的一端的外壁上设有冷却套(3)；所述移动端管(6)下方固定移动支架(7)，所述移动支架(7)设于导轨(8)上；
所述移动端管(6)的内表面的内壁上设有螺纹或齿(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于：所述移动端管(6)的法兰盘II(5)上设有螺纹孔(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于：所述移动支架(7)通过螺杆连接伺服电机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于：所述冷却套(3)为设有空腔的套管，其上设有冷却水入口和冷却水出口，所述冷却水入口和冷却水出口通过管道与换热器连接。
