发明内容

当结合附图来阅读本发明时,可以更好地理解优选实施例的前述概述以及以下详细说明。为了说明本发明的目的,图示了目前优选的实施例,其中在附图的几个视图中相同的附图标记表示相似的零件,然而可以理解的是,本发明并不限于所披露的具体方法和手段。
图1是根据本发明的实施例的电动窗帘系统100的透视图,该电动窗帘系统具有安装在例如窗户104的前侧的开口102中的电池供电的电动窗帘装置110。电池供电的电动窗帘装置110包括覆盖材料,例如如图1所示的蜂窝帘织物112。蜂窝帘织物112具有连接到窗帘盒114(在两个安装板115之间延伸)的顶端和连接到配重元件116的底端。如图1所示,安装板115可以连接到开口102的两侧,使得蜂窝帘织物112能悬挂在窗户104的前侧,并且可以在全开位置P 与全关位置P全关之间调节,以控制进入房间或空间的光线量。可替代地,电池供电的电动窗帘装置110的安装板115可以安装到开口102(例如,开口之上)的外部,其上具有悬挂在开口和窗户104的前侧的窗帘织物112。另外,电池供电的电动窗帘装置110可以可替代地包括其他类型的覆盖材料,例如,多个水平延伸的板条(即,百叶帘和百叶窗系统)、木百叶窗、卷帘织物或罗马帘织物。电动窗帘系统100包括红外线(IR)遥控器118,用于控制电动窗帘装置110的工作。
图2和图3分别是具有蜂窝帘织物112的电池供电的电动窗帘装置110的透视图和右侧视图,图中的蜂窝帘织物处于全开位置P全开。电动窗帘装置110包括用于升起和降下配重元件116的电机驱动单元120,以及处于全开位置P全开与全关位置P全关之间的蜂窝帘织物112。通过控制由蜂窝帘织物112覆盖的窗户104的量,电动窗帘装置110就能控制进入房间的光线量。电动窗帘装置110的窗帘盒114包括内侧122和与之相对的外侧124,外侧面对着窗帘织物112所覆盖的窗户104。电机驱动单元120包括致动器126,致动器与窗帘盒114的内侧122相邻,并且可以在用户操作电动窗帘装置110时被致动。致动器126可以是由例如透明材料制成的,使得致动器能够像光管一样工作,以从电机驱动单元120内控制照明,进而给电动窗帘装置110的使用者提供反馈。此外,致动器126还可以充当红外线接收透镜,用于将IR遥控器118发送的IR信号指向电机驱动单元120中的IR接收器166(图11)。电机驱动单元120是可操作的,以响应于从遥控器118接收的IR信号,执行命令来确定配重元件116的目标位置P目标,并且随后控制配重元件的当前位置P当前到目标位置P目标。如图2所示,窗帘盒114的顶侧128是开放的,使得电机驱动单元120可以位于窗帘盒内部,并且致动器126可以稍微伸出并超出窗帘盒的内侧122。
图4是电池供电的电动窗帘装置110的主视图,窗帘盒114的前部被拆除以展示出电机驱动单元120。电动窗帘装置110包括升降绳130,该升降绳从窗帘盒114延伸到配重元件116,以允许电机驱动单元120升起或降下该配重元件。电机驱动单元120包括连接至驱动轴132的内部电机150(图11),所述驱动轴从电机的两侧延伸且连接到各自的升降绳轴134。升降绳130绕着升降绳轴134被卷绕地接收,并且固定地附着到配重元件116,使得电机驱动单元120通过转动驱动轴132来升起和降下配重元件。电动窗帘装置110还包括两个恒力弹簧辅助配件135,这两个辅助配件都连接到与两个升降绳轴134之一相邻的驱动轴132上。如图4所示,每个升降绳轴134和相邻的恒力弹簧辅助配件135被设置在每个升降绳轴外壳136内。可替代地,电机驱动单元120可以位于窗帘盒114的任意一端,并且电动窗帘装置110可以包括单个驱动轴,所述驱动轴沿着窗帘盒的长度延伸,并且连接到两个升降绳轴134。
电池供电的电动窗帘装置110还包括串联连接的多个电池138(例如,4个D型电池)。串联的电池138连接到电机驱动单元120,用于给电机驱动单元供电。电池138被容纳在窗帘盒114中,因此电动窗帘装置110的用户无法看到。特别地,电池138还安装在位于窗帘盒114内的两个电池盒139中,每个电池盒中有两个电池,如图4所示。根据本发明的实施例,电池138给电动窗帘装置110提供的实际寿命长(例如,接近3年),并且属于典型的“现成的”电池,更换容易且并不昂贵。可替代地,电机驱动单元120可以包括更多串联的电池(例如,6个或8个)或者串联的不同种类(例如,AA电池)的电池。
图5是电池供电的电动窗帘装置110的电机驱动单元120的简化方框图。电机驱动单元120包括用于控制电机150工作的控制器152,电机可以采用例如直流电机。控制器152可以包括例如微处理器、可编程逻辑设备(PLD)、微控制器、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或任何合适的处理设备或控制电路。控制器152连接到H桥电机驱动电路154,用于经由一组驱动信号V驱动来驱动电机150,进而在全开位置P全开与全关位置P全关之间控制配重元件116和蜂窝帘织物112。控制器152通过控制H桥电机驱动电路154来供应具有恒定的工作周期的脉冲宽度调制(PWM)驱动信号到电机,进而以恒定的转速来转动电机。具体地说,控制器152通过调节被供应到电机的PWM信号的工作周期来改变电机150的旋转速度,并且通过改变被供应到电机的PWM驱动信号的极性来改变电机的旋转方向。
控制器152从旋转位置传感器接收关于电机150的旋转位置和旋转方向的信息,旋转位置传感器例如透射光学传感器电路156,旋转位置传感器还包括其他合适的位置传感器,例如,霍尔效应光学或电阻式传感器。控制器152响应于透射光学传感器电路156来确定电机150的旋转位置,并且使用电机的旋转位置来确定配重元件116的当前位置P当前。控制器152可以包括内部非挥发性存储器(或者可替代地,连接到控制器的外部存储器),用于存储窗帘织物112的当前位置P当前,全开位置P全开和全关位置P全关。在共同转让的1998年12月15日公开的题为“电动窗帘系统”的美国专利No.5848634中、在共同转让的2002年12月24日公开的题为“具有超静音电机驱动和ESD保护的电动窗帘”的美国专利No.6479267中更加详细地公开了H桥电机驱动电路154的工作以及使用传感器设备来追踪电机驱动单元120的方向和速度,这些申请的全部公开内容以引用的方式全部并入本申请中以供参考。
如之前所述,电机驱动单元120从提供电池电压V电池的串联连接的电池138接收电力。例如,电池138可以包括具有大约1.5伏的额定电压的D型电池,使得电池电压V电池具有大约6伏的大小。H桥电机驱动电路154接收电池电压V电池,用于驱动电机150。电机驱动单元120还包括电源158(例如,线性隐压器),该电源接收电池电压V电池并且产生直流供电电压VCC(例如,大约3.3伏),用于给电机驱动单元的控制器152和其他低电压电路供电。
电机驱动单元120包括一内部温度传感器160(即,室内侧温度传感器),它与窗帘盒114的内侧122相邻设置;以及外部温度传感器162(即,窗侧温度传感器),它与窗帘盒114的外侧124相邻设置。内部温度传感器160用于测量安装电动窗帘装置110的室内的内部温度T,而外部温度传感器162用于测量窗帘盒114与窗户104之间的外部温度T。电机驱动单元120还包括一与窗帘盒114的外侧124相邻设置的感光器164,感光器旨在直接测量可以照射到窗户104上的阳光量。可替代地,外部(窗侧)温度传感器162可以实施为传感器识别符(在电池供电的电动窗帘装置110的窗帘盒114的外部),传感器识别符可黏贴到窗户的内表面上,传感器识别符可以通过低压线(未示出)连接到电动驱动单元120。
控制器152接收来自内部温度传感器160、外部温度传感器162、感光器164和IR红外线接收器166的输入。控制器152可以以节能环保模式工作,它响应于内部温度传感器160、外部温度传感器162和感光器164,控制配重元件116和蜂窝帘织物112的位置。当在环保模式工作时,例如,控制器152通过减少电动窗帘装置110所安装的建筑物内其他控制系统所消耗的电量来调节蜂窝帘织物112覆盖窗户104的量,从而实现节能。例如,控制器152可以调节配重元件116的当前位置P当前来控制电动窗帘装置110所安装的房间内进入的光线量,使得房间内的照明负载可以被关闭或变暗,从而实现节能。此外,控制器152可以调节配重元件116的当前位置P当前来控制通过窗户104的热流,从而减轻电动窗帘装置110所安装的建筑物内的暖通空调系统(HVAC)的负载。
电动窗帘系统100的使用者可以通过使用遥控器118经由IR信号来发送命令到电机驱动单元120,从而调节配重元件116和蜂窝帘织物112的位置。IR接收器166接收IR信号,并且提供IR数据控制信号VIR数据到控制器152,使得控制器工作以接收来自遥控器118的命令。控制器152通过IR能控制信号VIR使能而使IR接收器166进入睡眠(即,关闭IR接收器),并且可周期性地唤醒IR接收器(即,启动IR接收器),随后对此将更加详细地进行描述。例如在2003年4月8日公开的题为“多场景预设的照明控制器”的美国专利No.6,545,434中更加详细地描述了IR控制系统的实例,该申请的全部公开内容通过引用的方式并入本申请中以供参考。可替代地,IR接收器166可以包括射频(RF)接收器或收发器,用于接收RF遥控器发送的RF信号。例如在共同转让的于2008年2月19日提交的题为“射频负载控制系统的通信协议”的美国专利No.12/033,223中、在2012年3月8日提交的题为“电动窗帘装置”的美国专利申请No.13/415,084中更加详细地公开了RF控制系统的实例,这些申请的全部公开内容通过引用的方式全部并入本申请中以供参考。
为了在需要的时候允许使用者更换电池138,电动窗帘装置110通过操作是可调节到所需操作位置的,为此,窗帘盒114的可打开的顶部被定位成允许使用者容易取放电池。图6A和图6B分别是根据本发明的第一实施例的图1的电动窗帘装置的透视图和右侧视图,电动窗帘装置110移动到所述的操作位置。图7A和图7B分别是根据本发明的第一实施例的图1的电动窗帘装置的透视图和右侧视图,电动窗帘装置110处于所述的操作位置。电动窗帘装置110包括位于窗帘盒114的每一侧的两个端盖170。每个端盖170包括接收螺钉174(即,突起或销钉)的通道172,螺钉延伸穿过相邻的安装托架115中的开口175(图8)。图8是电动窗帘装置110的一端的放大透视图,示出了螺钉174嵌入在端盖170的通道172中。当电动窗帘装置110处于正常位置时(如图3所示),每个螺钉174停靠在每个通道172的端部176中,使得窗帘盒114被保持在两个安装托架115之间的位置处,并且窗帘织物112垂直地悬挂在窗帘盒下面。
当需要取放电池时,使用者可以升起窗帘盒114,使得螺钉174不再位于每个端部176中,并且如图6B所示可以穿过通道172。这样,每个螺钉172就可以停靠在如图7B所示的每个通道172的弯曲部分处,使得电动窗帘装置110处于所述的操作位置。当处于该操作位置时,窗帘盒114在每个弯曲部分178中绕着螺钉174枢转,从而允许使用者从窗帘盒的顶部可取放电池138。为了从安装托架115移开窗帘盒114,使用者可以升起窗帘盒114,以移动螺钉174通过每个通道172且从每个通道开口179取出。
因此,窗帘盒114安装成可向下移动并且远离窗户104而进入操作位置,使得窗帘盒可以倾斜,以允许使用者在不使用工具的情况下取放电池138。当处于操作位置时,由于窗帘盒114水平地移动远离窗户104,所以当窗帘盒114的顶部朝着使用者旋转时,在窗帘盒与窗帘织物112所处的窗户之间就存在空隙。
图9和图10是根据本发明的第二实施例的电动窗帘装置210的透视图。根据第二实施例的电动窗帘装置210包括窗帘盒214,窗帘盒214可以从窗户104的水平方向拉出,然后旋转到操作位置以允许取放电池138。电动窗帘装置210包括:位于窗帘盒214的顶部之上的顶部安装托架215,以及容纳在安装托架中的板219。使用者可操作以从窗户104拉出窗帘盒214,使得板219滑动通过安装托架215,如图9所示。然后板219能够相对于安装托架215枢转,使得窗帘盒214的顶部可以朝着使用者旋转,从而允许取放位于窗帘盒中的电池138,如图10所示。
图11A和图11B分别是根据本发明的第三实施例的电动窗帘装置310的透视图和右侧视图,该电动窗帘装置具有安装托架370,用于将电动窗帘装置旋转到操作位置。图12A和图12B分别是根据本发明的第三实施例的电动窗帘装置310的透视图和右侧视图,电动窗帘装置310处于操作位置。电动窗帘装置310的每个安装托架370包括释放按钮372,可以致动(例如,按下)该释放按钮以从锁定位置(如图11A和11B所示)释放窗帘盒114,使得窗帘盒114可以旋转到操作位置以取放电池138(如图12A和12B所示)。释放按钮372位于窗帘盒114上方,并且稍微伸出超出窗帘盒的内侧122,使得按钮当安装了电动窗帘装置310时可部分地被隐藏。释放按钮372上可以标有合适的文字(例如“按”),以告知使用者需要的动作来从锁定位置释放电动窗帘装置310。窗帘盒114具有足够柔生,使得安装托架370的按钮372可以每次致动一下即可从锁定位置释放窗帘盒。因此,不需要工具来从锁定位置释放电动窗帘装置310到操作位置。可替代地,释放按钮372可以实施为牵拉带,或者电动窗帘装置310可以包括需要工具来解锁的闩扣。
图13A是处于锁定位置的图11A的电动窗帘装置的其中一个安装托架的放大透视图。图13B是处于操作位置的图13A的安装托架的放大透视图。安装托架370包括固定安装部分374和旋转部分375,该旋转部分经由轴杆376可旋转地连接到安装部分374上。安装部分374适于设置成经由通过安装孔378接收的螺钉而被固定到垂直表面(例如,墙壁)上,或经由通过安装孔379接收的螺钉而被固定到水平表面(例如,天花板或开口的顶部)上。旋转部分设置成经由唇部380和夹子382而连接到电动窗帘装置310的窗帘盒114上。特别地,窗帘盒114的内侧122安装成停靠在唇部380(如图12A所示)上,并且窗帘盒的外侧124的底侧被适配成卡扣到夹子382中。当使用者操作致动释放按钮372时,旋转部分374可绕着轴杆376枢转,因此窗帘盒114的顶部朝着使用者旋转到可操作位置,使得使用者可以取放电池138。
如图11B所示,旋转部分374枢转所围绕的轴杆376位于窗帘盒114的下方,使得当从锁定位置释放电动窗帘装置310时,不管窗帘盒中是否安装了电池138,窗帘盒的重心都使得窗帘盒的顶部可自发地向下旋转(即,不需要使用者在物理上朝着使用者转动窗帘盒的顶部)。当电动窗帘装置310处于全开位置P全开时,轴杆376位于配重元件116上方(即,在蜂窝帘织物112后方),使得用户无法看到安装托架370。
每个安装托架370还包括盘簧卷绕在轴杆376上的盘簧384,并且包括位于旋转部分375的内侧的内侧支腿385,;以及位于安装部分374的外侧的外侧支腿(未示出)。当从锁定位置释放窗帘盒114、并且旋转部分375绕着轴杆376旋转到操作位置时,盘簧384用于使电动窗帘装置310实现受控的运动。盘簧384还限制窗帘盒114能够旋转的距离(例如,为了防止电池138从窗帘盒跌落)。内侧支腿385与旋转部分375接触,并且外侧支腿与安装部分374接触,以朝着安装部分偏置旋转部分。盘簧384的大小被适配成窗帘盒114可自发地向下旋转,但不会旋转到电池138会从窗帘盒跌落的程度。由于使用者可以单独地操作安装托架370的按钮372,就可使窗帘盒114移动到操作位置,因此使用者仅需要一只手将电动窗帘装置310位移到操作位置,并且实现电池138的更换(即,另一只手可以让使用者自己平衡,例如,通过抓住梯子)。
每个安装托架370还包括连接到每个按钮372的锁定机构386。锁定机构286将旋转部分锁定在锁定位置,并目响应于释放按钮372的操作而释放旋转部分,以允许窗帘盒114移动到操作位置。图14A是处于锁定位置的一个安装托架370的俯视图,更详细地示出了锁定机构386。图14B是安装托架370的俯视图,释放按钮372被致动以从锁定位置释放旋转部分375。锁定机构386包括缺口388,缺口设置成与旋转部分375的锁定表面390(图13B)接触,以将旋转部分保持在锁定位置。锁定机构386还包括细长的弹簧构件392,弹簧构件推斥在安装部分374的壁面394上,由此保持缺口388对着锁定表面390锁定。当朝着安装托架370推动释放按钮372,锁定机构386绕着铆钉395旋转,销钉396移动通过通道398,以引导锁定机构的运动,并且弹簧构件392对着壁面394弯曲。因此,锁定机构386的缺口388不再接触旋转部分375的锁定表面390,使得该旋转部分和窗帘盒114能够绕着轴杆376自由地旋转。

Claims (20)

1.—种电池供电的电动窗帘装置,其适于安装成用于覆盖窗户表面的至少—部分上,所述电动窗帘装置包括:
覆盖材料;
驱动电机单元,其适于控制所述覆盖材料在全开与全关之间的位置;
窗帘盒,设置在所述开口的顶部的附近,使得所述覆盖材料从所述窗帘盒下降,所述窗帘盒包括用于接收为所述电机驱动单元供电的至少一个电池的舱室;以及
至少一个安装托架,用于将所述窗帘盒连接到所述的表面;
其中所述电动窗帘装置是可操作调节到一个操作位置,在所述的操作位置可以取放至少一个电池,当所述电动窗帘装置处于该操作位置时,所述安装托架保持连接到所述表面,并且所述窗帘盒保持连接到所述的安装托架。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动窗帘装置,其中所述窗帘盒的顶侧被设置成在所述操作位置旋转远离所述窗户。
3.如权利要求2所述的电动窗帘装置,其中所述安装托架包括适于固定到所述表面上的安装部分以及连接到所述窗帘盒的顶侧的旋转部分,所述旋转部分相对于所述安装部分围绕着轴杆枢转,以转动所述窗帘盒的顶侧远离所述窗户。

7.如权利要求3所述的电动窗帘装置,其中所述的轴杆位于所述窗帘盒的下方,使得所述窗帘盒依靠其重心促使其自发地旋转远离所述窗户。
8.如权利要求7所述的电动窗帘装置,其中所述安装托架还包括用于朝着所述安装部分偏置所述旋转部分的弹簧,使得当从所述锁定位置释放所述电动窗帘装置时,所述窗帘盒以受控的运动方式进行旋转。
9.如权利要求2所述的电动窗帘装置,其中所述的窗帘盒被设置成可位移离开所述窗户,然后将旋转远离所述窗户。
10.如权利要求9所述的电动窗帘装置,进一步包括:
连接到所述窗帘盒的端盖的两个安装托架,所述窗帘盒的端盖包括用于接收所述安装托架的销钉的通道,所述窗帘盒被安装成通过将所述销钉穿过所述通道而移动到所述的操作位置。
11.如权利要求10所述的电动窗帘装置,其中所述的销钉当所述窗帘盒处于所述操作位置时被设置成停靠在所述通道的弯曲部分中。
12.如权利要求9所述的电动窗帘装置,其中所述安装托架包括板,所述板滑动通过所述安装托架,由此使所述窗帘盒远离所述窗户移位。
13.如权利要求12所述的电动窗帘装置,其中所述的板被安装成相对于所述安装托架枢转,以使所述窗帘盒旋转远离所述窗户。
14.一种用于电动窗帘装置的安装托架,其适于安装在一个表面上,所述电动窗帘装置包括覆盖材料,所述覆盖材料被安装成从窗帘盒上悬挂下来,以覆盖窗户的至少一部分,所述的安装托架包括:
安装部分,其适于固定到所述表面上;
旋转部分,其连接到所述窗帘盒的顶侧,所述旋转部分包括夹子,所述夹子连接到所述窗帘盒的底侧;以及
轴杆,用于将所述旋转部分旋转地连接到所述安装部分,使得所述旋转部分绕着所述轴杆相对于所述安装部分旋转;
其中所述轴杆位于所述旋转部分的所述夹子的下方,使得所述窗帘盒依靠自身的重心可促使所述窗帘盒自发地旋转远离所述窗户。
15.如权利要求14所述的电动窗帘装置,进一步包括:
一弹簧,用于使所述旋转部分朝着所述安装部分偏置,使得当所述旋转部分从所述锁定位置被释放时,所述窗帘盒以受控运动的方式进行旋转。
16.如权利要求15所述的电动窗帘装置,其中所述弹簧包括盘簧,所述盘簧缠绕着所述轴杆、且与所述旋转部分和所述安装部分接触,以使所述旋转部分朝着所述安装部分偏置。
17.如权利要求15所述的电动窗帘装置,其中所述的弹簧包括在所述安装部分上的至少一个弹簧臂,所述弹簧臂被安装成与所述旋转部分接触,使得当所述旋转部分从所述锁定位置被释放时,所述窗帘盒以受控运动的方式进行旋转。
18.如权利要求14所述的电动窗帘装置,还包括:
锁定机构,用于将所述旋转部分保持在锁定位置,以及
按钮,连接到所述锁定机构,响应于所述按钮的致动,使所述旋转部分从所述锁定位置释放而旋转到所述窗帘盒的操作位置。
19.如权利要求18所述的电动窗帘装置,其中所述的按钮被挤压,以从所述锁定位置释放所述的旋转部分。
20.一种电池供电的电动窗帘装置,包括:
用于窗户的覆盖材料;
电动驱动单元,所述电动驱动单元适用于控制所述覆盖材料在全开与全关之间的位置;
窗帘盒,可在所述窗户的顶部移位,所述覆盖材料从所述窗帘盒下降,所述窗帘盒包括用于接收为所述电机驱动单元供电的至少一个电池的空间;
其中所述的窗帘盒具有一个结构允许所述窗帘盒从所述窗户向外移动且向下倾斜以暴露的所述空间,从而允许安装或拆除所述的至少一个电池。
