鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种含松子仁的食品及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种含酸枣仁的药膳食品,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:松子仁30-50克、核桃仁50-80克、桃仁20-30克、杏仁20-30克、酸枣仁20-30克、柏子仁20-30克、玉米粒100-150克、精炼大豆油50-80毫升。
上述含酸枣仁的药膳食品,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:松子仁30克、核桃仁50克、桃仁20克、杏仁20克、酸枣仁20克、柏子仁20克、玉米粒100克、精炼大豆油50毫升。
上述含酸枣仁的药膳食品的制备方法,它包括如下步骤:将核桃仁掰成与玉米粒大小的颗粒,将核桃仁、玉米粒、松子仁、杏仁、桃仁、酸枣仁、柏子仁入沸水煮2分钟,捞出,趁热撒上淀粉、拌匀,放在盘中定型,锅置中火上烧热,倒入精炼大豆油5毫升,将盘中原料放入锅中,摊、压成饼状,将饼放入175℃油中,炸2.5分钟,捞出、沥油,装盘即可。
本发明原料中合理搭配上述食材,维生素、矿物质和植物纤维含量丰富,使产品营养更均衡,尤其适合肥胖者和维生素缺乏者食用,玉米粒、松子仁具有甜味,制作方法中更好的保留它们的自然口味,产品味道更鲜美。本发明的制作方法保持原汁原味原药性,能够最大限度发挥各成分的有效作用,制备工艺简单,可适合于家庭应用,亦可适合工厂化大规模生产。

实施例1:
取松子仁30克、核桃仁50克、桃仁20克、杏仁20克、酸枣仁20克、柏子仁20克、玉米粒100克、精炼大豆油50毫升,将核桃仁掰成与玉米粒大小的颗粒,将核桃仁、玉米粒、松子仁、杏仁、桃仁、酸枣仁、柏子仁入沸水煮2分钟,捞出,趁热撒上淀粉、拌匀,放在盘中定型,锅置中火上烧热,倒入精炼大豆油5毫升,将盘中原料放入锅中,摊、压成饼状,将饼放入175℃油中,炸2.5分钟,捞出、沥油,装盘即可。
实施例2:
