本发明涉及一种保健品,尤其涉及一种以松茸为原料提取松茸多糖,辅以蜂花粉和蜂王胎制作而成的具有多重保健功能的松茸养生片。

松茸(Tricholoma matsutake)又称松口蘑,属担子菌门,担子菌纲,伞菌目,口蘑科,口蘑属,是典型的外生菌根菌。主要生长于海拨 1600-3200 米的松林或栎树林中,属林下产品,与云南松、华山松、栎树的须根发生共生关系。新鲜松茸,形若伞状,色泽鲜明,菌盖呈褐色,菌柄为白色,均有纤维状茸毛鳞片,菌肉白嫩肥厚,肉质鲜美,质地细密,有浓郁的特殊香气。松茸的营养价值很高,富含粗蛋白质、多种氨基酸、粗脂肪、粗纤维和维生素B1、B2、维生素C、维生素PP等元素。据文献记载,松茸具有防辐射、强身、益肠胃、止痛、理气化痰和驱虫等功效。现代医学临床实验表明,松茸具有治疗糖尿病和抑制癌细胞增殖等特殊功能,日本的千原吴郎(1969)的实验表明,松茸子实体的热水提取物(松茸多糖类物质)对小鼠肉癌S-180的抑制率高达91.8%,对艾氏腹水癌的抑制率为70%。在松茸的出产地,人们通常是将松茸直接烹饪食用,味道非常鲜美,但对其有效成分的吸收受到影响,而且,松茸为野生菌,不能人工种植,只在夏天生长,过了这个季节就没有,因此,将松茸进行加工,制作成可长期保存,方便携带及食用的产品,让人们按照需要服用,充分发挥松茸的营养保健价值,就显得非常有必要。

实施例一:Ⅰ、提取松茸多糖
(1)松茸深层发酵培养:通过液体种子培养和液体发酵培养得到松茸菌丝体,然后深层发酵所得松茸菌丝体洗至无还原糖反应,于50℃以下干燥,研磨,备用;
(2)在超声波功率400W,超声波处理30min,料液比1:30 、90℃热水浸提1.5h,得到松茸粗多糖,即本发明所说松茸多糖;
Ⅱ、制备成品 将所提取的松茸多糖50㎏,与蜂花粉30㎏、蜂王胎20㎏混合均匀后,经湿法制粒得片剂,即松茸养生片。
实施例二:采用实施例一所述步骤Ⅰ提取松茸多糖,称取松茸多糖55㎏,与蜂花粉25㎏、蜂王胎20㎏混合均匀后,经湿法制粒得片剂,即松茸养生片。
实施例三:采用实施例一所述步骤Ⅰ提取松茸多糖,称取松茸多糖45㎏与蜂花粉30㎏、蜂王胎25㎏混合均匀后,经湿法制粒得片剂,即松茸养生片。
以上仅为本发明的部分实施方式,松茸多糖的摄取方式可有多种,常见的提取方式大多以子实体为材料,采用热水浸提法、有机溶剂提取法等提取,多糖提取率较低、周期长、成本较高。菌类可分为食用菌的子实体、孢子粉和菌丝体,子实体即成株的木本阶段,这个阶段含有的有效成分含量比较低;孢子粉就是种子,这个阶段,其有效成分的含量要比子实体阶段高很多,是子实体的3倍多;菌丝体则是种子的胚胎阶段,这个阶段的营养成分和功效成分含量最高,通常是子实体的6倍多,所以本发明实施例采用水浸提辅以超声波技术对松茸液体发酵胞内多糖进行提取,松茸多糖提取率高,降低成本。只要使用了以上所述技术方案,均应落入本发明的保护范围。
