一种口水鸡的新式做法,其特征是:材料是:成品山鸡一只、生姜、大蒜、葱花、生抽酱油、白砂糖、即墨老酒、辣椒油、麻辣酱、花椒粉、盐、香醋、味精、香菜各适量;制作方法是:一是鸡洗净切成块,放入锅中加入水、生姜、大蒜、葱花、生抽酱油、白砂糖、即墨老酒闷煮30分钟,把鸡块拿出后放入凉水中冷却,水一热就再次更换凉水,直至鸡块完全冷却;二是把适量的辣椒油、麻辣酱、花椒粉、盐、香醋、味精放入碗中搅匀;三是把鸡块均匀的摆放在大盘中,把调制好的配料均匀的撒在鸡块上,撒上香菜即可。它是口水鸡的一种新式做法,解决了传统口水鸡做法佐料简单,不具有集麻辣鲜香嫩爽于一身,口味一般,而且不具有保健食疗的功效。

材料是:成品山鸡一只、生姜、大蒜、葱花、生抽酱油、白砂糖、即墨老酒、辣椒油、麻辣酱、花椒粉、盐、香醋、味精、香菜各适量;
