技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料,尤其涉及一种生姜红糖饮料及其加工方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对饮食的要求也逐渐提高,饮食行业正在向着集口感、养生、保健为一体的方向发展。传统饮料大多仅在口感上满足了人们的需求,而在营养价值能方便很多都是零价值,甚至有部分是负价值,因此,生产开发功能行饮料是适应市场需求的大势所趋。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种生姜红糖饮料及其加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种生姜红糖饮料,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
生姜10-12、红糖6-10、红枣汁10-15、枸杞汁8-10、龙眼汁8-10、决明子3-5、莱菔子2-4、紫苏籽3-5、黄芪3-5、珍珠风子4-6、胡椒2-3、甜叶菊3-4、营养添加剂8-12;
所述的营养添加剂是由雪莲粉、丝瓜汁、圣女果汁按2-3:2-4:3-5的重量比混合组成。
所述的生姜红糖饮料的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将决明子、莱菔子、紫苏籽、黄芪、珍珠风子、胡椒、甜叶菊加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将生姜切成片后放入锅中,加入红糖和适量的水,加热煮沸10-15分钟,将姜片捞出,得生姜红糖水;
(3)将生姜红糖水、红枣汁、枸杞汁、龙眼汁、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至提取液中,然后加入纯净水至总重量份为800-1000份;
(4)将上述定量后的饮料经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得。
珍珠风子为马鞭草科植物珍珠风的种子。

一种生姜红糖饮料,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
生姜10、红糖10、红枣汁15、枸杞汁10、龙眼汁10、决明子3、莱菔子4、紫苏籽3、黄芪3、珍珠风子5、胡椒3、甜叶菊4、营养添加剂8;

所述的生姜红糖饮料的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:

(4)将上述定量后的饮料经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得。

1.一种生姜红糖饮料,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
生姜10-12、红糖6-10、红枣汁10-15、枸杞汁8-10、龙眼汁8-10、决明子3-5、莱菔子2-4、紫苏籽3-5、黄芪3-5、珍珠风子4-6、胡椒2-3、甜叶菊3-4、营养添加剂8-12;
所述的营养添加剂是由雪莲粉、丝瓜汁、圣女果汁按2-3:2-4:3-5的重量比混合组成。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的生姜红糖饮料的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将决明子、莱菔子、紫苏籽、黄芪、珍珠风子、胡椒、甜叶菊加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(2)将生姜切成片后放入锅中,加入红糖和适量的水,加热煮沸10-15分钟,将姜片捞出,得生姜红糖水;
(3)将生姜红糖水、红枣汁、枸杞汁、龙眼汁、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入至提取液中,然后加入纯净水至总重量份为800-1000份;
(4)将上述定量后的饮料经高温均质处理后,进行灌装,灭菌后封口,即得。
