技术领域
本发明涉及一种防滑乙烯基地板材料及其制造方法,更具体而言,涉及一种乙烯基地板材料,其可以在乙烯基地板材料最上部层的PVC(聚氯乙烯)表面层上形成厚度在给定值以上的凹凸,从而有效地防止滑倒,并且还具有尺寸稳定性。
背景技术
通常使用的乙烯基地板材料是通过以下步骤形成的:在基底层上部印刷表面层,之后在表面层上形成氯乙烯透明层来防止印刷花纹在使用中被损坏。在这种情况下,乙烯透明层直接暴露于外部环境,因此容易被污染并且还导致在其上滑倒,因此,大多数地板材料还在乙烯透明层上部形成一个单独的表面处理层。
一般的乙烯基地板材料的防滑表面处理层是通过赋予压纹或分散无机颗粒而形成的,并且,在这种情况下,对于所述传统地板材料的摩擦系数或表面粗糙度的改善程度不明显。如果所述传统地板材料被施用于坡道,地板材料的偏离角(slip angle)不能令人满意,因此当存在水或油时很难不在其上滑倒,这在防止滑倒方面具有局限性。
一种传统的地板材料,记载于韩国专利申请公开第1607-0080897号中,其包括一个表面处理层,该层中含有珠粒和云母,以增强防滑、耐磨和耐刮擦性能,但由于采用了比重相当低的中空型圆珠粒,它们难以分散到液态的聚氨酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯树脂中。此外,若要添加珠粒直至确保防滑性的程度,则会在添加量方面受到限制,并且,地板材料的尺寸稳定性被忽视了。

因此,本案发明者对上述问题进行了研究,发现若在PVC表面层形成厚度在给定值以上的凹凸,进而使用在尺寸加固层中使用给定增强材料而提高尺寸稳定性,则可以提供一种在被水、沙子、油等污染的坡道中也能够确保改善的防滑性能和不受温度、湿度等环境变化的影响的尺寸稳定性的乙烯基地板材料。
即,如上所述,本发明的目的为,提供一种乙烯基地板材料及其制造方法,其可以在乙烯基地板材料——其用于建造房屋和仓库的地板——最上部层的PVC表面层上形成厚度在给定值以上的凹凸,从而有效地防止滑倒,并且进而改善尺寸稳定性,即便在环境变化的情况下。技术方案

本发明的一个技术特征是提供具有表面层的乙烯基地板材料,在所述表面层形成厚度在给定值以上的凹凸,从而提供优越的防滑性能。
首先,本发明中所用的乙烯基地板材料可以为长尺寸地板材料,其具有由多个PVC层层叠构成的多层结构。作为这种乙烯基地板材料的一个实例,如图1a所示,所述乙烯基地板材料是从上开始依序由PVC表面层、PVC基底层和背衬层形成的。
在所述PVC表面层上形成凹凸,并优选具有70-160μm的厚度。这是因为,在低于70μm时,污染物(最常见的有例如,人造奶油、齿轮油等)不会卡在凹凸上而不利,而在高于160μm时,接触面积变小,导致在湿润/油腻条件下防滑性能不佳。

所述无机物质是选自石英、SiO2、A2O3和玻璃珠等的一种以上,它们被粉碎以具有#2-100目、1.50-0.08mm范围内的粒径,或在涂覆PVC而进行着色,或者,PVC化合物通过压延(calendaring)或铸造工艺制备成薄层,之后被粉碎而加工成薄片的形式。在这种情况下,颗粒的表面形状是多孔或粗糙的,从而有利于提供防滑作用,因此是优选的。

首先,对PVC化合物——其含有100PHR PVC净树脂、20-60PHR邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)作为塑化剂、1-6PHR苯二氮(BZ)类稳定剂、0.3-5.0PHR硬脂酸/蜡作为润滑剂、以及50-300PHR煤作为填料——进行压延加工,以制备厚度在0.5-2.5mm范围内的基底层。此时,用PVC溶胶浸透/涂覆聚酯无纺布/纺织材料,并在温度为120℃-180℃的加热鼓上凝胶化。之后,使用层压辊,在2-5kg/cm2的压力下对所述凝胶层与PVC基底层进行层叠操作。

类稳定剂、3-15PHR加工助剂如降黏剂等、以及0-100PHR煤作为填料——形成表面层和最终产品。
将以上述方式制备的PVC溶胶以0.3-2.0mm的厚度涂覆到基底层或层叠有背衬层的基底层,并在其上将选自石英、SiO2、A2O3、玻璃珠子、SiC、ZeO2、以及SUS球等的一种以上粉碎至粒径为#2-100目、1.50-0.07mm的范围内,涂覆PVC而进行着色,或者,PVC化合物通过压延或铸造工艺制备成薄层,之后被粉碎而加工成具有#2-100目、1.50-0.07mm粒径的薄片的形式,排列一种以上的薄片或颗粒,并在温度为150-160℃的烘箱中进行1-5分钟的凝胶化,之后通过施加3-10kg/cm2的压力的压纹辊形成凹凸,从而制得防滑乙烯基地板材料(见第一和第二实施方案)。
已经发现,以上述方式制备的地板材料满足最大摩擦系数为35、最小粗糙度(Rz)为70至160、偏离角为10°至35°,这将在下文中说明。
此外,如图1b所示,本发明的地板材料可以从上开始依序由PVC表面层、尺寸加固层、PVC基底层和背衬层形成。
另一方面,尺寸加固层是为了在即便环境如温度和湿度变化的情况下也确保尺寸稳定性,是使用由玻璃纸、玻璃纤维织物和无纺玻璃纤维中的一种以上形成的,从而充分起到作为加固材料的作用。
更具体地,从玻璃纸、玻璃纤维织物和无纺玻璃纤维中选择一种以上,并将其浸透在PVC溶胶来制备尺寸加固层,之后如上所述在所述尺寸加固层上形成厚度满足给定值以上的凹凸,从而制得表面层。此外,层压工艺、切割工艺等与上文所述的相同。
此时,各层的厚度如上文所述,表面层的厚度为3mm以下,其中尤其优选使用在0.3-2mm范围内。此外,尺寸加固层优选使用0.2-0.6mm,基底层优选使用0.5-2.5mm,并且背衬层优选使用0.1-0.5mm,尤其优选地,作为所述尺寸加固层,是通过将基量为25g/m2至100g/m2的玻璃纸、玻璃纤维织物或无纺玻璃纤维浸透在PVC溶胶中而具有0.2-0.6mm程度的总厚度。
即,作为具体方法,制造基底层或层叠有基底层的基底层,随后,通过将基量为20-100g/m2的玻璃纸浸透在PVC溶胶中,所述PVC溶胶含有100PHR PVC树脂浆、60-120PHR邻苯二甲酸二辛酯作为塑化剂、1-6PHR苯二氮

类稳定剂、3-15PHR加工助剂如降黏剂等、以及70-150PHR煤作为填料,并接触温度在140-160℃范围内的加热鼓,从而制造厚度在0.2-0.8mm的尺寸加固层。
随后,所述尺寸加固层被第一实施方案所述的表面溶胶涂覆成0.3-2.0mm的厚度,并且在温度150℃至160℃范围内的烘箱中进行凝胶化,从而制造层叠有尺寸加固层的表面层。
此后,将所述基底层与层叠有尺寸加固层的表面层通过温度为140℃的加热鼓彼此层叠,并且在表面层上通过施加有3-10kg/cm2的压力的压纹辊形成凹凸,从而制成防滑地板材料(见第三实施方案)。
另一方面,制造基底层或层叠有背衬层的基底层、和尺寸加固层,在此之后,通过加热鼓和层压辊将基底层与尺寸加固层彼此层叠,随后不形成凹凸而是将所述PVC表面溶胶涂覆0.3-2.0mm,并且在150-160℃的烘箱中进行1-5分钟的凝胶化,从而当从烘箱中拿出时,在其上分散一种以上粒径为5-50#的各薄片或颗粒,并且通过施加有0.5-2km/cm2的压力的压纹辊将薄片或颗粒嵌在PVC表面层上,从而制备具有凹凸的防滑地板材料(见第四实施方案)。
此外,制造PVC基底层或层叠有背衬层的PVC基底层、和尺寸加固层,在此之后,通过加热鼓和层压辊将PVC基底层与尺寸加固层彼此层叠,随后,不形成凹凸而是将所述PVC表面溶胶涂覆0.3-2.0mm,并且在150℃-160℃的烘箱中进行1-5分钟的凝胶化,从而当从烘箱中拿出时,在其上分散一种以上粒径为2-50#的各薄片或颗粒,并且通过施加有3-5km/cm2的压力的压纹辊将薄片或颗粒深深嵌入PVC表面层,从而制备在其上具有凹凸的防滑地板材料(见第五实施方案)。
以上述方式,从上开始依序层叠PVC表面层、尺寸加固层、PVC基底层,及背衬层的地板材料,可以根据需要以片状或瓦状来提供,并且如在下述实施方案所述,已经发现以该方式制造的地板材料满足最大摩擦系数为35、最小粗糙度(Rz)为70至160、偏离角为10°至35°,并且尺寸稳定性还满足±0.10的误差。
发明的效果
如上所述,本发明可以提供一种,在最上部层的PVC表面层上形成厚度在给定值以上的凹凸,从而有效地防止滑倒,并且还具有尺寸稳定性的地板材料。

发明的实施方式
[第一和第二实施方案以及第一和第二对比实施例——测试凹凸的合适厚度的实验]
对一种PVC化合物——其含有100PHR PVC净树脂、35PHR邻苯二甲酸二辛酯作为塑化剂、5PHR苯二氮

类稳定剂、3.0PHR硬脂酸作为润滑剂、以及100PHR煤作为填料——进行压延处理以制备厚度为2.0范围内的背衬层。此时,用PVC溶胶浸透聚酯无纺布,并在温度为150℃的加热鼓上凝胶化。之后,使用层压辊,用4kg/cm2的压力在基底层上层叠背衬材料。
另一方面,以如下顺序制备PVC表面层和最终产品。首先,制备一种PVC溶胶,其含有100PHR PVC树脂浆、40PHR邻苯二甲酸二辛酯作为塑化剂、3PHR苯二氮

类稳定剂、10PHR降黏剂作为加工助剂、以及30PHR煤作为填料。
将制备的PVC溶胶在基底层或层叠有背衬层的基底层涂覆成1.0mm的厚度,并且在其上,玻璃珠和SUS球被粉碎以具有#10目和1.07mm的粒径,并涂覆PVC而进行着色,或者,PVC化合物通过压延或铸造工艺制备成薄层,之后被粉碎成具有#10目和1.0mm的粒径的薄片的形式,排列一种以上的薄片或颗粒,并在温度为180℃的烘箱中进行3分钟的凝胶化,之后通过施加5kg/cm2的压力的压纹辊形成凹凸,从而制得防滑地板材料。以该方式获得的产品示于图1a中。
关于凹凸的深度,在第一实施方案中将最小粗糙度设为70μm,在第二实施方案中其为160μm,在第一对比实施例中其为65μm,在第二对比实施例中其为165μm。测量第一和第二实施方案与第一和第二对比实施例的摩擦系数、粗糙度、偏离角和尺寸稳定性(%),结果示于下面的表1中。

从表1中可见,本发明形成的凹凸在70-160μm的范围内,但发现即便在油腻的状态下也能适当地确保接触区域,根据DIN51130标准,其对于10°以上的倾斜路面是有效的。
[第三实施方案]
以与本发明第一实施方案相同的方法制备基底层或层叠有背衬层的基底层。随后,通过将基量为50g/m2的玻璃纸浸透在PVC溶胶中,所述PVC溶胶含有100PHR PVC树脂浆、80PHR邻苯二甲酸二辛酯作为塑化剂、4PHR苯二氮

类稳定剂、10PHR降黏剂、以及70PHR煤,并接触温度为160℃的加热鼓,制造成0.5mm的厚度。
在以该方式获得的尺寸加固层上涂覆0.5mm的第一实施方案所述的PVC表面溶胶,并且在温度为150℃的烘箱中进行凝胶化,从而制造层叠有尺寸加固层的表面层。
之后,通过温度为140℃的加热鼓将所述基底层和层叠有尺寸加固层的表面层彼此层叠,然后通过施加有3-10kg/cm2的压力的压纹辊形成凹凸,从而使具有凹凸的防滑乙烯基地板材料具有最小粗糙度100μm。以该方式获得的产品的截面形状示于图2a中。
[第四实施方案]
如本发明第三实施方案所示,制造基底层或层叠有背衬层的基底层、和尺寸加固层,随后,通过加热鼓和层压辊将基底层和尺寸加固层彼此层叠。
然后,在这种半成品上涂覆1.0mm的第一实施方案所述的PVC表面溶胶,并且在温度为150℃的烘箱中进行5分钟的凝胶化,从而当从烘箱中拿出时,在其上分散一种以上粒径为5-50#的各薄片或颗粒,并且通过施加有1km/cm2的压力的压纹辊将薄片或颗粒嵌在PVC表面层上。
其结果是,形成了整体的最小粗糙度为100μm的凹凸,从而制备防滑地板材料。所获得的产品的截面形状示于图2b中。
[第五实施方案]
如第三实施方案所示,制造基底层或层叠有背衬层的基底层、和尺寸加固层。随后,通过加热鼓和层压辊将基底层和尺寸加固层彼此层叠。
然后,在这种半成品上涂覆1.5mm的第一实施方案所述的PVC表面溶胶,并且在温度为150℃的烘箱中进行5分钟的凝胶化,从而当从烘箱中拿出时,在其上分散一种以上粒径为2-50#的各薄片或颗粒,并且通过施加有4km/cm2的压力的压纹辊将薄片或颗粒深深嵌入PVC表面层。
其结果是,形成了整体的最小粗糙度为100μm的凹凸,从而制造防滑地板材料。所获得的产品的截面形状示于图2c中。
[第三对比实施例]
如第一实施方案所述,制备基底层或层叠有背衬层的基底层。然后,在该半成品上涂覆1.0mm的第一实施方案所述的PVC表面溶胶,并且在温度为200℃的烘箱中进行3分钟的凝胶化,从而当从烘箱中拿出时,通过施加有10km/cm2的压力的压纹辊形成最小粗糙度为100μm的凹凸,从而制备防滑地板材料。
[第四对比实施例]
如第一实施方案所述,制备基底层或层叠有背衬层的基底层。然后,在该半成品上涂覆1.5mm的第一实施方案所述的PVC表面溶胶,并且在温度为150℃的烘箱中进行5分钟的凝胶化,从而当从烘箱中拿出时,在其上分散一种以上粒径为8-50#的各薄片或颗粒,并且通过施加有4km/cm2的压力的压纹辊,将所述薄片或颗粒深深嵌入PVC表面层。
其结果是,形成了整体的最小粗糙度为100μm的凹凸,从而制备防滑地板材料。
在所述地板材料被齿轮油污染的油腻条件下,测量本发明第三至第五实施方案与第三和第四对比实施例的摩擦系数、粗糙度、偏离角和尺寸稳定性(%),结果示于下面的表2中。

如表2所示,在第三和第四对比实施例中,由DIN51130标准表示的偏离角为10°以下,从而不能充分防止滑到,并且,作为地板材料基本性质的尺寸稳定性并不充分。相反,在本发明第三至第五实施方案中,尺寸稳定性是优异的。
并且,优选地,已发现,在第四实施方案(图2b)或第五实施方案(图2c)中最凸出部分由无机物质、PVC无机物质、或表面形状为多孔质且粗糙的PVC薄片构成的情况,与第三实施方案(图2a)中最凸出部分赋予精细压纹的情况相比,若考虑即便在油腻状态下也具有DIN51130标准的偏离角在10°以上的防滑性能这一点,则是最优选的。

Claims (14)

1.一种乙烯基地板材料,其是从上开始依序由PVC表面层、PVC基底层和背衬层形成的,其特征在于,在所述PVC表面层,凹凸以70-160μm的厚度形成。
2.一种乙烯基地板材料,其是从上开始依序由PVC表面层、尺寸加固层、PVC基底层和背衬层形成的,其特征在于,在所述PVC表面层,凹凸以70-160μm的厚度形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乙烯基地板材料,其特征在于,在层叠各层之后,通过使用施加有3-10kg/cm2的压力的压纹辊在所述PVC表面层上形成凹凸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乙烯基地板材料,其特征在于,在层叠各层之后,在表面分散粒径为5-50#的PVC薄片或无机颗粒,并且使用施加有0.5-2km/cm2的压力的压纹辊将所述薄片或颗粒嵌入表面,从而在所述PVC表面层上形成凹凸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的乙烯基地板材料,其特征在于,在层叠各层之后,在表面分散粒径为2-50#的PVC薄片或无机颗粒,并且使用施加有3-5km/cm2的压力的压纹辊将所述薄片或颗粒深深嵌入PVC表面层,从而在所述PVC表面层上形成凹凸。
6.根据权利要求2所述的乙烯基地板材料,其特征在于,尺寸加固层是通过将选自基量为25-100g/m2的玻璃纸、玻璃纤维织物和无纺玻璃纤维中的一种以上浸透在PVC溶胶中而形成的。
7.根据权利要求6所述的乙烯基地板材料,其特征在于,在PVC溶胶中浸透尺寸加固层后,层叠各层,使用施加有3-10kg/cm2的压力的压纹辊,从而形成凹凸。
8.根据权利要求6所述的乙烯基地板材料,其特征在于,在层叠各层之后,在表面分散粒径为5-50#的PVC薄片或无机颗粒,并且使用施加有0.5-2km/cm2的压力的压纹辊将所述薄片或颗粒嵌入表面,从而在所述PVC表面层上形成凹凸。
9.根据权利要求6所述的乙烯基地板材料,其特征在于,在层叠各层之后,在表面分散粒径为2-50#的PVC薄片或无机颗粒,并且使用施加有3-5km/cm2的压力的压纹辊将所述薄片或颗粒深深嵌入PVC表面层,从而在所述PVC表面层上形成凹凸。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的乙烯基地板材料,其特征在于,所述背衬层由PVC或纺织物形成。
11.根据权利要求10所述的乙烯基地板材料,其特征在于,一种PVC化合物通过压延或铸造工艺,在所述背衬层上形成PVC基底层。
12.根据权利要求1所述的乙烯基地板材料,PVC表面层为0.3-2mm,基底层为0.5-2.5mm,并且背衬层为0.1-0.5mm,从而具有0.2-0.6mm的总厚度,并且所述地板材料具有的最大摩擦系数为35,表面粗糙度(Rz)为75至160,并且偏离角在10°至35°的范围内。
13.根据权利要求2所述的乙烯基地板材料,PVC表面层为0.3-2mm,尺寸加固层为0.2-0.6mm,基底层为0.5-2.5mm,并且背衬层为0.1-0.5mm,从而具有0.2-0.6mm的总厚度,并且所述地板材料具有的最大摩擦系数为35,表面粗糙度(Rz)为75至160,偏离角在10°至35°的范围内,并且尺寸稳定性满足±0.10。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的乙烯基地板材料,其特征在于,所述地板材料为片状或瓦状。
