一种红豆薏米粥,其特征在于由下列重量分数的原料制作而成:薏米10g、花生10g、芝麻5g、枣片10g、红豆10克、红糖2g、仙鹤草2g,其配置方法包括以下步骤:(1)按照原料配比称取原料;(2)将薏米、红豆以温水浸泡半日;(3)用纱布将仙鹤草包好;(4)将花生、芝麻烹炒;(5)将薏米、红豆、仙鹤草、枣片及步骤(4)得到的产物一同放入锅中; (6)将步骤(5)得到的产物去除仙鹤草混入红糖并搅匀放入膨化机中进行膨化;(7)包装。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红豆薏米粥,其特征在于:其配置方法包括以下步骤: (1)按照原料配比称取原料;(2)将薏米、红豆以温水浸泡半日;(3)用纱布将仙鹤草包好;(4)将花生、芝麻烹炒;(5)将薏米、红豆、仙鹤草、枣片及步骤(4)得到的产物一同放入锅中; (6)将步骤(5)得到的产物去除仙鹤草混入红糖并搅匀放入膨化机中进行膨化;(7)包装。
