本发明涉及一种食品,特别涉及一种山药的食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,生活节奏的加快,对快速食品的需求量愈来愈大,但是现今市场上的这类食品大多营养单一,主要成分为淀粉或者植物蛋白,不能满足人体对多种营养的需求,目前国内市场上的食品口感匹配效果差,大部分人难以接受。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种含山药的食品及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种含山药的食品,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:山药200~250克、松子20~30克、葵花籽10~15克、花生仁30~40克、核桃仁20~30克、桃仁10~15克、杏仁10~15克、银杏仁30~40克、茯苓10~15克、芡实20~30克、莲子20~30克、生山楂10~15克、大枣20-30克、麦胚芽粉5~8克、黄精20~30克、石斛10~15克、桂花2~5克、精盐2.5~5克、鸡精1~3克、湿淀粉25~40克、精练大豆油10~15毫升。
上述含山药的食品,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:山药200克、松子20克、葵花籽10克、花生仁30克、核桃仁20克、桃仁10克、杏仁10克、银杏仁30克、茯苓10克、芡实20克、莲子20克、生山楂10克、大枣20克、麦胚芽粉5克、黄精20克、石斛10克、桂花2克、精盐2.5克、鸡粉1克、湿淀粉25克、精练大豆油10毫升。
上述含山药的食品的制备方法,它包括如下步骤:将山药洗净、煮熟、去皮,切成0.6厘米的粒;山楂去核、切片;核桃仁掰成粒;用清水100毫升将麦胚芽粉调匀,花生仁、银杏仁、核桃仁、杏仁放入155℃的精炼大豆油中焐油2分钟后,再加入松子仁、桃仁、葵花籽仁焐1分钟,捞出、沥油,将芡实、莲子分别用温水浸泡20分钟后去莲心、洗净,再加清水100毫升,放入蒸锅中蒸20分钟,将大枣洗净,放入清水中浸泡10分钟,去梗、核,加清水50毫升,放入蒸锅中蒸10分钟,将茯苓、黄精、石斛、清水200毫升放入砂钵中,烧沸,烧15分钟后,过滤得药汁,锅置火,倒入清水400毫升,放入山药、银杏仁、莲子、芡实、大枣、花生仁、核桃仁、桃仁、杏仁、松子、葵花籽、山楂、桂花、精盐、麦胚芽粉汁、药汁、鸡粉,用湿淀粉勾成薄芡即可。
本发明原料中合理搭配上述食材,维生素、矿物质和植物纤维含量丰富,使产品营养更均衡,尤其适合肥胖者和维生素缺乏者食用,山药等具有甜味,食盐对本食品也有调味作用,制作方法中更好的保留它们的自然口味,产品味道更鲜美。本发明的制作方法保持原汁原味原药性,能够最大限度发挥各成分的有效作用,制备工艺简单,可适合于家庭应用,亦可适合工厂化大规模生产。

实施例1:

1.一种含山药的食品,其特征在于,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:山药200~250克、松子20~30克、葵花籽10~15克、花生仁30~40克、核桃仁20~30克、桃仁10~15克、杏仁10~15克、银杏仁30~40克、茯苓10~15克、芡实20~30克、莲子20~30克、生山楂10~15克、大枣20-30克、麦胚芽粉5~8克、黄精20~30克、石斛10~15克、桂花2~5克、精盐2.5~5克、鸡精1~3克、湿淀粉25~40克、精练大豆油10~15毫升。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含山药的食品的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括如下步骤:将山药洗净、煮熟、去皮,切成0.6厘米的粒;山楂去核、切片;核桃仁掰成粒;用清水100毫升将麦胚芽粉调匀,花生仁、银杏仁、核桃仁、杏仁放入155℃的精炼大豆油中焐油2分钟后,再加入松子仁、桃仁、葵花籽仁焐1分钟,捞出、沥油,将芡实、莲子分别用温水浸泡20分钟后去莲心、洗净,再加清水100毫升,放入蒸锅中蒸20分钟,将大枣洗净,放入清水中浸泡10分钟,去梗、核,加清水50毫升,放入蒸锅中蒸10分钟,将茯苓、黄精、石斛、清水200毫升放入砂钵中,烧沸,烧15分钟后,过滤得药汁,锅置火,倒入清水400毫升,放入山药、银杏仁、莲子、芡实、大枣、花生仁、核桃仁、桃仁、杏仁、松子、葵花籽、山楂、桂花、精盐、麦胚芽粉汁、药汁、鸡粉,用湿淀粉勾成薄芡即可。
