本发明公开了一种五籽牛骨面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:燕麦粉250-300、芡实粉30-40、葡萄籽20-24、黄瓜籽15-20、苦瓜籽14-18、枸杞籽10-15、生菜籽8-12、牛骨20-30、杜仲2-3、牛蒡根3-5、女贞子2-3、月见草1-2、桂皮2-3、牛膝1-2、续断3-4、营养粉6-9、黄酒和芝麻油适量;本发明将葡萄籽、黄瓜籽、苦瓜籽、枸杞籽、生菜籽炮制后添加到面粉中,使其香味浓郁,更易被人体消化,将牛骨与多种中药原料混合炖汤,再添加到面粉中,使其富有口感,风味独特,保健功效显著,成品面粉具有降血压、降胆固醇、补中益气、益肾固精、补钙壮骨、益肝和胃、防癌抗癌、延缓衰老等功效。

本发明涉及一种保健面粉,尤其涉及一种五籽牛骨面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视食品的健康膳食、营养保健问题,面粉作为一种主食同样经受着营养保健问题的考验,因此越来越多具有营养保健功效的面粉受到人们的喜欢,给人们的健康饮食带来福音。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种五籽牛骨面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种五籽牛骨面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
燕麦粉250-300、芡实粉30-40、葡萄籽20-24、黄瓜籽15-20、苦瓜籽14-18、枸杞籽10-15、生菜籽8-12、牛骨20-30、杜仲2-3、牛蒡根3-5、女贞子2-3、月见草1-2、桂皮2-3、牛膝1-2、续断3-4、营养粉6-9、黄酒和芝麻油适量;
所述营养粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:益智仁:血糯米:石榴籽=1:1:1,竹炭粉适量。
一种五籽牛骨面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将益智仁、血糯米、石榴籽拣杂洗净,送入蒸锅,大火蒸制20-30分钟,取出晾干,再送入锅中,倒入适量竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,再将混合原料磨成粉,得到营养粉;
(2)将葡萄籽、黄瓜籽、苦瓜籽、枸杞籽、生菜籽拣杂洗净,晒干后入锅,倒入适量黄酒,文火焖润30-40分钟,取出低温烘干,再送回锅中,倒入适量芝麻油,小火翻炒至熟香,冷却后磨粉,得到五籽粉;
(3)将牛骨洗净后绞碎成泥,将杜仲、牛蒡根、女贞子等中药原料粉碎,与牛骨泥混合入锅,倒入8-10倍清水,小火慢炖6-7小时,过滤,滤液冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(4)将上述营养粉、五籽粉、冻干粉与剩余全部原料混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将葡萄籽、黄瓜籽、苦瓜籽、枸杞籽、生菜籽炮制后添加到面粉中,使其香味浓郁,更易被人体消化,将牛骨与多种中药原料混合炖汤,再添加到面粉中,使其富有口感,风味独特,保健功效显著,成品面粉具有降血压、降胆固醇、补中益气、益肾固精、补钙壮骨、益肝和胃、防癌抗癌、延缓衰老等功效。

一种五籽牛骨面粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
燕麦粉250、芡实粉30、葡萄籽20、黄瓜籽15、苦瓜籽14、枸杞籽10、生菜籽8、牛骨20、杜仲2、牛蒡根3、女贞子2、月见草1、桂皮2、牛膝1、续断3、营养粉6、黄酒和芝麻油适量;
所述营养粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:益智仁:血糯米:石榴籽=1:1:1,竹炭粉适量。
一种五籽牛骨面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将益智仁、血糯米、石榴籽拣杂洗净,送入蒸锅,大火蒸制30分钟,取出晾干,再送入锅中,倒入适量竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,再将混合原料磨成粉,得到营养粉;

(4)将上述营养粉、五籽粉、冻干粉与剩余全部原料混合均匀,粉碎至120目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。

1.一种五籽牛骨面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
燕麦粉250-300、芡实粉30-40、葡萄籽20-24、黄瓜籽15-20、苦瓜籽14-18、枸杞籽10-15、生菜籽8-12、牛骨20-30、杜仲2-3、牛蒡根3-5、女贞子2-3、月见草1-2、桂皮2-3、牛膝1-2、续断3-4、营养粉6-9、黄酒和芝麻油适量;
所述营养粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:益智仁:血糯米:石榴籽=1:1:1,竹炭粉适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的五籽牛骨面粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将益智仁、血糯米、石榴籽拣杂洗净,送入蒸锅,大火蒸制20-30分钟,取出晾干,再送入锅中,倒入适量竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,再将混合原料磨成粉,得到营养粉;
(2)将葡萄籽、黄瓜籽、苦瓜籽、枸杞籽、生菜籽拣杂洗净,晒干后入锅,倒入适量黄酒,文火焖润30-40分钟,取出低温烘干,再送回锅中,倒入适量芝麻油,小火翻炒至熟香,冷却后磨粉,得到五籽粉;
(3)将牛骨洗净后绞碎成泥,将杜仲、牛蒡根、女贞子等中药原料粉碎,与牛骨泥混合入锅,倒入8-10倍清水,小火慢炖6-7小时,过滤,滤液冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(4)将上述营养粉、五籽粉、冻干粉与剩余全部原料混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。
