Abstract
本发明公开了一种户外地板及其制造方法,户外地板包括金属芯部和基层,所述金属芯部置于基层内部,其防滑性能、抗压性能都较好,同时具有较小的膨胀系数。本发明主要作为建筑耗材使用在户外公共场所中,例如花园、凉亭、湖、海、度假村等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板及其制造方法,具体的为一种户外地板及其制造方法,属于建筑耗材领域。
背景技术
目前,户外地板主要应用于花园、凉亭、湖、海、度假村等公共场所。由于户外地板长期暴露在阳光和雨水下、以及强烈的温差变化,所以户外地板须具有稳定性强、强耐腐、抗压性强等特点,解决了户外地板在特殊环境下的永久性及环保要求。目前户外地板主要有塑木户外地板、防腐木户外地板、炭化木户外地板和共挤型户外塑木地板等,但是上述地板的防滑性能、抗压性能并不理想,膨胀系数也较大。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种防滑效果好、抗压性能好且膨胀系数低的户外地板。
技术方案:本发明所述的户外地板,包括金属芯部、基层和表层,所述金属芯部置于基层内部,所述表层覆盖在基层上,所述表层的制备原料包括弹性体材料或者ASA中的任意一种。
为了进一步解决上述问题,所述金属芯部为平面结构或者横截面为锯齿状结构,金属芯部设有冲孔。
为了进一步解决上述问题,所述表层上设置夜光条纹,所述夜光条纹的制备原料包括夜光粉或者夜光粉和颜料的混合物。
为了进一步解决上述问题,所述基层的制备原料包括塑料、填充剂和助剂。
为了进一步解决上述问题,所述塑料为PE、PVC或PS中任意一种。
为了进一步解决上述问题,所述弹性体材料包括软质PVC、橡胶、TPE或者TPU中任意一种或者几种混合物。
为了进一步解决上述问题,所述表层上设置压制花纹。
本发明的另一方面提供了一种制造户外地板的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备金属芯部;
(2)分别配置基层原料和表层原料,并在表层原料中添加夜光粉;
(3)将上述两种原料分别利用混合机混合;
(4)将金属芯部放置在模具中,利用塑料挤出机将上述原料挤出,冷却成型;
(5)根据需要切割成合适的尺寸;
(6)利用压纹机在表层上压制花纹。
有益效果:本发明所述的户外地板利用弹性体材料制备的表层,摩擦系数较大,起到了很好的防滑效果;金属芯部的加入使得地板的抗压性能得到提高,同时膨胀系数也减小,几乎不会变形;夜光粉制备的花纹白天受到阳光的照射,存储热量,夜间发光,起到了指示所用。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
参见图1和3,实施例1本发明公开了一种户外地板,包括金属芯部1和基层2,所述金属芯部1置于基层2内部。金属芯部1通常采用铁、铝或者合金等常用金属等材料制成,一般设置为平面结构,或者类似平面结构,其主要起到支撑作用,在本实施例中采用横截面为锯齿状结构。金属芯部1还可设置冲孔11。
上述基层2的制备原料包括塑料和助剂、填充剂,塑料为PE或者PVC、PS中一种,在本实施例中采用填充剂采用自木粉和碳酸钙的两种混合物,也可单独采用某一种物质,填充剂为目前塑料生产工艺中常用的助剂,例如润滑剂等,也是本领域的技术人员所熟知的。
为了进一步优化设计方案,在本实施例中还包括表层3,表层3覆盖在基层2上,可包覆整个基层2,也可只单独包覆基层2的一个面,在本实施例中只单独覆盖了基层2的上表面,表层3的制备原料主要包括弹性体材料或者ASA中任意一种,所述弹性体材料包括软质PVC、橡胶、TPE或者TPU中一种或者几种混合物,起到很好的防滑作用,在本实施例中采用主要采用软质PVC和橡胶制成。
为了进一步优化设计方案,表层3上设置夜光条纹5,其主要作用起到夜间标识的作用,夜光条纹5的制备原料主要为夜光粉,当然还可在夜光粉中添加颜料而制成混合物,颜料可采用荧光颜料,这样可以变化色彩,表层3上还可设置压制花纹,起到美观的作用。当然,夜光条纹5和压制花纹的形状并不受到限制,在本实施例中,所述夜光条纹5为设置在表层3两侧的线条。整个户外地板的侧面设置了连接凹槽。
实施例2户外地板
参见图2,本实施例与实施例1中的基本结构都是一样的,包括金属芯部1、基层2和表层3,唯一的差别在于表层3覆盖了基层的上面和侧面,同时基层2的侧部没有设置连接凹槽。
实施例3制造上述实施例1中户外地板的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备金属芯部,使其横截面具有锯齿状结构,同时在金属芯部设置冲孔;
(2)分别利用PVC、助剂、碳酸钙和木粉的混合物配置基层原料,软质PVC和橡胶、配置表层原料,并在表层原料中添加夜光粉和荧光颜料;
(3)将上述两种原料分别利用混合机混合;
(4)将金属芯部放置在模具中,利用塑料挤出机将上述原料挤出,冷却成型;
(5)根据需要切割成合适的尺寸;
(6)利用压纹机在表层上压制花纹。
上述技术机、混合机以及压纹机都是本领域的常规使用机器,是本领域的技术人员所熟知的。
事实证明,上述实施例制备的户外地板经久耐用,防滑性能比一般户外地板大大提高,几乎没有变形,抗压性能也较一般共挤地板好。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种户外地板,其特征在于:包括金属芯部、基层和表层,所述金属芯部置于基层内部,所述表层覆盖在基层上,所述表层的制备原料包括弹性体材料或者ASA中的任意一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户外地板,其特征在于:所述金属芯部为平面结构或者横截面为锯齿状结构,金属芯部设有冲孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的户外地板,其特征在于:所述表层上设置夜光条纹,所述夜光条纹的制备原料包括夜光粉或者夜光粉和颜料的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的户外地板,其特征在于:所述基层的制备原料包括塑料、填充剂和助剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的户外地板,其特征在于:所述塑料为PE、PVC或PS中任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的户外地板,其特征在于:所述弹性体材料包括软质PVC、橡胶、TPE或者TPU中任意一种或者几种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的户外地板,其特征在于:所述表层上设置压制花纹。
8.一种制造如权利要求1所述的户外地板的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备金属芯部;
(2)分别配置基层原料和表层原料,并在表层原料中添加夜光粉;
(3)将上述两种原料分别利用混合机混合;
(4)将金属芯部放置在模具中,利用塑料挤出机将上述原料挤出,冷却成型;
(5)根据需要切割成合适的尺寸;
(6)利用压纹机在表层上压制花纹。
