技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶地板技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板及其生产工艺。
背景技术
塑胶地板是PVC地板的另一种叫法,主要成分为聚氯乙烯材料,PVC地板可以做成两种,一种是同质透心的,就是从底到面的花纹材质都是一样的;还有一种是复合式的,就是最上面一层是纯PVC透明层,下面加上印花层和发泡层。塑胶地板由于其花色丰富,色彩多样而被广泛用于居家和商业的各方面。
相对于地毯,PVC塑胶地板更容易清洁,更加耐用。地毯的日常清洁需要使用吸尘器,PVC塑胶地板只需要干净的尘推。地毯在有重物重压后产生不可恢复的压痕,并且耐磨程度也不及PVC塑胶地板。地毯更容易藏污纳垢,更容易引起呼吸道疾病。
相对于石材和瓷砖,PVC塑胶地板不滑不凉,花色更加丰富。吸音效果更好,有效地降低了脚步噪声,并且提供了舒适的脚感。当人们摔倒时,提供了较石材瓷砖更好的保护,减少了对人体的伤害。PVC塑胶地板没有辐射,更加环保,材质更轻,因此更加节能。
以往的PVC塑胶,通常采用PVC印刷层与发泡底层双层结构,由于底层用料多,材质厚,重量大,加重了运输成本,且不抗酸碱老化,长期使用后易发生翘曲、变形,影响使用,故具有抗腐蚀的新型增强型塑胶地板孕育而生,将引领全新塑胶地板潮流。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供了一种耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板及其生产工艺,本发明塑胶地板具有传统塑胶地板产品不具备的抗静电、抗腐蚀性能,性能出众,市场销售潜力巨大,适用于车辆、工厂、医院等公共场所。

聚氯乙烯树脂是一种绝缘性很高的高分子材料,用聚氯乙烯树脂为主体所组成的聚氯乙烯塑胶地板,要使其具备导电能力,必须借助于引进导电材料于聚氯乙烯树脂体系中。如PVC塑胶地板不导电,静电的积聚将引起地板吸附粉尘、毛屑,不利于地板的清洁打扫,严重时,将产生电火花,有引发火灾事故的安全隐患。为此,抗静电对于塑胶地板是个不可或缺的要求。本发明创新通过新技术、新配方的引入,在PVC面膜层、PVC底膜层配方中添加液体抗静电剂和炭黑两种导电材料,实现优良的抗静电性能。液体抗静电剂效果持久,与PVC树脂的相容性好,可起到一定增塑效果,增加产品柔性度。同时,炭黑的加入,可起到协同用作,利用炭黑裹在聚氯乙烯粒子的表面这一特性,经高温混炼压延,粒子界面相互熔融而形成整个连通的导静电网络,利用聚氯乙烯材料的非线性特征并改变其粒子间界面导电性能的技术,在地板表面和内部构成导静电网络。随着电荷沿着导电网络体系的传导,则聚氯乙烯地板起到传导静电作用。由于塑料与导电网络结构同在,所以本PVC塑胶地板的抗静电功能是永久性的。
作为优选,所述基布层由1000D*1000D,20*20根/英寸高强涤纶机织布组成。
作为优选,所述塑化剂为DOTP塑化剂。采用对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)塑化剂取代传统邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)塑化剂,它与目前常用的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)相比,具有耐热、耐寒、难挥发、抗抽出、柔软性好等优点,在制品中显示出优良的持久性,不仅具有增塑剂效率高,环保无毒,热稳定时间长,且与聚合物相溶性好,挥发性低,能抑制渗出,增充剂容量大,制品光亮度高等优点。
作为优选,所述面膜层、底膜层的表面分别涂有PVDF层。表处剂采用PVDF,兼具氟树脂和通用树脂的特性,具有良好的耐化学腐蚀性、耐高温性。
作为优选,所述面膜层由下述重量份的原料制备得到:PVC树脂粉100份、塑化剂32份、大豆油2份、环保稳定剂3.5份、钛白粉5份、液体抗静电剂5份、炭黑5份、亚磷酸酯0.5份、色料若干。
作为优选,所述底膜层由下述重量份的原料制备得到:PVC树脂粉100份、塑化剂32份、大豆油2份、环保稳定剂3.5份、钛白粉5份、液体抗静电剂5份、炭黑5份、亚磷酸酯0.5份、色料若干。
作为优选,所述面膜层的厚度为35丝,所述底膜层的厚度为35丝。
本发明还提供了上述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板的生产工艺,包括下述步骤:
(1)面膜层制备:粉体原料与粉体助剂混合后加入液体助剂,经万马力机预塑化、轧轮机塑化、过滤、压延、冷却、裁边、卷取制作而成面膜层;
(2)底膜层制备:粉体原料与粉体助剂混合后加入液体助剂,经万马力机预塑化、轧轮机塑化、过滤、压延、冷却、裁边、卷取而成底膜层;
(3)两膜一布贴合:基布放卷后采用双面轮涂浆料,烘干后,基布与面膜层、底膜层同步贴合,经压花、冷却定型、面膜层表处涂PVDF层、底膜层表处涂PVDF层后,裁边定幅、卷取而成地板。
作为优选,所述浆料由下述重量份的原料制备得到:EPVC糊树脂100份、塑化剂100~120份、粘合剂8~18份、液体抗静电剂2~8份。
作为优选,步骤(1)、(2)中,粉体原料与粉体助剂混合时间为40~80s,万马力机预塑化温度控制为130~150℃,压延温度控制为160~180℃;步骤(3)中,烘干温度控制为150~180℃。加工温度对于产品抗静电性的影响大,温度过高,不利于液体抗静电剂的与聚氯乙烯的融合。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明通过采用两膜一布的结构取代笨重、厚实的传统塑胶地板,在保证塑胶地板高强度的物理性能前提下,实现了减重,积极迎合节能、减排的目标;
(2)通过液体抗静电剂与炭黑的协同作用使得本发明具有很好的抗静电性能;
(3)通过对面膜层、底膜层配方以及浆料的优化,结合表面处理涂层PVDF,使产品有效抵御有机溶剂、酸碱溶液的腐蚀,实现经久耐用、可靠的目的。

实施例1
一种耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板,所述地板由上而下顺次包括面膜层、基布层和底膜层,
所述面膜层由下述重量份的原料制备得到:PVC树脂粉100份、DOTP塑化剂32份、大豆油2份、环保稳定剂3.5份、钛白粉5份、液体抗静电剂5份、炭黑5份、亚磷酸酯0.5份、色料若干;
所述底膜层由下述重量份的原料制备得到:PVC树脂粉100份、DOTP塑化剂32份、大豆油2份、环保稳定剂3.5份、钛白粉5份、液体抗静电剂5份、炭黑5份、亚磷酸酯0.5份、色料若干;
基布层由1000D*1000D,20*20根/英寸高强涤纶机织布组成;
所述面膜层的厚度为35丝,所述底膜层的厚度为35丝。
上述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板生产工艺,包括下述步骤:
(1)面膜层制备:粉体原料与粉体助剂混合60s后加入液体助剂,经万马力机预塑化(140℃)、轧轮机塑化、过滤机过滤、压延机压延(170℃)、冷却、裁边、卷取制作而成面膜层;
(2)底膜层制备:粉体原料与粉体助剂混合60s后加入液体助剂,经万马力机预塑化(140℃)、轧轮机塑化、过滤机过滤、压延机压延(170℃)、冷却、裁边、卷取而成底膜层;
(3)两膜一布贴合:基布放卷后采用双面轮涂浆料,烘干(165℃)后,基布与面膜层、底膜层同步贴合,经压花、冷却定型、面膜层表处涂PVDF层、底膜层表处涂PVDF层后,裁边定幅、卷取而成地板。
其中,所述浆料由下述重量份的原料制备得到:EPVC糊树脂100份、塑化剂110份、粘合剂13份、液体抗静电剂5份。

其中,所述浆料由下述重量份的原料制备得到:EPVC糊树脂100份、塑化剂110份、粘合剂13份、液体抗静电剂5份。
制备得到的耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板的性能如表2所示:

一种耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板,所述地板由上而下顺次包括面膜层、基布层和底膜层,所述面膜层由下述重量份的原料制备得到:PVC树脂粉100份、DOTP塑化剂42份、大豆油4.5份、环保稳定剂4.5份、钛白粉6份、液体抗静电剂7份、炭黑7份、亚磷酸酯0.7份、色料若干;所述底膜层由下述重量份的原料制备得到:PVC树脂粉100份、DOTP塑化剂42份、大豆油4.5份、环保稳定剂4.5份、钛白粉6份、液体抗静电剂7份、炭黑7份、亚磷酸酯0.7份、色料若干;基布层由1000D*1000D,20*20根/英寸高强涤纶机织布组成;所述面膜层的厚度为35丝,所述底膜层的厚度为35丝。
上述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板生产工艺,包括下述步骤:
(1)面膜层制备:粉体原料与粉体助剂混合60s后加入液体助剂,经万马力机预塑化(140℃)、轧轮机塑化、过滤机过滤、压延机压延(170℃)、冷却、裁边、卷取制作而成面膜层;
(2)底膜层制备:粉体原料与粉体助剂混合60s后加入液体助剂,经万马力机预塑化(140℃)、轧轮机塑化、过滤机过滤、压延机压延(170℃)、冷却、裁边、卷取而成底膜层;

(3)两膜一布贴合:基布放卷后采用双面轮涂浆料,烘干(150℃)后,基布与面膜层、底膜层同步贴合,经压花、冷却定型、面膜层表处涂PVDF层、底膜层表处涂PVDF层后,裁边定幅、卷取而成地板。
其中,所述浆料由下述重量份的原料制备得到:EPVC糊树脂100份、塑化剂100份、粘合剂8份、液体抗静电剂3份。

上述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板生产工艺,包括下述步骤:
(1)面膜层制备:粉体原料与粉体助剂混合80s后加入液体助剂,经万马力机预塑化(150℃)、轧轮机塑化、过滤机过滤、压延机压延(180℃)、冷却、裁边、卷取制作而成面膜层;
(2)底膜层制备:粉体原料与粉体助剂混合60s后加入液体助剂,经万马力机预塑化(150℃)、轧轮机塑化、过滤机过滤、压延机压延(180℃)、冷却、裁边、卷取而成底膜层;
(3)两膜一布贴合:基布放卷后采用双面轮涂浆料,烘干(180℃)后,基布与面膜层、底膜层同步贴合,经压花、冷却定型、面膜层表处涂PVDF层、底膜层表处涂PVDF层后,裁边定幅、卷取而成地板。
其中,所述浆料由下述重量份的原料制备得到:EPVC糊树脂100份、塑化剂120份、粘合剂17份、液体抗静电剂7份。
制备得到的耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板的性能如表5所示:

本发明塑胶地板具有传统塑胶地板产品不具备的抗静电、抗腐蚀性能,性能出众,市场销售潜力巨大,适用于车辆、工厂、医院等公共场所。

Claims (10)

1.一种耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板,其特征在于:所述地板由上而下顺次包括面膜层、基布层和底膜层,
所述面膜层、底膜层分别由下述重量份的原料制备得到:PVC树脂粉80~120份、塑化剂20~45份、大豆油0.5~5份、环保稳定剂0.5~5份、钛白粉2~8份、液体抗静电剂2~8份、炭黑2~8份、亚磷酸酯0.1~0.9份、色料若干。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板,其特征在于:所述基布层由1000D*1000D,20*20根/英寸高强涤纶机织布组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板,其特征在于:所述塑化剂为DOTP塑化剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板,其特征在于:所述面膜层、底膜层的表面分别涂有PVDF层。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板,其特征在于:所述面膜层由下述重量份的原料制备得到:PVC树脂粉100份、塑化剂32份、大豆油2份、环保稳定剂3.5份、钛白粉5份、液体抗静电剂5份、炭黑5份、亚磷酸酯0.5份、色料若干。
6.根据权利要求5所述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板,其特征在于:所述底膜层由下述重量份的原料制备得到:PVC树脂粉100份、塑化剂32份、大豆油2份、环保稳定剂3.5份、钛白粉5份、液体抗静电剂5份、炭黑5份、亚磷酸酯0.5份、色料若干。
7.根据权利要求1所述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板,其特征在于:所述面膜层的厚度为35丝,所述底膜层的厚度为35丝。
8.一种权利要求1所述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板的生产工艺,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
(1)面膜层制备:粉体原料与粉体助剂混合后加入液体助剂,经万马力机预塑化、轧轮机塑化、过滤、压延、冷却、裁边、卷取制作而成面膜层;
(2)底膜层制备:粉体原料与粉体助剂混合后加入液体助剂,经万马力机预塑化、轧轮机塑化、过滤、压延、冷却、裁边、卷取而成底膜层;
(3)两膜一布贴合:基布放卷后采用双面轮涂浆料,烘干后,基布与面膜层、底膜层同步贴合,经压花、冷却定型、面膜层表处涂PVDF层、底膜层表处涂PVDF层后,裁边定幅、卷取而成地板。
9.根据权利要求8所述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述浆料由下述重量份的原料制备得到:EPVC糊树脂100份、塑化剂100~120份、粘合剂8~18份、液体抗静电剂2~8份。
10.根据权利要求8所述耐腐蚀抗静电增强型塑胶地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)、(2)中,粉体原料与粉体助剂混合时间为40~80s,万马力机预塑化温度控制为130~150℃,压延温度控制为160~180℃;步骤(3)中,烘干温度控制为150~180℃。
