背景技术
近几年,我国每年建筑工程使用的木胶合模板超过3亿平方米,消耗木材约400万立方米。但我国每年有大量的木屑、锯末得不到合理利用或被废弃;废旧塑料处理不当造成的“白色污染”又严重影响着人类生活环境。充分利用这些固体废弃物开发高附加值产品,对减少环境污染,变废为宝,资源再生,实现循环经济有着巨大的意义。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种使用周期长、表面光滑、防水、防潮的三层共挤发泡增强塑料建筑模板。
本实用新型的三层共挤发泡增强塑料建筑模板,由上下硬质表层和中间发泡芯层构成,上下硬质表层为PVC塑料,发泡芯层采用热塑性树脂发泡而成,发泡芯层厚度大于上下硬质表层的厚度。
本实用新型的三层共挤发泡增强塑料建筑模板,是将原料,树脂、木粉、轻质碳酸钙、润滑剂、热稳定剂、加工改性剂和助剂在115℃~130℃高温混合后,送入冷混机中混合排出,然后输送至挤出机于120℃~180℃共挤发泡成型,最后进行抽真空冷却定型、牵引及切割而成。它一种节能环保产品,具有以下特点:
1、产品无污染、无公害、可循环利用,产品使用周期长,可重复使用20次以上,使用后的废板和边角料还可以全部回收再利用,不仅大量节约了木材资源; 
  2、产品表面光滑,拆除无需脱模剂,脱模效果好,提高劳动效率,并减少了清洁保养费用;
  3、产品防水、防潮、不吸水,根本上解决了木质模板易吸水腐烂、膨胀变形、分层等问题,可替代传统的竹木胶合模板和钢模板;
  4、产品可加工性好,可钉、可刨、可锯、可钻。

具体实施方式
一种三层共挤发泡增强塑料建筑模板,由上硬质表层1、下硬质表层3和中间发泡芯层2构成,上硬质表层1、下硬质表层3为PVC塑料,发泡芯层2采用热塑性树脂发泡而成,发泡芯层2可采用一种或多种塑料树脂,也可使用废旧塑料,发泡芯层2厚度大于上硬质表层1、下硬质表层3的厚度。

1.一种三层共挤发泡增强塑料建筑模板,其特征在于:它由上硬质表层(1)、下硬质表层(3)和中间发泡芯层(2)构成,上硬质表层(1)、下硬质表层(3)为PVC塑料,发泡芯层(2)采用热塑性树脂,发泡芯层(2)厚度大于上硬质表层(1)、下硬质表层(3)的厚度。
