Abstract

一种自动调温的管材水冷管套,其特征在于,包括管套水冷箱,设于管套水冷箱内部的管套本体,设于管套水冷箱箱体顶部的入水管,设于管套水冷箱箱体顶部的出水管和排压阀,及设于管套水冷箱内部靠近管套本体位置的温度传感器,所述入水管、出水管分别设有电动流量控制阀,所述电动流量控制阀的控制端与温度传感器连接。由于设有温度传感器,可以准确检测水冷箱内水温的变化,同时与设定水温比较,实际水温高时则调节电动流量阀,增加进水出水量,加快水循环,降低水温。这样使得水冷箱内水温之中保持在与设定值接近的适宜温度,能有效保证管材冷却效果,同时对冷水充分利用,降低了生产成本。

背景技术
塑料生产加工过程中,塑料通过挤压系统而塑化成均匀的熔体,并在这一过程中所建立压力下,被螺杆连续的挤出,而后通过挤塑机出料模具及冷却设备,将产品定型。水冷管套为常用的冷却设备,其原理是将管材通过一个注满冷却水的套管进行冷却,现有设备无法对水冷管套中的水温有效控制,水温过高会影响管材冷却效果,水温过低则会无法对冷水充分利用,增加生产成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种能够调节冷却水温度在适宜范围内的自动调温的管材水冷管套。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种自动调温的管材水冷管套,包括管套水冷箱,设于管套水冷箱内部的管套本体,设于管套水冷箱箱体顶部的入水管,设于管套水冷箱箱体顶部的出水管和排压阀,及设于管套水冷箱内部靠近管套本体位置的温度传感器,所述入水管、出水管分别设有电动流量控制阀,所述电动流量控制阀的控制端与温度传感器连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
由于设有温度传感器,可以准确检测水冷箱内水温的变化,同时与设定水温比较,实际水温高时则调节电动流量阀,增加进水出水量,加快水循环,降低水温。这样使得水冷箱内水温之中保持在与设定值接近的适宜温度,能有效保证管材冷却效果,同时对冷水充分利用,降低了生产成本。

由于设有温度传感器,可以准确检测水冷箱内水温的变化,同时与设定水温比较,实际水温高时则调节电动流量阀,增加进水出水量,加快水循环,降低水温。这样使得水冷箱内水温之中保持在与设定值接近的适宜温度,能有效保证管材冷却效果,同时对冷水充分利用,降低了生产成本。
