本实用新型涉及一种注塑行业中的塑料模具,具体地说是一种塑料模具专用冷却系统。
背景技术
在塑料模具行业中,塑料模具的冷却时间是制约塑料产品形状变化的主要因素之一,有效、均匀的冷却时间可防止出现应力分布不均匀、收缩不均匀、尺寸不均匀的情况,从而提高塑件的产量。虽然目前市场上塑料模具冷却系统的设计各式多样,但仍存在着一些不足之处。因此根据现有塑料模具冷却系统的不足,急需一种能在循环过程中能多次均匀吸热的冷却系统。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种塑料模具专用冷却系统。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种塑料模具专用冷却系统,包括外管、内管、接管和U型弯头,所述的外管套在内管上,所述的外管之间通过接管相连接,所述的内管之间通过U型弯头相连接。
所述的冷却系统呈套管状;且冷却系统环绕在塑料模具的型腔四周。
所述的内管一端为正进水口,其另一端为正出水口,且正进水口贯穿塑料模具母模板的左端面,逆出水口贯穿塑料模具公模板的左端面。
所述的外管一端设置有逆进水口,其另一端设置有逆出水口,且逆进水口贯穿塑料模具公模板的下端面,逆出水口贯穿塑料模具母模板的上端面,当一股冷水按顺时针方向从正进水口进入内管中流动时,在大量的均匀吸收位于塑料模具型腔四周的热量后从正出水口流出,同时另一股冷水按逆时针方向从逆进水口进入内管与外管之间的间隙流动,既可以均匀吸收位于塑料模具型腔四周的热量,也可以与位于内管内的水进行换热,然后从逆出水口流出,从而达到了循环过程中多次高效均匀吸热的功能。
本实用新型的优点在于:一种塑料模具专用冷却系统,能实现在循环过程中多次均匀吸热的功能,且具结构简便和工作效率高等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种塑料模具专用冷却系统,包括外管61、内管62、接管63和U型弯头64,所述的外管61套在内管62上,所述的外管61之间通过接管63相连接,所述的内管62之间通过U型弯头64相连接。
所述的冷却系统呈套管状;且冷却系统环绕在塑料模具的型腔四周。
所述的内管62一端为正进水口621,其另一端为正出水口622,且正进水口621贯穿塑料模具母模板的左端面,逆出水口622贯穿塑料模具公模板的左端面。
所述的外管61一端设置有逆进水口611,其另一端设置有逆出水口612,且逆进水口611贯穿塑料模具公模板的下端面,逆出水口612贯穿塑料模具母模板的上端面,当一股冷流体按顺时针方向从正进水口621进入内管62中流动时,在大量的均匀吸收位于塑料模具型腔四周的热量后从正出水口622流出,同时另一股冷流体按逆时针方向从逆进水口611进入内管62与外管61之间的间隙流动,既可以均匀吸收位于塑料模具型腔四周的热量,也可以与位于内管62内的水进行换热,然后从逆出水口612流出,从而达到了循环过程中多次高效均匀吸热的功能。
工作时,当熔料不断进入塑料模具型腔时,两股冷流体分别不断从正进水口621和逆进水口611进入冷却系统,由于两股冷水的逆流流动,冷却系统不断均匀吸收位于塑料模具型腔四周的热量和两股冷流体之间不断的均匀换热,从而达到了循环过程中多次高效均匀吸热的目的。
