本发明公开了一种减肥降脂面条,由下列重量份的原料制成:燕麦40-50、荞麦45-55、小米20-30、芦荟18-22、苦瓜20-23、桑葚15-20、松仁12-16、莲子15-20、银耳12-14、桂花8-10、海苔6-8、蛋黄12-15、银杏叶4-5、牛蒡子1-2、桑皮2-3、苦丁茶1-2、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;本发明的面条,采用燕麦、荞麦、小米作为主原料。燕麦具有益肝和胃、养颜护肤、抗细菌、抗氧化、增加人体的免疫力、抵抗流感、补充营养控制食欲、减肥降脂等作用。荞麦含有强力抗氧化物,可以降血脂、增强血管弹性、防止血液凝结、护心、降血压、助眠和清理肠道等作用。苦瓜具有清热祛暑、明目解毒、降压降糖、利尿凉血、解劳清心、益肾利尿、清脂、减肥、降血糖、抗病毒和防癌之功效的特效成分。

本发明涉及一种面条及其工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种减肥降脂面条及其制备方法。
背景技术
面食品是人们日常生活中不可缺少的食品,随着经济的发展,社会的进步,人们对饮食的要求越来越高,已经不满足于饱腹,更多的是保健,因此,各种各样的保健面制品产生了。现有的保健面制品有的功能单一,有的保健功能不明显。特别是现在肥胖、高血脂患者越来越多,市面上也出现很多专供肥胖者与血脂高的患者食用的面制品,但是普遍营养不全面,且口感特差,肥胖者与血脂浓稠的患者很难坚持长期食用,降低了这些患者的生活饮食质量。本发明的面条针对于这些患者,研制出具有减肥降脂功效的面粉,同时也具有很丰富的营养。

本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种减肥降脂面条及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明面条由下列重量份的原料制成:燕麦40-50、荞麦45-55、小米20-30、芦荟18-22、苦瓜20-23、桑葚15-20、松仁12-16、莲子15-20、银耳12-14、桂花8-10、海苔6-8、蛋黄12-15、银杏叶4-5、牛蒡子1-2、桑皮2-3、苦丁茶1-2、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:藕粉40-50、珍珠粉15-20、黑木耳12-16、香菇10-12、白果10-15、山楂叶2-3、灵芝3-4、丁葵草1-2、绞股蓝2-3、牡丹皮2-3、千针万线草3-4、玉蝴蝶4-5、米糠油1-2、水适量;将山楂叶、灵芝、丁葵草、绞股蓝、牡丹皮、千针万线草、玉蝴蝶加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;将白果去皮去心,放入滤液中加热煮至熟烂,打成浆液;将黑木耳、香菇烘干,研成粉末;将上述浆液、粉末与珍珠粉以及其它剩余成分成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
所述面条的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将银杏叶、牛蒡子、桑皮、苦丁茶加入适量水中浸泡5-6小时,再文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;
(2)将燕麦、荞麦、小米加入上述煎煮液中,加热至煮熟,放入搅拌机中搅成泥状,备用;
(3)将芦荟、苦瓜取其果肉与桑葚一起打成果蔬汁,加入松仁、莲子研磨成浆,备用;
(4)将银耳、桂花、海苔一起放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉,加入到蛋黄中搅拌均匀,加入步骤2的谷物泥、步骤3的混合浆以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀,调制成面团,再加工成面条。
本发明的有益效果:

下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:燕麦45、荞麦50、小米25、芦荟20、苦瓜21、桑葚18、松仁14、莲子18、银耳13、桂花9、海苔7、蛋黄14、银杏叶4、牛蒡子1、桑皮2、苦丁茶1、面条添加剂1、水适量;
所述面条添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:藕粉45、珍珠粉18、黑木耳14、香菇11、白果13、山楂叶2、灵芝3、丁葵草1、绞股蓝2、牡丹皮2、千针万线草3、玉蝴蝶4、米糠油1、水适量;将山楂叶、灵芝、丁葵草、绞股蓝、牡丹皮、千针万线草、玉蝴蝶加入适量水中,文火煎煮1.5小时,过滤得滤液;将白果去皮去心,放入滤液中加热煮至熟烂,打成浆液;将黑木耳、香菇烘干,研成粉末;将上述浆液、粉末与珍珠粉以及其它剩余成分成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌26分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
面条的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将银杏叶、牛蒡子、桑皮、苦丁茶加入适量水中浸泡5小时,再文火煎煮1.5小时,过滤得煎煮液;
(2)将燕麦、荞麦、小米加入上述煎煮液中,加热至煮熟,放入搅拌机中搅成泥状,备用;
(3)将芦荟、苦瓜取其果肉与桑葚一起打成果蔬汁,加入松仁、莲子研磨成浆,备用;
(4)将银耳、桂花、海苔一起放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉,加入到蛋黄中搅拌均匀,加入步骤2的谷物泥、步骤3的混合浆以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀,调制成面团,再加工成面条。

1.一种减肥降脂面条,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:燕麦40-50、荞麦45-55、小米20-30、芦荟18-22、苦瓜20-23、桑葚15-20、松仁12-16、莲子15-20、银耳12-14、桂花8-10、海苔6-8、蛋黄12-15、银杏叶4-5、牛蒡子1-2、桑皮2-3、苦丁茶1-2、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:藕粉40-50、珍珠粉15-20、黑木耳12-16、香菇10-12、白果10-15、山楂叶2-3、灵芝3-4、丁葵草1-2、绞股蓝2-3、牡丹皮2-3、千针万线草3-4、玉蝴蝶4-5、米糠油1-2、水适量;将山楂叶、灵芝、丁葵草、绞股蓝、牡丹皮、千针万线草、玉蝴蝶加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;将白果去皮去心,放入滤液中加热煮至熟烂,打成浆液;将黑木耳、香菇烘干,研成粉末;将上述浆液、粉末与珍珠粉以及其它剩余成分成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
