本发明公开了一种桑叶魔芋营养挂面及其制备方法,由下列重量比的组分组成:面粉60-80、黑麦粉10-20、葛粉5-8、魔芋精粉6-10、椰汁3-6、芝麻粉5-9、苦瓜4-6、桑叶8-10、牛蒡叶2-3、丝瓜花1-2、五味子2-3、石菖蒲2-3、山茱萸2-3、玉美人2-3、蜂蜜2-4、营养添加剂8-10、水适量。本发明桑叶魔芋营养挂面,具有天然桑叶的清香味,口感丝甜润滑,同时添加中药有益成分,能够补充人体所需营养物质,增强身体机能,还具有降压安神、醒神益智、解酒排毒、美容养颜、减肥瘦身的功效,是天然绿色保健食品。

本发明涉及一种桑叶魔芋营养挂面及其制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
挂面又称卷面、筒子面,在中国已有2000多年的历史,其主要制作过程是 :将小麦和各种辅料放入和面机中充分拌和,静置熟化后,将散碎的面团通过压片、切条,烘干,切断,包装。
目前,人们食用的挂面均以面粉为主,由于加工精度较高,面粉中很多营养物质流失,导致挂面中的营养成分含量极低,随着人们生活水平的提高,要求挂面向主食型、风味型、营养型、保健型等共同发展,满足市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种桑叶魔芋营养挂面及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种桑叶魔芋营养挂面,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
面粉60-80、黑麦粉10-20、葛粉5-8、魔芋精粉6-10、椰汁3-6、芝麻粉5-9、苦瓜4-6、桑叶8-10、牛蒡叶2-3、丝瓜花1-2、五味子2-3、石菖蒲2-3、山茱萸2-3、玉美人2-3、蜂蜜2-4、营养添加剂8-10、水适量;
所述的营养添加剂由下述重量份的原料制成:灵芝孢子4-6、红景天5-8、丹参4-6、海参肽粉2-4、全脂羊乳粉60-100;
所述的营养添加剂的的制备方法为:将洗净烘干灵芝孢子,用细胞破壁微粉机破壁粉碎,加水煮沸3-8分钟再喷雾干燥,得破壁灵芝孢子粉,将红景天、丹参合并破碎至40-60目,加水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液喷雾干燥,得粉体,与破壁灵芝孢子粉及其他剩余原料混合,即得。
所述的桑叶魔芋营养挂面的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将牛蒡叶、丝瓜花、五味子、石菖蒲、山茱萸、玉美人混合破碎至30-50目,加水煎煮,滤液喷雾干燥,得营养粉;
(2)、将鲜嫩桑叶除杂洗净,在食醋液中浸泡30-50分钟,捞出蒸制熟香,与除杂洗净切片苦瓜一并破碎,加入椰汁打制成浆,加热至50-70℃,加入蜂蜜搅拌均匀,保温20-40分钟,得桑叶混合浆;
(3)、将其他剩余原料混合均匀,加入桑叶混合浆揉拌均匀,得到混匀面团,再经常规方法熟化、滚压压片、切条、烘干、切断、包装即可。
本发明中山茱萸属山茱萸科山茱萸属植物的干果;石菖蒲,属菖蒲科,为禾草状的多年生草本植物。
海参肽粉是采用生物酶解技术,把纯净的野生海参通过生物酶水解后,变成全部可溶于水的活性成分,经低温干燥后,再进行超微粉碎,制成“海参肽粉”(或酶解海参粉)。制成品更有利于海参活性成分的吸收和利用,产品功效比其他的海参粉更好。

一种桑叶魔芋营养挂面,是由下述重量(千克)的原料制成:
面粉80、黑麦粉10、葛粉6、魔芋精粉8、椰汁4、芝麻粉5、苦瓜5、桑叶8、牛蒡叶2、丝瓜花2、五味子2、石菖蒲3、山茱萸3、玉美人3、蜂蜜4、营养添加剂8、水适量;
所述的营养添加剂由下述重量(千克)的原料制成:灵芝孢子4、红景天5、丹参4、海参肽粉2、全脂羊乳粉80;
所述的营养添加剂的的制备方法为:将洗净烘干灵芝孢子,用细胞破壁微粉机破壁粉碎,加水煮沸5分钟再喷雾干燥,得破壁灵芝孢子粉,将红景天、丹参合并破碎至60目,加水煎煮,过滤去渣,滤液喷雾干燥,得粉体,与破壁灵芝孢子粉及其他剩余原料混合,即得。

(2)、将鲜嫩桑叶除杂洗净,在食醋液中浸泡50分钟,捞出蒸制熟香,与除杂洗净切片苦瓜一并破碎,加入椰汁打制成浆,加热至60℃,加入蜂蜜搅拌均匀,保温30分钟,得桑叶混合浆;
(3)、将其他剩余原料混合均匀,加入桑叶混合浆揉拌均匀,得到混匀面团,再经常规方法熟化、滚压压片、切条、烘干、切断、包装即可。

1.一种桑叶魔芋营养挂面,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
面粉60-80、黑麦粉10-20、葛粉5-8、魔芋精粉6-10、椰汁3-6、芝麻粉5-9、苦瓜4-6、桑叶8-10、牛蒡叶2-3、丝瓜花1-2、五味子2-3、石菖蒲2-3、山茱萸2-3、玉美人2-3、蜂蜜2-4、营养添加剂8-10、水适量;
所述的营养添加剂由下述重量份的原料制成:灵芝孢子4-6、红景天5-8、丹参4-6、海参肽粉2-4、全脂羊乳粉60-100;

2.一种如权利要求1所述的桑叶魔芋营养挂面的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将牛蒡叶、丝瓜花、五味子、石菖蒲、山茱萸、玉美人混合破碎至30-50目,加水煎煮,滤液喷雾干燥,得营养粉;
(2)、将鲜嫩桑叶除杂洗净,在食醋液中浸泡30-50分钟,捞出蒸制熟香,与除杂洗净切片苦瓜一并破碎,加入椰汁打制成浆,加热至50-70℃,加入蜂蜜搅拌均匀,保温20-40分钟,得桑叶混合浆;
(3)、将其他剩余原料混合均匀,加入桑叶混合浆揉拌均匀,得到混匀面团,再经常规方法熟化、滚压压片、切条、烘干、切断、包装即可。
