本实用新型涉及一种复合竹塑板新型结构。
背景技术
面对庞大的需求市场，各厂家推出不同材质的板材，例如钢板、塑料板、木板、竹板等，其结构单一、成本高。而当今社会有效的利用资源是提高竞争力的最主要手段！其中的木质板与竹质板，从源竹砍伐到真正加工成型，环节多、对环境影响大并且浪费惊人，且目前的复合竹胶板防水性较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，设计开发出了一种防水性好，节约原材料的复合竹塑板。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种复合竹塑板，包括竹帘层，所述的竹帘层两层或多层之间加胶热压成型，并在竹帘层外侧的两面覆有一层塑料。
一种复合竹塑板，所述塑料为高压塑料。
一种复合竹塑板，所述塑料为低压塑料。
一种复合竹塑板，所述塑料为PVC。
本实用新型以PVC，或高、低压塑料或再生塑料与竹帘竹片为原料，利用塑料的防水性能与竹的韧性有机结合，形式混合制成一种新型板材。与单纯的塑料板或者竹板相比，具有防水、抗震、耐磨、延长板的使用寿命等优点，且所需原料形状不拘，有效利用并节约了资源。

实施例1

本实用新型包括竹帘层2，两层或多层竹帘层2之间用胶热压成中间板；竹帘层2外侧的两面覆盖一层PVC层1。本实用新型利用PVC层1的防水性能与竹帘层2的韧性有机结合，形式混合制成一种新型板材。与单纯的塑料板或者竹板相比，具有防水、抗震、耐磨、延长板的使用寿命等优点。

1.一种复合竹塑板，包括竹帘层，其特征在于所述的竹帘层两层或多层之间加胶热压成型，并在竹帘层外侧的两面覆有一层塑料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合竹塑板，其特征在于所述塑料为高压塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合竹塑板，其特征在于所述塑料为低压塑料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合竹塑板，其特征在于所述塑料为PVC。
