本发明公开了一种山楂白茶面粉及其制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:面粉200-300、葛根粉4-8、黑豆15-30、瓜子仁10-13、香菇8-12、山楂片20-30、白茶5-8、蜂王浆冻干粉4-6、银花藤2-3、枇杷叶2-3、菊花2-3、冬凌草2-3、白花蛇舌草1-2、向日葵叶1-2、积雪草1-2、厚朴1-2、米醋8-15;本发明面粉,含有山楂、白茶有益成分,具有保肝健胃、消积化食、明目、降糖的功效,配方还增加了冬凌草、菊花、银花藤等均具有清热解毒功效,厚朴、枇杷叶均具抗菌作用,延长保质期,安全无毒副作用,有益人体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种山楂白茶面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
面粉是一种由小麦磨成的粉末,为最常见的食品原料之一。小麦粉经过加工、贮存往往造成部分营养成分的损失。随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注食品营养的多样性及保健功能性,而单一小麦制得的面粉,已不满足人们的需求,本发明添加山楂、白茶等原料,强化营养结构,增强保健功效,满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种山楂白茶面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种山楂白茶面粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:面粉200-300、葛根粉4-8、黑豆15-30、瓜子仁10-13、香菇8-12、山楂片20-30、白茶5-8、蜂王浆冻干粉4-6、银花藤2-3、枇杷叶2-3、菊花2-3、冬凌草2-3、白花蛇舌草1-2、向日葵叶1-2、积雪草1-2、厚朴1-2、米醋8-15。
所述的山楂白茶面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将黑豆、瓜子仁除杂洗净,加入米醋搅拌均匀,浸泡2-4小时,加适量水煮制稠状,研磨成浆,喷雾干燥得豆仁粉;
(2)、将香菇、山楂片除杂洗净烘干,将银花藤、枇杷叶、菊花、厚朴等中药原料混合破碎至40-80目,加5-8倍水煮制2-3小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤浓缩,得到浓缩液加入烘干香菇、山楂片,搅拌均匀,焖煮至干,再烘干破碎研磨成粉,得保健香菇山楂粉;
(3)、将白茶破碎至100-200目,加95-100℃水浸提2次,每次加入8-10倍清水浸提 5-8 分钟,过滤合并滤液,得到浸提液,喷雾干燥,得到白茶粉 ;
(4)、将豆仁粉、保健香菇山楂粉、白茶粉与其他剩余原料合并,混合均匀,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明面粉,含有山楂、白茶有益成分,具有保肝健胃、消积化食、明目、降糖的功效,配方还增加了冬凌草、菊花、银花藤等均具有清热解毒功效,厚朴、枇杷叶均具抗菌作用,延长保质期,安全无毒副作用,有益人体健康。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种山楂白茶面粉,由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:面粉300、葛根粉8、黑豆25、瓜子仁13、香菇12、山楂片20、白茶8、蜂王浆冻干粉5、银花藤3、枇杷叶2、菊花3、冬凌草3、白花蛇舌草2、向日葵叶2、积雪草2、厚朴2、米醋12。
所述的山楂白茶面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将黑豆、瓜子仁除杂洗净,加入米醋搅拌均匀,浸泡4小时,加适量水煮制稠状,研磨成浆,喷雾干燥得豆仁粉;
(2)、将香菇、山楂片除杂洗净烘干,将银花藤、枇杷叶、菊花、厚朴等中药原料混合破碎至50目,加8倍水煮制3小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤浓缩,得到浓缩液加入烘干香菇、山楂片,搅拌均匀,焖煮至干,再烘干破碎研磨成粉,得保健香菇山楂粉;
(3)、将白茶破碎至200目,加95℃水浸提2次,每次加入10倍清水浸提 8分钟,过滤合并滤液,得到浸提液,喷雾干燥,得到白茶粉 ;
(4)、将豆仁粉、保健香菇山楂粉、白茶粉与其他剩余原料合并,混合均匀,即得。
Claims (2)
1.一种山楂白茶面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:面粉200-300、葛根粉4-8、黑豆15-30、瓜子仁10-13、香菇8-12、山楂片20-30、白茶5-8、蜂王浆冻干粉4-6、银花藤2-3、枇杷叶2-3、菊花2-3、冬凌草2-3、白花蛇舌草1-2、向日葵叶1-2、积雪草1-2、厚朴1-2、米醋8-15。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的山楂白茶面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将黑豆、瓜子仁除杂洗净,加入米醋搅拌均匀,浸泡2-4小时,加适量水煮制稠状,研磨成浆,喷雾干燥得豆仁粉;
(2)、将香菇、山楂片除杂洗净烘干,将银花藤、枇杷叶、菊花、厚朴等中药原料混合破碎至40-80目,加5-8倍水煮制2-3小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤浓缩,得到浓缩液加入烘干香菇、山楂片,搅拌均匀,焖煮至干,再烘干破碎研磨成粉,得保健香菇山楂粉;
(3)、将白茶破碎至100-200目,加95-100℃水浸提2次,每次加入8-10倍清水浸提 5-8 分钟,过滤合并滤液,得到浸提液,喷雾干燥,得到白茶粉 ;
