背景技术
现代人的工作繁忙,饮食无规律,且常吃快捷食品,对自身的身体造成很大伤害,尤其是对消化系统的损伤,工作压力大,强度高,导致机体免疫力下降,易疲惫、抗病能力差。中医理论认为,人们日常使用的五谷杂粮各具药用价值,在人们的日常生活中合理地调配饮食,可以达到祛病延年、保健强身的效果。特别是针对一些疾病,无需用药,通过将一些普通食物按一定的比例搭配,并按一定的方法进行加工,使患者长期服用,即可将这些疾病治愈。杂粮是公认的无公害天然绿色食品,具有特殊的食疗食补作用,在现代安全保健食品中具有地位。杂粮中的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质、纤维素等营养成分符合人体摄入的最合理比例,具有丰富的营养价值。然而,由于杂粮口感粗糙,且不易消化,如果采用常规方法制作食用,很难引起人们的食欲。因此,为了提高人们对杂粮食品的利用率,通过深加工提高杂粮的口感和消化吸收率,显得尤为。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种强身健体复合保健杂粮及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:强身健体复合保健杂粮由以下重量份的原料组成:全麦150-155、小米120-124、红薏仁50-52、荞麦50-52、黑芝麻10-12、黑豆40-42、黑蚂蚁7-8、银耳20-22、藕粉15-16、赤小豆30-32、葛粉20-22、冰草3-4、保健营养添加剂4-5、水适量。其中营养保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:绿茶粉30-34、大麦苗粉1-2、黑木耳冻干粉2-3、玫瑰花粉2-3、向日葵花盘1-2、黄连1-2、绞股蓝1-2、光刺兔唇花1-2、丹参3-4、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量。
本发明的强身健体复合保健杂粮制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)银耳洗净泡发,加4-5倍水熬煮3-4小时,冷凉后连同汤水打磨成浆;
(2)全麦、小米、荞麦、洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,倒入葛粉、藕粉、银耳浆液,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.1cm-0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度140℃-150℃,烤制15min-20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(3)红薏仁、黑豆、赤小豆、黑芝麻洗净晾干,去除杂质,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料b;
(4)冰草、黑蚂蚁用5-10倍量的水煎煮40-50分钟提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
另外,营养保健添加剂的制作方法为:将向日葵花盘、黄连、绞股蓝、光刺兔唇花、丹参加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

其中营养保健添加剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:绿茶粉30、大麦苗粉2、黑木耳冻干粉3、玫瑰花粉2、向日葵花盘2、黄连1、绞股蓝1、光刺兔唇花2、丹参3、薏仁油2、糙米汤10、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)银耳洗净泡发,加5倍水熬煮4小时,冷凉后连同汤水打磨成浆;
(2)全麦、小米、荞麦、洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,倒入葛粉、藕粉、银耳浆液,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度150℃,烤制20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(3)红薏仁、黑豆、赤小豆、黑芝麻洗净晾干,去除杂质,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料b;
(4)冰草、黑蚂蚁用10倍量的水煎煮50分钟提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
另外,营养保健添加剂的制作方法为:将向日葵花盘、黄连、绞股蓝、光刺兔唇花、丹参加适量水煎煮2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
Claims (4)
1.一种强身健体复合保健杂粮,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:全麦150-155、小米120-124、红薏仁50-52、荞麦50-52、黑芝麻10-12、黑豆40-42、黑蚂蚁7-8、银耳20-22、藕粉15-16、赤小豆30-32、葛粉20-22、冰草3-4、保健营养添加剂4-5、水适量。
2.根据权利要求l所述的强身健体复合保健杂粮的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)银耳洗净泡发,加4-5倍水熬煮3-4小时,冷凉后连同汤水打磨成浆;
(2)全麦、小米、荞麦、洗净晾干,磨粉过50目筛,倒入葛粉、藕粉、银耳浆液,加适量水揉制成面团,然后轧制成0.1cm-0.2cm的薄片,置于焙烤箱中,调节温度140℃-150℃,烤制15min-20min后,经挤压成大小不等的颗粒状,得料a;
(3)红薏仁、黑豆、赤小豆、黑芝麻洗净晾干,去除杂质,送入粉碎机粉碎后过20目筛,得料b;
(4)冰草、黑蚂蚁用5-10倍量的水煎煮40-50分钟提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到中药颗粒;
(5)将料a、料b、中药颗粒与剩余成分混合均匀,去除杂质后真空包装。
3.根据权利要求l所述的营养保健添加剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:绿茶粉30-34、大麦苗粉1-2、黑木耳冻干粉2-3、玫瑰花粉2-3、向日葵花盘1-2、黄连1-2、绞股蓝1-2、光刺兔唇花1-2、丹参3-4、薏仁油1-2、糙米汤10-12、水适量。
4.根据权利要求l或权利要求3所述的营养保健添加剂,其特征在于,制备方法为:将向日葵花盘、黄连、绞股蓝、光刺兔唇花、丹参加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
