技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀单元,尤其是用于车辆、特别是机动车的液压系统,该阀单元带有可操纵的主阀且带有并联于主阀的止回阀,其中,主阀和止回阀布置在两个阀接口之间,且其中,每个阀接口分别配有一个过滤器。
此外,本发明涉及一种用于车辆、尤其是机动车的液压系统,特别是制动系统,其带有如上文所述的阀单元。
此外,本发明涉及一种带有相应的液压系统的车辆。
背景技术
开头提及类型的阀单元、液压系统和车辆是由现有技术已知的。尤其在制动调节系统中经常构建有阀单元,该阀单元具有例如可以电磁方式操纵的主阀和并联于主阀的止回阀。止回阀在此例如用于保障阀单元的功能且用于确保结冰抗压强度(Eisdruckfestigkeit)。这类阀单元通常具有两个阀接口,在这两个阀接口之间布置有主阀和止回阀。阀接口在此通常沿两个方向被流经且分别具有一个过滤器以针对污物颗粒等进行保护。过滤器通常分别在整个阀接口上延伸。然而其缺点在于,例如在安装或制造时产生的污物颗粒始终残留在两个过滤器之间且由此经过一段时间后可能导致阀的损坏。
发明内容
根据本发明的带有权利要求1的技术特征的阀单元则有这样的优点,即,可能由安装或制造造成的污物颗粒在使用阀单元时由系统或者说由阀单元中被冲出来,且由此长期地避免了阀单元的损坏。此外同时确保了阀单元的功能。根据本发明为此规定,分配给在止回阀流出侧的阀接口的过滤器仅分配给主阀,从而止回阀的流出侧是未过滤的或者说是没有过滤器的。众所周知,止回阀的流出侧为液体可在此处通过止回阀离开或者说逸出的止回阀的一侧。止回阀理论上仅可沿一个方向被液体穿过,在流动方向改变时,止回阀关闭。止回阀的流出侧因此被限定成单一的。通过根据本发明将止回阀的流出侧构造成没有过滤器的,实现了通过止回阀逸出的液体和由此被一起运送的污物颗粒一次性地离开阀单元。污物颗粒因此可由阀单元通过止回阀被冲走。由此提高了阀单元的寿命和负荷能力。此外,由于没有过滤器的构造,实现了作用到流经止回阀的液体上的反压力减小且由此使更大的流量成为可能。尤其地,仅分配给主阀的过滤器自身也可以更简单且价格上更有利的方式设计尺寸,这是由于其不必经受很大的经过止回阀的流量。
根据本发明有利的改进方案规定,分配给流出侧的阀接口具有在止回阀和主阀之间伸延的分离壁。由此,已过滤的液体与未过滤液体分离,从而可能被冲出的污物颗粒不再能返回阀单元中。
分配给止回阀流出侧的阀接口的过滤器优选在主阀侧延伸直至分离壁。由此确保了输入主阀的全部流量被过滤。
根据本发明的有利的改进方案规定,过滤器构造为滤网,由此可靠地防止污物颗粒进入阀单元中。
根据本发明的液压系统的特征在于具有一种如上文所述的阀单元。由此获得已经提及的优点。
根据本发明的车辆的特征在于具有一种如上文所述的液压系统。尤其地,液压系统构造为制动系统,优选为制动调节系统。在此,对于车辆获得此前提及的优点。通过提高阀单元寿命也延长了液压系统的寿命,且针对液压系统的车辆维护间隔得到优化。

图1示出了用于机动车液压制动系统的阀单元1的剖视图。阀单元1具有套筒形的壳体2,在该壳体2中彼此并联地布置有主阀3及止回阀4。
主阀3构造为电磁阀且为此具有磁极5(该磁极5分配给这里未示出的电磁线圈)以及轴向可移位的衔铁6,该衔铁6与阀尖端7相连,该阀尖端7通过回位弹簧8推入到主阀3的阀座9中。
止回阀4具有球体10作为封闭元件,该球体10以弹簧加载的形式抵靠到阀座11上且仅在液压液体的相对的压力超过弹簧力时打开。根据备选实施例,止回阀构造成无弹簧的,即没有弹簧力加载。
阀单元1具有两个阀接口12和13。第一阀接口12构造为阀单元1的出口且相对于主阀的运动轴径向取向。在此,将过滤器14分配给阀接口12,该过滤器14沿径向在阀单元1的整个圆周上延伸。过滤器14因此构造为径向过滤器,其对从阀单元1中流出的液体进行过滤,以防止污物颗粒进到制动调节系统中。
第二阀接口13设置在阀单元1的端侧处且既分配给主阀3的进口接口15又分配给止回阀4的流出侧。
图2所示为在关注阀接口13时阀单元1的立体图。阀接口13同样分配有一个过滤器16,该过滤器16构造为滤网。阀接口13具有分离壁17,该分离壁17在进口接口15和止回阀4之间伸延。过滤器16在进口接口15上延伸直至分离壁17。在止回阀4区域中以没有过滤器的形式构造该阀接口13。这意味着,过滤器16仅延伸至分离壁17且不再进一步延伸经过止回阀4。由此,由止回阀4中出来的液体未经过滤,而输入进口接口15的液体由过滤器16过滤。止回阀4的流出侧因此构造成没有过滤器的。由此得到多个优点:一方面,由于没有过滤器,很多流量能通过止回阀不受阻碍地逸出,这使得压降更小。此外,过滤器16(其优选构造为扁平过滤器)不必再经受通过止回阀4的大流量且可以便宜且简单的方式设计尺寸。此外还得到这样的结果,通过安装或制造产生的在阀单元1内部的碎屑或不希望的污物颗粒在止回阀4第一次畅通之后由阀单元1中被冲出且由于分配给流入口15的过滤元件16而不能再返回阀单元中。因此通过该有利的构造型式确保了阀单元1的自清洁。

Claims (7)

1.一种阀单元(1),尤其是用于机动车液压系统的阀单元,该阀单元带有可操纵的主阀(3)且带有并联于主阀(3)的止回阀(4),其中,主阀(3)和止回阀(4)布置在阀单元(1)的两个阀接口(12、13)之间,且其中,每个阀接口(12、13)分别配有一个过滤器(14、16),其特征在于,在止回阀(4)的流出侧处分配给阀接口(13)的过滤器(16)仅分配给主阀(3),从而止回阀(4)的流出侧是未过滤的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀单元,其特征在于,分配给止回阀(4)的流出侧的阀接口(13)具有在止回阀(4)和主阀(3)之间伸延的分离壁(17)。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀单元,其特征在于,分配给止回阀(4)的流出侧的阀接口(13)的过滤器(16)延伸至分离壁(17)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀单元,其特征在于,所述过滤器(14、16)中的至少一个是滤网。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的阀单元,其特征在于,主阀(3)是电磁阀。
6.一种液压系统,尤其是用于机动车的制动系统,其带有一种根据前述权利要求中一项或多项所述的阀单元(1)。
7.一种车辆,尤其是机动车,其带有根据权利要求6所述的液压系统。
